I had a business trip stay in Muscatine and my contact recommended this Hampton Inn. Having stayed at other Hampton Inns, I know that the features I am looking for on business travel such as a hot breakfast and internet access would be available. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast quality and selection were very good. I would definitely stay here again when on future business in the area. It is a good value for business travel. Plus the Culvers Restaurant across the parkin... Read more

The room was great, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was sufficient. The business center was accessible and I was able to print out my Airline boarding pass at the motel the evening before my flight home. Computers were easy to utilize. Overall I found it very nice.

My stay was awesome because of the kind, friendly, smiling service by Melisa on the evening shift when I would come back to the hotel. Melisa was so accommodating and gave service with the biggest smile and laugh!! Awesome person to have greeting guest when arriving back at your home away from home!!

This hotel is located with easy access to the Quad City Airport and all of Muscatine. The staff is most accommodating and the room is clean and comfortable. I have stayed here multiple times and each time has been great.

I was not sure what to expect in a small town. I'm a city girl. I was there for my nephews graduation. This hotel is wonderful. It was super clean and the breakfast was very good. All the employees smiled and seem truly happy to see me as a guest. They had no problem leaving an extra blanket and extra towels. I would definitely stay here again

Room was fine, room was very clean. Breakfast was another matter--no milk, no bananas, no plates to eat food on, lacking in basics. I have a feeling management did not buy the supplies staff needed to provide the promised breakfast.

Hilton Gold member, room walls, paper thin, could hear the guests arrive at 2:30 am. Breakfast, lame at best. Many Hamptons have a better breakfast. Many have hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and wide selection of donuts. Very limited

A good friend recommended this hotel, and it exceeded expectations. In a small town with few options, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. I notice details like upgrades to the plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms and lobby were beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The hotels in Muscatine have switched brands, turned over, and generally have gone down over the years. This hotel breaks that trend, being recently built, clean, up to date, and fully functional.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Muscatine last week during a business trip. My room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The staff was kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the coffee and breakfast weren't the best. However, the eating area was laid out well and was clean. The attendant was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and modern. The staff were outstanding. I had a situation with cancelled flights which delayed my arrival. The staff were very helpful and kind in working with me. Due to a death in my family, they were very understanding.

Though I've lived in the Midwest most all my life, this is the first overnight trip to Muscatine on business. This property was a pleasant surprise, and I'd return in a minute! My room was clean and spacious (very comfortable bedding), the staff was great, and it all made for a quiet, restful experience. My stay would have been made all-the-better if I could do my morning meeting, then return to check-out, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate a late check-out for me!

This Hampton Inn keeps up the high Hampton standards. It's clean, spacious and quiet. But, it's also convenientl located. A Maid-rite (if you don't know what a Maid-rite is, you should investigate this unique Iowa treat), Casey's gas satation, and Aldi's market are close by. who could ask for anythging more?

This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. An item was delivered for us overnight and the front desk made sure we received it in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and offered a nice selection to start our day. We did not utilize the pool area but it looked very inviting!

We needed a room close to the door on the main level because we had dogs in the car and needed easy access. We asked to be on the side of the hotel that got morning shade and they were more than happy to accommodate us. I need to single out Yesenia who welcomed us warmly, made sure we had our Hilton honors snacks and the room we requested. Nice breakfast buffet to boot!

I had the pleasure of staying here for business for two weeks, four nights the first week then two nights the second week. This is a very well appointed hotel! The staff is very friendly; they greeted me as if I was a Gold or Diamond Member even though I only just made the Silver level! They even left me handwritten notes in my room from housekeeping! The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are clean and well maintained. The lobby is spotless, with cookies and coffee in the evenings and after... Read more

Always stay at this Hampton when I'm in town. I think it's the best accommodations in town. Hotel staff is very nice and always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast is great (love that they have a waffle iron). Looking forward to my next trip.

I drove 8 hours to arrive to hotel and waited almost 40 minutes to checkin because front desk girl was confused and slow. Bed sheets were stained, flies were in room, keys to room didn't work. Manager assured me she would credit my accounts points for the 2 nights and this has not happened after 2 weeks so no surprise.

This is my go-to hotel in Muscatine, where I go several times a year to meet with my corporate office. I like the friendly staff, the clean rooms and the free breakfast. I just wish they had bigger coffee cups!

Room quality is OK, but the staff attitude sucks. Had a billing issue and had to call multiple times even to get a response which in the end was useless. Please verify your invoices before you leave, they don't honor the reservation rates and later say they cant do anything to correct it.

lovely entrance and roomy breakfast area. The lighting is practically none existent in the back. I ran from my car to the door. the lighting really needs to be upgraded. If this is the "green" lights, they should think about the safety of their guests instead. Other than that, a great place to stay when in Muscatine, Iowa.

We were passing thru and took a chance. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable (could use more substantial pillows, but I digress). Clean, quiet and comfortable is the trifecta. Look no further!

This was a very beautiful and clean hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights and were treated very well by everyone on the staff. The breakfast was better than most places we've stayed and had terrific choices. The young lady refilling everything was so pleasant and wished us a great day as we were leaving the eating area. All in all, we will definitely be staying here again.

We just stayed 1 night this trip but this hotel is my choice hotel for Muscatine. I was impressed with the breakfast. They have made many positive improvements since our last visit. For me they had anything I would want for breakfast. The service during breakfast was outstanding. Front desk greeted guest anytime they came through lobby. In fact every employee we came in contact greeted us with a smile. Will return

This is my third time staying at this property. We come here for soccer weekends. Each time, due to scheduling of games and a desire to get some work done, I have asked for a 1 hour later check out. Each time the staff has flatly told me that they cannot accommodate me. I pointed out that I was a Hilton Honors member and they looked my room up (apparently being only a silver member does not carry much clout.) One staff member looked at the other and said, "Your call." She paused and said my mana... Read more
