Rooms were a little dated and some of the repair work could have been done better-drywall mud repair in bathroom ceiling that wasn't sanded or painted- other then that I was in 111 and no real odors, my only real complaint is the bed was like a 2x4. If my go to hotel was full like this time I'd stay there again.

We stayed there while waiting to move into our house. Two weeks in a hotel with 5 kids and a dog was stressful, but the hotel staff did everything they could to make the experience better. They were very accommodating and gracious. The service was great.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The beds were more of a twin or full not queen. There is no need for two tv's.There no laundry bags in the rooms. The rooms need a big updating, and maybe a good deep cleaning.

Better than the last time I stayed here. The overnight staff was kind and helpful. The entire staff was sweet to my toddler.the hotel is overall pretty quiet. Great location. Interstate access and close to casinos, museums and the zoo.

We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight out of Epply at the end of April. As there was a large conference at the event center the next day, we paid twice per room what was normally charged for the same room. One of our rooms bedding had blood stains on the top sheet. The manager was apologetic but offered no explanation other than they had just aquired new management and the rooms were starting to have upgrades. Our second room had a hole in wall where the wiring for the TV came ... Read more

I was told that exit B was the closest to my room on the second floor, and it would have been if the stairs had been in the corner, but the stairs are by exit C. The rooms looked like they needed updating, but they were clean.

I stayed here this year (and 2 years ago) for the Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder meeting, so hotel rooms were hard to find. I was really pleased to book a room here as I had enjoyed it the last time. There is a free airport shuttle (and to Downtown Omaha). Room was large, clean and the two queen size beds were perfect. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs, toast, waffles, preserves, butter, fruit juice, coffee - all you need to set you up for the day ahead. Staff were friendly and helpful ... Read more

I don't know where to start. The room was very old looking and took away the comfort as soon as you walked in. the pillows were terrible( something I rely on). The breakfast was aweful. NO fruit, No gravy for the biscuits, NO sausage, NO potatoes,. The only thing they had going was some friendly staff( not all). Wikk never come back.

First, I doubt that I will use Tripadvisor again as it proved to be not very reliable with hotel recommendations. Hotel is old, unkempt, dirty and loud. Its renovation is decades overdue. The website was misleading. The "heated indoor pool" was closed. The hotel smelled really bad, with cracks, rips, flies etc everywhere. We kept the room because all other hotels were booked at that time (Memorial day weekend). The only bright aspect of our stay were employees. I am amazed that it is a part of Q... Read more

Do not stay here! We had a group and we all left! Air conditioning was not working, found mice droppings and smelled like mold in our room. We were there for 2 hours and they still charged us for a night. Do not recommend at all!! Wish I could have taken pictures of the place.

The room was clean, but small! The bed was very comfortable! The air conditioning was wonderful! The base of the bathtub was not quiet clean. It had soap scum. The staff was friendly but would not apply my Walmart leisure discount because she said they were almost booked. I am not sure about the breakfast as we slept in past breakfast time.

The hotel needs a little TLC to the actual physical property. Carpets cleaned, paint. The front desk ladies were always very helpful. I wish breakfast was open until 10, but it was a decent breakfast. The room had a great bed with very clean sheets, nice bathroom, and I thought the cable tv was exceptional. Great pillows.

Was charged $20 fee for booking over thr phone. $90 room that stunk and had human and pet hair on the sheets. Needless to say, we slept on top of the covers. Was careful in the shower, every move you made, you could hear the pipes under the tub. I originally was trying to get into a Microtel but they couldn't book me over the phone bc they were having technical issues. Next time I'd rather sleep in my car than this Quality Inn.

This place was unbelievable. No, really, you would have to see it to believe it. It smelled HORRIBLE in the room. I can't even describe it. So we had them switch rooms. The next one also smelled. Carpets were filthy, stained, puddles, mold. Walls were peeling and filthy. Pool was inoperable. I really couldn't believe the hotel was open at all. Also, our rooms were almost impossibly inaccessible from the parking lot. We had to walk down long halls and climb staircases. I imagine there ... Read more

When we were picked up by shuttle from airport the shuttle was a stained seated mini-van with no air conditioning on. Then when we arrived to motel with my elderly mother in law who has breathing difficulties we were greeted with cigarette smelling halls and room. When my husband had booked room he had asked for a room with two queen sized beds. When we got to room it stunk and only had two full sized beds. I asked the manager about it and was told they didn't have two queen sized beds in one ro... Read more

Service - Top notch, the staff was friendly and helpful and their shuttle went out of their way to get us to and from a concert at Stir Cove, the shuttle is on its last legs but we were told it is being replaced. Cleanliness - Lobby and rooms are clean, hallways and outside area dirty and disrepair. Our room (108) shower rod wasn't secured, lights over sink didn't work, bathroom door didn't shut. Value - we didn't pay for the room, but used program points, the points level was very reasonable... Read more

We checked in at 11pm we got a room on the 1st floor. They are doing remodeling but they should have knocked down the whole building and started new. Our felt as if it was in a basement. The shower had lots of mold. We couldn't leave soon enough we got up and left at 4:30am. It also seemed to be in a not so nice neighborhood. We did not feel safe at all. We wanted to leave as soon as we walked into the lobby. The picture shown is not the same lobby. They have old torn up couches.

We stayed at this hotel passing through town. The property was undergoing some much needed updates during our stay. We had family staying in a room on the first floor, which had a very musty odor--we didn't notice an odor in our 2nd floor room. The beds/decor of our room was nice, but noticed some lipstick stains on one of the pillowcases. The bathroom was in need of updates/repair. The tub appeared dirty and the toilet kept running after flushing it--required jiggling the handle to make it stop... Read more

I made a reservation for this property due to having to attend a funeral in Council Bluffs. After a 10 hour drive we were tired and decided to overlook the first red flag which was the poorly lit parking lot and the trash overflowing everywhere. What we couldn't overlook was the smell that hit us when we opened the room door. After walking in I was immediately drawn towards the sofa that looked like it was from an episode of that 70's show. The huge rip in the sofa cushion didn't help it eith... Read more

We were on our way home from Colorado and every other place I tried was booked. So we ended up at the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. Not only was it in serious need of updating and cleaning, it did not feel safe. The door to the parking lot was supposed to be key access but it wasn't locked at all. If this is the only hotel with room, keep driving!

For the price, the place was definitely worth it. The hallways and other public spaces could use an update but the room was nice in comparison. Everything was clean and the free breakfast was pleasant. Pool is currently under construction which leaves an eyesore but no real complaints.

Our room was nice, although the furniture is old. The beds were new and comfortable and had nice bedding. The exterior of the motel is rather dumpy-looking. Couldn't get cold water from the faucet. Seems strange that you need to use your room key to get into the breakfast room. Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m., which is really early. Candy bar from vending machine was melted as hallway was apparently not air-conditioned. I felt the motel was a little over-priced.

Our room was large and the beds were comfortable but that is about the extent of the positives. The furniture is old. The air conditioner doesn't really work. The shower curtain wouldn't even close. The swimming pool had so much chlorine that you hurt your eyes when you walked into the room and it was a pretty deep pool so little kids couldn't play in it. In addition I am not sire the neighborhood is very good given the locals that were hanging out at the hotel packing lot.

The girl at the front desk could not have been more pleasant. There were so many things to initial on the registration card I felt like I needed my attorney to look it over. Older property going through renovations. My room number was on the floor leaning against the wall. The exterior door nearest my room wasn't functional. The room was large (think I was upgraded ... Very nice). But the furnishings were a little worn. There were two large TVs on the wall basically right next to each other. Loo... Read more

The property is somewhat run down. There are signs up indicating that renovations to the pool are underway although I saw no work being done. Our room was ok. Bed slept good. Desk, headboard and cabinet appear relatively new as do the curtains and bedcover. Bathroom is just ok. It was clean enough but mold was evident in the shower crevices and in the grout on the tile floor - maybe a bit of bleach. The AC turned on and off all night leaning toward hot and cold. The newly refurbished room had lots of problems from faulty plumbing to an unusual smell. Whatever company in making repairs, they need a new company to repair the repairs. The front desk was very pleasant. The breakfast was decent. The room was large. The shower head was poor, at best. The location was fine. Since they were renovating, no locks on the outside doors.
