Front desk staff was attentive and helpfull with all questions. The directions provided by all staff were acurate withe direct routes. Parking is $5 for 24 hour period. Garage was easy to exit and enter during that 24 hour period.

The pool was clean. The WiFi connection was excellent. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our 5 yr old son probably said it best when he said, "I really like this hotel... I don't want to go home yet."

Typical Hilton Garden Inn, nice staff, just down the street from Purdue. Our first choice when visiting. If it's full, I highly recommend the newly remodeled Hampton Inn in Lafayette, about a mile further away, near the local mall. Those rooms are fresher and more modern, best Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at.

The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. This hotel is very conveniently located to campus. However, the cost was very high for this level of hotel. The breakfast is $9 per person and the food was not very good. The elevators are dreadfully slow. The water was slow to heat up for a shower. I had to run the water for a couple of minutes before it got hot.

This Hilton Garden Inn was very clean, comfortable with a good location. My husband was going to the Indy 500 race and for the first time in 10 years we couldn't get any closer to Indianapolis. It ended up as a wonderful alternative to get to the race. The parking is a little tricky and the entrance is also extremely tricky, I ended up driving going the wrong way twice trying to get to the front door. It was worth the confusion in the end. I think the hotel needs a You-tube tutorial on how t... Read more

Great hotel. Clean and friendly. Walking distance to a lot of popular including downtown Lafayette and attractions near Purdue University's campus. Have recommended this place to several and they have had good reactions as well. I have stayed there on several occasions and never been disappointed. The staff always accommodate all of our requests and needs.

Located close to Purdue with good restaurant choices within walking distance. They do however charge extra for parking, breakfast, and "premium" WiFi. All these additional fees detract from the overall value.

Room was clean and adequately updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in a very nice area with the pretty Wabash river nearby. Ask for a room with a good view as some rooms face the rooftop air conditioners of the building next door. Bring your own pillow if possible as the ones provided are so puffy it is hard to get a comfortable position. Overall, very good experience.

Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, and good location if you need to be in West Lafayette. Lobby has been recently renovated. Hotel has pool, fitness room, and hot tub. Parking is $5 and you use the garage behind the hotel. Right next to the Hotel is Scotty's Brewhouse and lots of other food choices just a few doors down.

We stayed one night while visiting family at Purdue. The staff was very friendly (they gave me a cheaper rate upon check in) and the rooms were clean to our satisfaction. The parking lot is not the easiest to get to or navigate, but there are shops near to eat so you don't have to drive once you arrive. Overnight parking is in an attached garage.

Nice hotel, close to Purdue campus and to cross a ped bridge across Wabash river into cool historic area, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs. The spa doesn't work - if that is why you are choosing this hotel - to have a hot soak in a whirlpool- go elsewhere.

Awesome location. Amazing breakfast meal. Hotel is very pricey, for what you get. Parking is for a basic garage that is not fully connected to the hotel. Hotel itself is slightly under construction and every road getting to the hotel is under construction.

The reception was chilly, the room alternately a cold gale and a stagnant air blast, a charge was added to everything, including parking and breakfast, the parking system was almost dysfunctional. The parking system -- we were told -- was not in the control of the hotel.

The location was excellent. Only problem was that the parking was unusual and there were some times bottlenecks at the front of the hotel if people were checking in or departing at the same time that you wanted to leave the hotel through the front.

We like to stay here when due to proximity to downtown. There are so many great little restaurants and bars to choose from in both directions. We've stayed here twice and have had great service both times. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was we didn't sleep well due to the bed not being comfortable.

A nice hotel close to Purdue. A bit pricey but close to many things with amenities such as Pool/Jacuzzi, fitness room with weights, and a lobby bar. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a variety of items and is $8/per person. Main Desk staff very helpful. Pedestrian bridge across from hotel to Lafayette and very nice park with walking trails adjacent to the hotel. There is a parking fee of $5 per day but included in and out privileges.

While the location of this hotel is very good and it was very clean, the nightly rate is very high for what you receive. In addition, both the hot tub and one of the treadmills was broken. In addition, parking is $5 a night. That seems ridiculous when you are already paying over $200 a night for a Hilton Garden Inn.

My room was clean and spacious, including a chair and ottoman plus microwave, Kuerig and mini frig. Parking is a pain, garage across the street then you have to drag your bags through the garage then across the street then into the bottom of the building before you can aces the elevator. Given that this property consistently charges $200+ per night I was hoping for a decent accommodation. The room was in urgent need of a refurbishment with damaged furniture and warped carpets. The low point was the bathroom - covered in (what I assume) the previous guest's hair. The hair dryer had long blond hairs (I'm a guy with short hair) wrapped around it - disgusting. The exhaust vent in the shower area had INCHES of dust on it. Finally, the carpet in the hotel room was so dirty that my fee... Read more

Great location for visiting Purdue. However paying extra for parking is a negative as is the parking garage. To get in to the hotel after parking you have to walk by the dumpsters and service entrances to other businesses, plus cross an alleyway with a blind corner to enter. It is not covered therefore you and your luggage get soaking wet if it is raining. Also you feel very vulnerable safety wise with the entrance being so secluded and in the back. I think for the money, you should offer free breakfast and parking. It's a great location if you need to be at the university or attending a meeting downtown. A lot of hotels are getting rid of their carpeting because of the germs associated with carpet. There are a lot of ceramic/porcelin tile out in the marketplace now that resembles wood but more durable and is slip resistant for the safety of your customers.
