We stayed in the Presidential Suite, the room itself is very large and looked pretty clean and had a microwave and full size refrigerator, the bed was a king size and that is the end of the good things I can actually say about this place! I had to sleep on the pullout "bed" and let me tell you all that if you are unlucky enough to actually have to sleep on one of those god- awful things, I am sorry! First off, It was dirty and had food crumbs all over it, then there were no pillows anywhere to be seen, I went downstairs to request 2 from Crystal, the woman at the front desk. She informed me that in the entire hotel, there was only 1 left, I informed her that would be a major problem and suggested that she go back and look again, after a few minutes, she found another one.. I thanked her and went upstairs to set up for sleep only to realize once it was pulled out that it was very small and also there were NO SHEETS! Trudged downstairs to inform her that linens were required and was handed a bundle of sheets, by that time I was really exhausted and getting crabby, set up the king sized sheets on this less then twin size bed and it dawned on me there were NO BLANKETS, not in the room at least so my Brother went to his room phone to request a blanket for me because by this time, I was not wanting to talk to her again and the phone did not work... utterly ticked off by this time, I called from the other phone to the front desk to ask for a blanket to be sent up to our room only to be snidely informed that there were no extra blankets throughout the entire hotel!! I was upset by this time and was done with dealing with this woman.. crawled into this "bed" and holy lord, the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept in in 20 years.. metal bars poke right through the shabby excuse of a mattress into your hips, back and knees.. I had to set up the couch cushions on top of the bed to sleep.. the next morning I asked Joey ( the morning guy) to please find me a blanket, He said he would make a note and there should be one in my room by the time I returned. Ok, I thanked him and went back to my room to take advantage of the In room Jacuzzi to take away the pain of sleeping on this thing only to fill it up and realize that the Jacuzzi did NOT work!!! Just unreal.. Personally, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere and go to a competitor because when we returned to the room, There was still No Blankets, No apologies nor explanations.. just skip it, it isn't worth the 169.00 they tried to charge us until my brother informed them he was a Holiday Inn Platinum rewards member and they dropped the price.. Update your Pullouts for crying out loud, I will ever go back to that place, you would have to pay me to do that and even then, I still wouldn't... By the way, the swimming pool isn't heated nor is there a hot tub and the king size bed was hard, I had to steal a nap off my brother's bed, Just because I had barely slept the night before. Also, the door to the room itself is not hung correctly so shafts of light came in and you can hear every noise in the hotel hallway.
