Clean, modern nicely sized room with king, small fridge and microwave. Helpful staff at front desk on a very busy night. Despite volume of check-ins with lots of kids in evidence, room was quiet. Not particularly impressed with the quality of the free breakfast. They used to be better. We stayed at two difference Holiday Inn Express properties on this trip home and neither breakfast was particularly good, but convenient.

This is a newer hotel and the nicest option in Lebanon. Our room with 2 queen beds was small and crowded for a family of four, so we also rented the adjoining room. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast left a little to be desired--coffee wasn't all that great and the Greek yogurt was a week out of date. You can make a much better cup of coffee in the Keurig coffee maker in the room! Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. They also offer breakfast which is a value added feature. This is by far the best hotel in Lebanon, IN. We would recommend this location.

One of the reviewers mentioned that the hotel check used an imprint to retain the credit card numbers, which is insecure. IHG responded that they were sorry and would see to it that this never happens again. That was in 2014, but they did it to me at check in February 2016. So it never changed. This hotel treats your credit card insecurely. Next, the parking. They have about 6 handicap spots and 6 regular spots in the front. The rest are in the back and require a guest key to enter the back ent... Read more

Stayed there on our way to Florida. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express which is pretty good for a free breakfast. We would stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights for the Indy 500, a little on the pricey side for a Holiday Inn Express right off the freeway. Everything was fine, not one complaint. Did get the chance to check out El Meson in Lebanon which was awesome. Nice pool, clean rooms so it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights for the 2016 Indy 500. Knew the hotels in Indianapolis itself would be obscenely priced so didn't even bother to look at them. Was able to get a well discounted corporate rate here since I booked early so the value was terrific for the price paid and the hotel was still only like 25 minutes from the Speedway (without traffic). I was very pleased by the size of the room and the overall comfort of the room. A/C unit worked well and held temperature well which isn't alw... Read more

For a Holiday Inn Express right off the interstate, this hotel was totally overpriced. The gentleman working the front desk was clearly frazzled and distracted. He was clearly overwhelmed with his work load and made rather loud comments every time the phone rang while checking me and the previous party in. He looked as though he couldn't wait to smoke one of the cigarettes from the pack clearly visible in his front shirt pocket. Not very professional and certainly not a good representative fo... I rate this hotel as average. I normally stay at Hampton Inns, but this Holiday Inn was the closest place near my brother's house. I havent stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years, and from what I have heard they are supposed to rival Hampton, but I have to be honest, Hampton is far better overall.

After a long trip my daughter and I needed a place to sleep for the night. Upon checking in the room appeared very nice with the exception of the coffee bar was not cleaned from the time before and it dirty bar of soap was left. Aside from those minor issues it was a great room, the beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet room.

If you are tired looking to take a break from driving, this hotel is conveniently located right off intersection I-65 and Route 32 north from Indianapolis. I had a business reason to be here thus I had no option but to stay at this property. Based on my own travel experience this property was average compared to other HI Xpress of the same chain where I have stayed before. I believe that rooms can be definitely improved to be above average. I was a little challenged to find a decent place to ea... Read more

If you're just looking for a clean room for the night, stop here; however, if you're expecting the standard quality, comfort, and appeal of the IHG brand, stay elsewhere. Basically, this hotel is overdue for a major renovation. Our room was clean and quiet, but the wear and tear on drapes, wall coverings, and carpeting made the space look shabby. Slippers were definitely required. The king bed was comfortable, but the worn linens needed replacing. The bathroom was clean and towels plentiful, bu... Read more

This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express and we couldn't be more pleased! From check-in to departure, everything was perfect. We found the staff friendly and helpful, the room sparkling clean (and VERY comfortable), and the continental breakfast fresh and delicious each day. When we return to Lebanon, this is where we will stay!

Checked in early evening & went to top floor room with one king size bed that looked unkempt. The bathroom floor was filthy with hair and coffee stains. The toilet had not been cleaned & had fecal matter in the bowl. Went back to front desk and explained the problem and asked for another room. The man behind the counter did NOT apologize nor did he say anything other than to change rooms. He appeared put out. I have stayed here before on a couple of occasions. The service & cleanliness here ha... Read more

This hotel is in a convenient location, off of the freeway. As some other reviewers mentioned it may be a bit older than other Holiday Inn Express locations, but we found it very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Would recommend this location. Was a great, quiet and relaxing stay. Would come back again.

If you happen to get a room facing the interstate, prepare yourself for a night of uninterrupted traffic noise screaming into your room. I understand that hotel chains build hotels near high traffic areas for convenience and visibility, but can't understand why they don't put in high quality windows that can block out this noise.

The Holiday Inn is about 2.5 hours from Chicago. Check in was quick and easy even without reservation. Rates here are higher than area hotels, but this hotel looks much better. Stayed on side facing I 65, it was somewhat noisy but I ran the a.c. fan to drown noise. Clean room, good pillows and mattress. Nice fare for breakfast. Would stay again.

I had a reservation at this location over one week in advance. I arrived and gave the male desk clerk my name. He asked for my driver's license. I asked why he needed it. He said to enter my address in the computer. I told him I would give him my address and show my license for verification but I would not let him take my license from me. I stated this matter of fact-like but I was not mean. He immediately got huffy. After taking my address he literally threw the rooms keys at me. I was... Read more

All-in-all a good stay. Front desk personnel were really nice and let me check in early. The property is nice enough but getting a bit tired. The room was nice, bathroom clean and bed comfy. While I wouldn't do an extended stay here. For a one nighter it is more than adequate.

It's not terrible. But not great either. My room has parking lot lighting shining into it all night, and there aren't proper curtains to black it out. I like to drink tea and there's not hot enough water to do it properly. I asked for a real coffee cup instead of a disposable Styrofoam cup so I could at least heat up water in the microwave but they don't have any. There seems to be a problem with the key cards they give you because they only work about half the time. Rooms are clean, be... Read more

Right up against the interstate - kind of a noisy place. Breakfast begins too late if you're a real road warrior. Place had pretty much cleared out by the time I was up and out and the breakfast area was still dark. Way to save money, I guess.

Do NOT stay at this hotel! I stayed about a week ago..and where do i even start? Let start with the RUDE staff!! Secondly, i found a bug in my breakfast! The rooms are ok, until you undress the bed, to find stains all over the comforters... do those even get washed? My housekeeper nikki doesnt stay off her phone.. and she appears to be high. And to top off this awful experience... the rooms have MOLD in them!!! Can you say nasty?!! Highly recommended to stay away!!

Stopped on a trip to visit family. Good proximity to I-65. Clean room and very quiet. Had a great nights sleep. Room had a refrigerator and microwave, Wi-Fi and was quite roomy. Breakfast was basic. I have to eat gluten free and there was a very limited selection for me. Cheerios would have been a nice option. Bacon was good, sausage was dry. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. The stay could not have been better and the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were comfortable. Could not have asked for more. The hotel is right next to the interstate but I was not bothered by noise and could sleep with no problems.

I have tried to stay at a couple of other hotels in Lebanon while visiting family here and honestly this is the only one I would stay at. It maybe an extra 20 or $30 a night but well worth it. The breakfast is good the rooms are clean , they have a nice pool and hot tub and exercise room. Trust me, just don't stay at the other hotels they are pretty crappy
