The check in staff were very friendly. the lobby and dining area spacious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The internet connection is free. Breakfast in a very nice area is included in the price. Coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate is free and available all day. They do not have a restaurant but do provide room service in the evenings from an on site cook.

Cant complain. Motel in the city. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple. Check in and out straight forward. I stayed in a Comfort Inn, sleep Inn and Hampton Suites on a 1 week road trip. Sleep Inn got 4 star as it was newer but I paid $50 more, And Hampton In was best with 5 star but think I paid $75 more. The difference is you get what you pay for. After driving a lot of miles I will stay Hampton Suites again with family of for business. I would stay at sleep inn if no wh... Read more

I have never had an experience like the one that I had in Indianapolis this past weekend. My wife and I arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the Front Desk man Devin. He made us feel welcome and provided us with details for local eateries, events in town and was just a wealth of knowledge. Devin offered us the Hotel Shuttle Service and took us to the Convention Center and provided directions for our Dinner accommodations. When finding out that Devin had only been working here for a couple of... Read more

The IU Simon Cancer Center has a Pro-care Concierge who will make a hotel reservation for you at a discount from several different hotels near the hospital. This was the hotel I choose while my partner had surgery and an overnight hospital stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed there last week while helping my mom at an event for one of the churches in the area. The rooms were very clean, as was the common area. The breakfast was good, and it had different options. The hotel is in a good location if you want to go downtown. My stay had been good until right after I checked out, I realized I had left my cell phone charger. I called the hotel and asked them to hold it for a few hours because I wouldn't be able to come back to the hotel until the event was o... Read more

We stayed here November 2016 for my marathon race weekend. The accommodations are nice. The hotel seems very new, clean and well maintained. I really liked that the rooms come with a mini fridge and microwave. While the hotel is a short drive to downtown, the hotel shuttle will take you to the convention center and pick you up there as well. The convention center is right downtown and within walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars. Since we stayed out past the last shuttle pick u... Read more

Building was average. Hallway smells of milage, but the room was clean and nice. Suite has plenty of room. The handicap suite bathroom shower allows water to run out, towards a drain in the bathroom floor. This makes the majority of the room wet. The mattress of the fold-out bed was less-than-comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average, but staff was ever-present to ensure fullness.

The Sleep Inn is a great location to stay if you are doing any exploring in Indianapolis. It is close to downtown activities and easily gets you to Center Circle, Lucas Oil Field, the Capital, art district, and downtown restraints. It also is close to the Indy Speedway, Indianapolis Zoo, and the river park. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly. It is quiet and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was not very good, however. There was little selection as to what to eat. I... Read more

This hotel was very clean with very friendly service and seemed very secure in the building and the parking lot. If you want to stay close to downtown (about a 10 minute drive away) this is a good choice for the money.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for a needtobreathe concert at White River State Park. It took us maybe ten minutes to get to the concert from the hotel (with congested traffic due to a preseason Colts game), and according to Maps it would have taken about 45 minutes to walk there. So for the price, the location was perfect. The staff we interacted with were friendly. The gentleman who checked us in made us feel very welcome, and was able to give us a good timeframe for when we sho... Read more
