We stayed one night with 3 kids. The rooms were very clean and nice choices for breakfast. Pool was tiny and mattress were ok. I was very pleased with price and location. Took us less than 10 minutes to get to the zoo! Free overnight parking!

The room was much cleaner than I expected. The breakfast was great. I ordered room service the first night and was a little disappointed that it was cold but it wasn't that bad. The staff was friendly and they allowed us to check in early. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed on a weekday so it was pretty quiet. I would absolutely stay there again. Even though it is right next door to some type of factory there isn't much noise.

Being that i travel often for business, I was surprised to find this hotel. It was very clean, well kept and convenient to Indy Motor Speedway where I was attending a business event. I generally stay in Hampton's or Marriott hotels but didn't feel like staying downtown. The only two pieces of advice and room for improvement I see are do not order from room service. It was cold and pretty bad but they aren't a restaurant so I didn't expect much. Secondly, they have a nice little fenced in ba... Read more

With the Indy 500 week jamming the town, it would be no surprise if a hotel just phoned it in. Instead, every employee and manager made a point to be extra friendly and to perform at a high level. All the physical plant showed careful cleaning and detail attention. Management took the extra step and provided extra large coffee cups through the weekend. Excellent. Better than we've experienced in higher-ranked properties,

We were down for the Indy 500, the 100 hundredth anniversary. This was our first trip to Indianapolis, through our travel agent we wanted to stay close to the track and downtown. When we discovered where we were staying we tried looking it up on the map. It didn't help much as we didn't know the lay of the land. We were a bit leary coming in late at night feeling like we were on an episode of COPS! We eventually get to the hotel and there was a couple outside and it turned out it was the gentle... Read more

My girlfriend and I came into town to participate in the Bubble Run and stayed at the Sleep Inn which was located nearby. The hotel lobby was clean as well as the rooms.. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner didn't cool as well as we would have liked, and the shower head was not very strong and difficult to wash long hair. Their breakfast bar was very nice and the coffee was fresh and hot several items to choose from. Over all not a bad place to stay, hopefully they'll improve ... Read more

I often stay at Choice Hotels when I travel, but only with select brands (e.g., Comfort Suites, Sleep Inn). I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of the lobby and the front desk staff person was friendly and helpful, especially given our late night arrival. Upon exiting the elevator however, we were greeted with the smell of marijuana which consumed the 4th floor corridor. Our room was decently clean, except for the long hair I found in the sheets. The bathroom was clean too. My ... Read more

Travel to Indy to run a Half Marathon; did not find any hotels downtown so my only option was this hotel which is a 10min drive from downtown. Hotel rooms are nice, big and clean. Other than that hotel is as basic as it gets; decent bfast in the morning and no hassle at check in or check out. Parking is free; would've payed $25min if I stayed at a dtown property. I went to my event only and left a few hours after next morning; if you have a similar agenda and a car. I recommend this hotel. ... Read more

We stayed here for only one night. Check in staff were great, room was excellent not too much close by, but lots to do within a short drive. Hotel offered us free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and parking too. Short drive from hotel is the speedway track and a nice area around Main street (old style shops & food). Breakfast in morning served similar to other locations, but choice was good and food was lovely. Well done to ALL staff, i'd stay here again no problem.

We stayed for one night, checked in late and checked out early, and it was a good thing, as it is in an industrial part of town, with not much to see nearby without a car. The hotel has a secure free parking lot, a plus. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and many pillows. The hot breakfast is very generous, with many choices and with excellent crisp bacon, a wonderful surprise! The only disappointment was the thin walls: all night long we could hear someone snoring in... Read more

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The deal staff was overwhelmed. Got to my room and there were some aesthetic issues. Normally this wouldn't be an issue for me but the room was almost $200 per night, so I expected better. The pool was more like a large hot tub. Breakfast was comprehensive and otherwise the facility was clean and well kept.

I stayed here 2 years ago for a convention. Besides being (re?)opened for less than a year, this Sleep Inn did a tremendous job with the traffic including bringing in a 2nd (free!) shuttle to cover the increased number of people heading to the convention center. This year, I had planned on staying here for the same convention. However, other things came up that kept me from attending. So, about a month before the convention (just last week), I went online to cancel where I discovered that th... Read more

I booked late one night, for just 1 night. Clean hotel, clean room, nice free breakfast buffett. the room had mircowave, fridge, coffee pot, really nice and modern. Was disappointed they didn't have any HBA items, except for the usual shampoo, razors, toothbrush. And the area is a little concerning at first. It's all commercial/industry, but it was fine and we didn't have any troubles and would definitely use them again.

It is very convenient to downtown and about a third of the price of the bigger chains. The hotel is newer and the breakfast is pretty good too. Our bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a very safe area and we were two miles from the center of downtown.

The front desk was very busy. We checked in late. We were given our keys but no additional information. The walls are very thin. We had neighbors laughing and giggling till 2 am - and it was coming through the walls with great clarity. The AC was nice and cold and helped to muffle the noise a little bit. We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway.
