It's not the best not the worst ramada I have stayed at. Overall cleanliness level is good which is a big plus. Extra towels and bathroom supplies were provided without asking. It is nothing special though and hotel ignored request for a high floor. Was placed on the first. Would not hesitate to stay again as while Indy is in town the rates are still reasonable.

The dinning room carpet had a spot which made the carpet look filthy. I was very upset because when I booked the room I asked for the senior citizen discount and when i checked out all three nights had a different price. I feel that this was unfair. Also, they need to buy new sheets the fitted kept coming off the bed. The first day the maid did not make our bed.

Customer service was ok, but overall cleanliness was horrible. There was filth behind the nightstand, dirt marks on a pillow, and carpet not vacuumed. I also could not get a clear picture on the television. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown surrounded by other hotels.

Room was not ready or clean upon arrival. Then the next day room not cleaned and the lady that was to clean it said we denied the service. And we did not. The manager told us she believed her and not us. And if we did not like that to get the hell out of her hotel.

If you are just staying the night in Indianapolis and you will be unconscious for the majority of the time while waiting for a flight and you enjoy quiet and a soft bed this is the perfect hotel. The rooms were basic and the breakfast avoidable but for the price you can grab a Starbucks and not feel guilty after.

Dealing with the general manager at this establishment has been the poorest customer service I have ever received. Rude, unhelpful, and out for himself. Does not care about customers and was just a very unpleasant man. The hotel is also gross. Save your money, time and dignity, and stay somewhere else. I will never stay at a Ramada ever again after the poor treatment I encountered here.

It's a good location, but don't rely on the housekeeping staff. The second day, returned to the room and expected my room to be cleaned. It was NOT. Ask the front desk who looked it up and said my 'Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. It WAS NOT. The house keepers LIED and thus, I did not trust them around my belongings. Also, I dropped an earring and I saw OLD snacks on the floor and some old hair-dust-bunnies (with dust on them) how gross!!. Hotel needs a FULL top to bottom cleaning. Al the... Read more

Anyone remember when the Ramada Inn used to be a pretty sweet hotel chain? Guess I'm getting old. This Ramada was super decent. Clean, well lit, good amenities, fast wi-fi, comfortable beds. One of the better ones. The only issue was that they were out of laundry soap (to sell) and I wasn't able to do a load of clothes. I was told I could walk to a nearby gas station, but there were some sketchy looking folks (I am from Staten Island, NYC, not afraid of much, but seriously, these people were SKE... Read more

I arrived at the hotel during the grace period. I explained that I had just spent 15 hours in an airport and was tired. I went up to my room and although I reserved a room with a king size bed there were 2 Queens. I wasnt informed before I went upstairs. And when I called I got no answer at the front desk. Then when I came back down I was told that the shuttle driver could run me to the store. But he wasnt there. Then I mentioned about the room and the rude response was "that's all we got. You c... Oh gosh....how can someone politely say "Do not stay at this hotel!" We arrived after a late flight this past weekend and if the rooms had not already been paid for we would have driven home 2.5 hrs! There was hard shelled bug crawling in the bathroom...the peep hole in the door was stuffed with Kleenex and tape remnants where something had been torn off the door. The bathroom had dirt on the baseboard...drink stains running down the vanity. We did not take our shoes off until we were able t... Read more

PRO The price was good. The location was very close to the highway. Nice Service CONS Clearly an old hotel, it would need a bit of refresh. NEUTRAL Cleanliness: the bathroom and the bed were clean, but the rest of the room seemed a bit dusty. Breakfast: Decent but nothing more.

There is not enough room to write how poor this hotel rates. The rooms were dirty. The housekeeping staff don't empty trash or clean the rooms. The place smells of dirt and smoke. The doors to outside are not locked- so not sure how safe this hotel is! There is a wet chair in our room- disgusting! Today we were told they didn't have clean towels. Thinking that this is unsanitary. I would never stay here again. I have never experienced a hotel with this level of poor staff and filth. Pick an... Read more

The worst service ever in my life. Four phone calls and it still did not pick me up. Other shuttle drivers from other hotels just laughed and said you will always be waiting for the Ramada shuttle. The Holiday Inn shuttle driver took pity on me and drove me to the hotel in question. I gave her the big tip. Room smelled of mildew. Sad to end an otherwise great trip to Indy that way.

Stay was ok.... not remarkable for $250/night. Room was fine/comfortable & clean... hallway was not air conditioned and was too warm... and had a funky musty smell. Hot breakfast was unremarkable. Staff was friendly. side doors were NOT key card secured (always open). We should have paid no more than $125/night for this location. Poor lighting in the living area of the suite

The worst hotel in which I have ever stayed, & I travel often! First, they had no room for us - we had a reservation & were there for the USAV national volleyball tournament - our team had reservations & were required to stay at this hotel. At 8:30 at night, they said rooms were not cleaned yet (check in is at 3pm). Then when we went to our room, we opened the door on another family! They put two families in the same room! Then we had to go back to the front desk & request another room. Our coac... Read more

Our team was placed here in connection with a volleyball tournament. It was so bad I moved to another hotel even though I could not avoid paying four nights at this one. The whole property smells bad, like stale smoke. The carpet is stained, the wallpaper peeling, the sheets dingy and the bathroom in poor repair. We got back to our room around 3:00 pm and they had not been in to clean yet, they never vacuumed the carpet in the week we were there and probably not before we arrived, because we found toe nails on the floor that did not belong to us. We enjoyed our week stay. The breakfast was a good selection and the hours it was served were longer than most hotels we have been at. The staff was always very friendly. The only downside was the wifi. We had a room on the end of the hall and could not get wifi. We had to go to the lobby and sit to use it. They do have a very nice sitting area though!

I arrived and checked into the Ramada and got my room. Because it was 8 PM, we immediately left to go to eat, not going to the room. Then ,while gone, their computers went down. The motel was about full. Another person came in for a room. Attendants were sent to check rooms. Because ours had no luggage in it, the attendant said our room was available, so they sold our room again! When we came back from eating, the other people had moved in! About 10 minutes from the airport. Front desk personnel were fantastic (Mildred)! Parking was limited, but probably due to this being a race weekend. Otherwise, not likely a problem most times. Hotel was clean but could use a refreshing upgrade. Breakfast area was large. Food was good, but the prepared cooked food was barely room temperature. Good selection of food. Would definitely consider staying here again especially being this close to the airport!

The staff were not very helpful. We were not familiar with the area at all. When asking about eating places they were less than helpful. The only place they recommended was the restaurant at the Wyndham which was very expensive. The main problem though was on Sunday, 5-29-16, we left the motel at 6:00 AM to go to the Indy 500 race. I have been staying at this Ramada Inn for the past 6 years for a convention in downtown Indy. The property has always been well-maintained, the service has been excellent and accommodating and the room neat and clean. I truly appreciate the Continental Breakfast which is well-stocked and diversified. The ONLY thing I wish it and other hotels would do (i.e. the Wyndham across the parking lot) is that when you book the room, the fee that is tacked on for Incidentals be added to your total bill BE... Ramada Indianapolis Airport was a great find. Centrally located and only a few minutes from down town and some great places to eat only a few minute walk away. The rooms were large, clean and well kept. The front desk could not have been any friendlier and willing to give you help and directions to some real hidden eatery gems. We traveled during Memorial day weekend but the Ramada was still staffed sufficiently to help meet any of our needs.

Overall this was a nice hotel. Our group reserved three rooms. They were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was nicer than most I've encountered. My only real gripe was the attitude of hotel staff, the desk clerks at check-in in particular. There were two of them, and they seemed much more interested in badmouthing a co-worker than in getting my group checked in.
