Meh says it all right. The front desk was disinterested in our visit and were more interested in having their own conversation which lead to delays in us checking in and getting to our room (we did arrive late in the evening). Room was decent, nothing fancy. The elevator bank is horrible as it takes for ever to get down and up. Doubt i'll be staying here again.

My hotel stay was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious and service was great. The parking was a bit pricey! I had to come and go, so I chose the Valet Parking for $39.95 plus tips for an overnight stay and then you could come and go. If you self parked, you paid $26.95 every time you came in

If you want to save $14 on parking, you should definitely park in the "World of Wonders" mall parking garage and not the hotel parking. This is a standard city center business hotel. It's not great, it's not bad. The hotel is situated in a mixed use office building that is connected to the convention center and to the Circle Center Mall via internal walkways. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of downtown Indie and it is very close walking distance to pretty much anything downtown. If y... Read more

Pretty standard stuff for a business stay downtown. Bedding was nice clean and fluffy. Check-in was a breeze, actually it went really well. Fast check-in and very friendly staff. The room was very clean. Every little detail was taken care of. Being that I'm not a fan of hotel coffee, I couldn't tell you have the complimentary coffee taste. Walking distance to everything downtown, was a nice bonus as I had a "free" day on my recent business trip.

Great location in central Indy, large hotel but walking into the lobby area from the central mall direction can be confusing. Check in was OK, but there were ticket envelopes waiting for me to pick up and it seemed to take forever to get them delivered to my room (after an extra phone call). I should have been able to collect them at check in, then they charged me $5 each as a handling charge. The bed was quite comfortable, but the curtains were not true light blockers. This hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Indianapolis, making walking an easy option. Our room was neat and tidy upon arrival. The major downside of the hotel was the extremely high parking fees. I suspect other hotels in the area also charge very high rates.

I stayed at this Hyatt for two nights while in town for a convention. I was given a king bed room at the end of the corridor. The windows in the room fronted the "hallway" which was next to the large atrium. It was a bit weird not to have windows that face the outside. But I think only the end rooms are like this. The hotel staff was polite, and went out of their way to track down a package I was expecting. I would definitely stay here again.

I was able to expand my GenCon visit from just Saturday to Friday/Saturday/Sunday by getting a last minute reservation. I got to check in early, and the staff was very helpful beyond just the hotel duties.

The Hyatt lobby is spectacular. The rooms are comfortable and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost of such accommodations in most other cities is double that of the Indianapolis hotel.

This hotel is top notch.. the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are large for a hotel inside the city. At $219 a night, it should be. The maids cleaned the rooms well. Wished they woukd have mopped the bathroom each day, but all in all it was a great hotel. Paid extra for the regency club and I feel in my situation it was a waste of money. Went there twice. Beer st the hotel bar was 7+ dollars.. I would, however, stay there again.

The rooms are excellent, roomy and generally good views from window. Beds are comfortable and somewhat interesting, semi soft but firm, go figure. Bathrooms nice and up to date. The mini fridge terribly located in an unventilated box. They need to drill a couple of 2-3" holes to a side or closet to let it work right. Pool is not, unless u just like to splash, only 20 feet long. Excercise room average and machines have TV access but none of them work :-( Great location with lots of eating places ... Read more

Design of Interior was fascinating , yes I would recommend your Hotel to any person visiting the area. City was the first time you can leave your Hotel and make use of all amenities within walking distance, I have not experience any other city with the available amenities within close proximately to any Hotel.

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. The hotel is very nice. The lobby is huge and almost seems like a small vacation resort as the floors are all open to one giant lobby area that has sky light ceiling. The King room was extremely spacious. Big tv, lounge chair, comfortable bed and the bathroom was large and clean. The location is also very good. Close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Highly recommended.

My twin sister and my niece came to celebrate our birthday. My niece surprised us with the room since she worked for the Hyatt corporation. The front desk clerk was very nice and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no additional charge for our birthday. The room was beautiful and the bed was amazing!!! I definitely would stay there again.

I have been coming to this hotel for business for many years. In general terms it's a good hotel, I appreciate the long disappeared in most American hotels bath robe and sleepers add to that the wonderful team of people that works here and the nice gym, the only praise they will get from this weary traveler. It would not take very much for this hotel to make the experience extraordinary, as it stands right now it is not better than mediocre. I would have no problem with the slightly obsolete ro... Best personalized service in Indy! Great service, hospitality and best views of the city from the rotating bar/restaurant on the top level. This is my default hotel for travel as it is walking distance to everything and even St Elmo's which is a must stop for their excellent shrimp cocktail!! Quietest rooms too for best nights sleep!! If you are looking for a place to stay right in downtown Indianapolis and close to pretty much everything, stay at this hotel. It was extremely busy while I was there, but the front desk staff members were amazing. The room was fine, though the shower door leaked quite a bit, and it took some work on my part to adjust the shower head to ensure no lake would form in the bathroom. Also, in the evenings it took a long time to get hot water. Other than that, I had no major problems and can recomme... Read more

All the interior corridor noise is amplified and shared with all the guest rooms! 20 floors of noise! My room had a window to the atrium/corridor but not to the outside, so there was no view at all. On the plus side, the staff was excellent and very friendly.

Stayed two nights in a King City View Single for $139.00 per night, while attending a business meeting in the same facility. The room was clean and comfortable and offered the expected conveniences - fridge, wifi, etc. Had a great very large walk in shower with an excellent shower head. Only complaint with the room was that in the evening, even with all the lights turned on, the room felt too dim - I guess the cost of being "green". I have stayed in this hotel for over 10 nights so been through weekdays and weekends. All in all no major issues, at check-in I was asked what room I preferred and was given exactly what I asked for (higher floor, outside views). Room was clean and reasonable size with pull out work desk, which I liked as it was better height than the large TV table. I'm allergic to dust so noticed immediately the thick carpets, although very comfy they do accumulate lot of dust which is seen floating through ... Read more

The hotel was Convenient to the convention center and mall with walkways in case of bad weather. The hotel pool and exercise room on first floor. Staff was pleasant, attentive. The food was not skimpy as in some hotels. The 18th floor lounge was well stocked whenever I visited, and there was always an attendant to help or answer questions

Super comfortable beds, Starbucks in the lobby, rotating restaurant on the rooftop... and a short walk to the convention center. (It's an easier walk if you use the street, and not the raised walkways since you have to go around the parking garage)

This was my first time staying in Indianapolis. I wasn't really impressed with the hotel outside of the fact that I had a nice location. The room was pretty run down several items didn't fit together the iron have been completely worn and barely worked in the staff seemed too busy with I don't know what then to take care of any needs or answer questions.

Restful stay....great room with killer view. Easy to get around the city and see sites by foot. Lots of dining choices and all close by to Hyatt. Service was excellent with friendly staff from the house cleaning staff who greeted me with a Good Morning. Her name was Jessica and my room was well attended by her.
