Meh says it all right. The front desk was disinterested in our visit and were more interested in having their own conversation which lead to delays in us checking in and getting to our room (we did arrive late in the evening). Room was decent, nothing fancy. The elevator bank is horrible as it takes for ever to get down and up. Doubt i'll be staying here again.

My hotel stay was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious and service was great. The parking was a bit pricey! I had to come and go, so I chose the Valet Parking for $39.95 plus tips for an overnight stay and then you could come and go. If you self parked, you paid $26.95 every time you came in

If you want to save $14 on parking, you should definitely park in the "World of Wonders" mall parking garage and not the hotel parking. This is a standard city center business hotel. It's not great, it's not bad. The hotel is situated in a mixed use office building that is connected to the convention center and to the Circle Center Mall via internal walkways. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of downtown Indie and it is very close walking distance to pretty much anything downtown. If y... Read more

Pretty standard stuff for a business stay downtown. Bedding was nice clean and fluffy. Check-in was a breeze, actually it went really well. Fast check-in and very friendly staff. The room was very clean. Every little detail was taken care of. Being that I'm not a fan of hotel coffee, I couldn't tell you have the complimentary coffee taste. Walking distance to everything downtown, was a nice bonus as I had a "free" day on my recent business trip.

Great location in central Indy, large hotel but walking into the lobby area from the central mall direction can be confusing. Check in was OK, but there were ticket envelopes waiting for me to pick up and it seemed to take forever to get them delivered to my room (after an extra phone call). I should have been able to collect them at check in, then they charged me $5 each as a handling charge. The bed was quite comfortable, but the curtains were not true light blockers. This hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Indianapolis, making walking an easy option. Our room was neat and tidy upon arrival. The major downside of the hotel was the extremely high parking fees. I suspect other hotels in the area also charge very high rates.

I stayed at this Hyatt for two nights while in town for a convention. I was given a king bed room at the end of the corridor. The windows in the room fronted the "hallway" which was next to the large atrium. It was a bit weird not to have windows that face the outside. But I think only the end rooms are like this. This hotel is top notch.. the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are large for a hotel inside the city. At $219 a night, it should be. The maids cleaned the rooms well. Wished they woukd have mopped the bathroom each day, but all in all it was a great hotel. Paid extra for the regency club and I feel in my situation it was a waste of money. Went there twice. Beer st the hotel bar was 7+ dollars.. I would, however, stay there again.

The lobby is huge and almost seems like a small vacation resort as the floors are all open to one giant lobby area that has sky light ceiling. The King room was extremely spacious. Big tv, lounge chair, comfortable bed and the bathroom was large and clean. The location is also very good. Close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Very comfortable room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and quiet. Room got pretty dark at night. Close almost everything in the city. Very doable to park and walk. Only complaint was the shower, it did not get hot :/

You cannot control your own room temp so our room was 79 degrees and they said there was nothing they could do about it because they can only run heat or AC. Also they tried to place me in a double bed room when I booked a king room. The staff was kind but completely useless. I cancelled my next nights stay and went to a different hotel for the remainder of my vacation. Not worth paying any kind of money for a room that you can not even make comfortable to your liking.

Good things first: this hotel is walking distance to pretty much anything downtown - lots of restaurants and shopping, Lucas Oil Stadium, convention center. It's also a nice-looking hotel in the public areas, room was comfortable. Not so good: Overpriced, I thought. Our room was on the small side and the two beds were doubles, not queens. We were there on a busy weekend with a lot of events and the hotel was clearly quite full, but I felt service was lacking even considering that.Although valet... Read more

A luxury hotel blocks away from the circle, the capital, stadium. The hotel is also connected via elevated walkways to a mall and neighboring hotels which offer plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a modern/chic appearance and is well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly. With large meeting rooms on the first few floors, there is always lots of activities throughout the lobby. However, the elevators can get crowded at times and the ... Read more

Bad room service, poor wait time on check in, no sundries shop for snacks after hours (who doesn't have that anymore), poor bath room functionality with toilet and shower, no concierge to set up some dinner reservations and elevators are VERY SLOW! My room was quiet however and average cleanliness

The rooms are great: clean, spacious. Ask for a complementary upgrade at the reception and u can get a nice window view) The Capitol is just around the corner. There's also a parking near the hotel where u can leave the car overnight

Stayed two nights while attending a cheer competition. Every staff member I encountered was very professional and friendly. I appreciated Mike, the valet, who was very understanding about the fact that I had run out of cash when he pulled my vehicle up at check out. Everything was clean and comfortable. In fact, the pillows and comforter were incredible. It's located close to shopping and dining and I loved that we could just use the skyways to walk to those places without having to go out in t... Housekeeping didn't do any cleaning. Room wasn't very clean to begin with. I know fir a fact the bathroom was never cleaned at any point during our stay. Forget about trying to eat on property. Even Starbucks completely out of most food and room service wait was too long. Never staying here agai.

I love this hotel and location. The only thing that was disappointing was the room service. It was awful. It took an hour for me to get a cup of coffee. The girls that answered the phone for service were very unprofessional.

Hotel is in a great location, nice facility, but $200 a night is a little ridiculous. Rooms were nice but heat would not shut off. Starbucks in the lobby ran completely out of food by about 8 all three days

The room at this hotel was very nice and spacious. The front desk staff was nice but the valet staff were amazing. The hotel was quiet and very conveniently located. It was nice that the hotel was connected with sky walks to so many things, however, they did not clearly advertise this or have information about how it was so connected. My biggest complaints about the hotel was the shower water was ice cold and we showered at about 9am. When I went to check out the front desk staff tried to tell ... Read more

We visited Thanksgiving night . We were in Indy to attend the Steelers vs Colts game. I checked in online and a text was sent to me when our room was ready. We had a 5 hour drive and was able to check in quick and get to our room to relax a bit before the game I requested an upper floor room and was put on the 15th floor. Room was clean and well appointed. I loved the glass elevators. Very pretty It was a short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. I was concerned about the distance from the stadium ... Read more

The pool area was freezing and the hot tub was cold and the jets barely worked. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so we were quite disappointed. Also there was poop on the base of our toilet. The hotel itself is neat and has potential but the two items listed above made our stay less than great.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The hotel was beautiful & the staff very friendly. The rooms were nice & quiet (which doesn't always happen in the downtown area). Loved the convenience of shopping & dining! My kids want to come back soon!

Hyatt Regency Indy is the perfect location to stay when you're in town for a Colts game! Located near Lucas Oil Stadium, the beds are super comfy and the hotel is clean and has a Starbucks in the main lobby area for next day caffeine fix! The Hotel Bar closes at 12:30PM - would have liked it to be open a bit longer - but still a great area to socialize with the late-night after game crew.

The Hyatt Regency is the biggest and best hotel in Indy. I was there for a big meeting and it accommodates large groups and conferences very easily with plenty of conference rooms of varying sizes. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very nice. I couldn't find pay-to-watch movies on the TV, but maybe i wasn't doing it right. The two best parts of the hotel are the rotating restaurant on the top floor that had great food and it was fun to see all parts of the city as you rotate around. The oth... Read more
