Great location and very clean, comfortable rooms. Due to the location, you may get a few late night, loud guests after a night at the bars though. Breakfast set up is a problem. It is one small room that cannot accommodate the amount of people lining up and then waiting for the breakfast sandwiches to warm up in the microwaves. Valet service was good.

Poorly trained staff in search of someone to fix air conditioning--The AC was broken, fresh towels had to be asked for repeatedly, bedding was polyester and not comfortable, one valet was a smart mouthed jerk and another was really ignorant, things were so bad we got tired of everyone apologizing. This hotel is a disorganized mess.

I've been traveling to Indy for the past few months and this is my first stay at this hotel. By far this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Downtown Indy. I found my home away from home! The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming....5 stars for every one of them. With that said, my biggest compliment has to go to the valet team members...Brocc and each of the gentlemen that worked with him on his shift were outstanding. It's been a while since I've stayed in downtown Indianapolis and I can tell you Home2 did not disappoint. I have stayed at multipe Home2 hotels across the country and have enjoyed all of them. This one is unique in that the rooms appear to be larger due to the high ceilings. As with other Home2's the decor is very nice, the hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have several trips planned to the Indianapolis area so I'll definitely be using this hotel again.

Beautiful new hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Our room had a window looking into a hallway and that was the only thing we found that we would have changed about the room. Not a big selection for breakfast but overall this place was great and would definitely stay there again. Perfect location for anything downtown and only a block from the circle.

I stayed here for one night on business a couple of days after it opened. There was still work to be done, but my room was quite nice and very clean. Was very happy to see the shampoo and body wash pumps in the bathroom. Nice to see green options in this new hotel. The valet was great, breakfast was under par, but included. Nice stay downtown.

We arrived a little before 3pm and had to circle the block twice because i passed the alley way for valet parking. When i pulled up, the valet, Brock, opened my door and explained the charges and where my car would be parked. Check in was easy. The valets helped bring all of our things to the room, and there was alot! The hotel is close to everything. we only had to get the car for a quick walmart run. We used some Hilton Honors points for two of the three nights at this hotel. It was so very worth it! The friendly front desk guy David was a look alike to my cousin Tim, so that opened up a very friendly conversation that continued throughout the stay. The young fellows who worked at the valet were tremendous too. The bedding was the best I think I've ever had - the sheets were softer than soft and the king bed was extremely comfy. I got totally screwed on the late departure , which I needed since I had to work that day. I told the night staff that I Had to depart late since I had to work early in the morning until after lunch. When I checked out, I was accessed a half-day fee! The guy at the front desk said, we have to get that room cleaned. Well the cleaning people were still on the floor working. So in effect you got some money from me but lost a customer Forever.

This hotel opened in May and is a very clean and well managed property. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice. Parking is extra and is not cheap. Also, there is no availability for a drink or dinner at the hotel. There is another Hilton property across the street with these options. Overall, a nice stay.

Definitely the best family friendly location in Indy! The staff was really friendly and efficient, the price was reasonable and the rooms were clean and inviting. Highly recommended for those traveling as a family. The hotel provides pack and plays for small children. Breakfast is decent with items such as sandwiches, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. There is also a small indoor pool with a jetted area (almost like an endless pool but not strong enough to swim against). Th... Read more

This hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the arrangement of the room was a home away from home. Having a refrigerator and kitchen sink in the room were great. We would definitely stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient to walking to a number of great restaurants. I don't think I've ever slept on a more comfortable bed.The room size was much more than we needed for a weekend stay but obviously very new and well done.

I have been nothing but satisfied with the staff and the hotel. Been there three times already - I like being by the square and close enough to other venues. I am able to walk from place to place and see many things

This is a lesser expensive Hilton hotel than others downtown and a new and well-maintained interior. Staff is very helpful and there's a nice fitness center. Unfortunately a rather noisy property compared to other downtown Indy Hilton hotels and the brand seems to suffer from some pretty cheap-feeling things like a utilitarian pre-fab shower enclosure with clunky gym shower-like soap dispensers. I tried the swim spa but was disappointed it was not warm. To be blunt, the breakfast may be the wors... Read more

We stayed here just one night - but I wish we would have spent more time here! The hotel was beautiful - you could tell they spent quite a bit getting it ready. Our room was HUGE! Great kitchen area, bathroom was clean and the lights were the brightest bathroom lights ever! The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on. Breakfast in the morning was filling and easy to find. I'm not a big "room view" person, but that would be the only negative I have to say. Our view ... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in town for a NFL game. The room was very clean and had nice finishes. The kitchenette was well appointed and included a microwave. apartment sized fridge, and dish washer. There were also dishes and silverware for use and plenty of shelving to store food items. We stayed on the top floor (7th) which had a really high ceiling making the room feel much bigger! The bathroom had a walk in shower which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to l... Brought my wife down to Indy for her 30th Bday. Had a great time at St. Elmo's and the Colts game. All was ruined by our stay at the hotel. Our neighbors were drunk and screaming at each other all night, which we complained about (twice), and no effort was made to move us, or do anything at all for that matter. The door was missing half the bottom seal, so every door that opened and closed we heard all night. Paid over 300 for the room, just depressing.

We stayed at Home2 Suites as part of a work trip. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and pristine the lobby was. The desk clerks were excellent and friendly and got us checked in right away. Once we got to our rooms, wow! I would have never guessed such a nice place to stay was right across the street from our office! The kitchenette was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and rest of the room. Having never stayed at a Home2 Suites before I can say that we were extremely impressed. We chose this hotel solely because of location to a concert venue and the price was in our range. We stayed in a queen suite which was very spacious - had a couch, two TVs, large bathroom, kitchen with 3/4 size fridge, sink, microwave and small dining table. The room was very clean and quiet, bed sheets soft and mattress high quality. There was no onsite parking so we utilized the valet service and they ... Read more

Hotel was VERY CLEAN, modern and had very spacious rooms. Housed 4 teens per room very easily and could have housed 6. Loved the amenities, made things very convenient for us! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating for a field trip atmosphere. Most hotels do not accommodate teens very well yet this staff was entirely understanding and was willing to work with our itinerary.

Everything about the hotel is fine except for one thing. I have a window that is not really a window. It looks out onto some sort of tunnel between my room and a wall. I have a whole Saturday to read and relax. Tough to do when I have no window. It makes it feel like a prison cell. After seeing my room I asked for a room with a window and was told none were available. If I had known I was staying in a cell rather than a hotel room I would have gone someplace else. I spent 3 nights at this hotel earlier this week. I attended a conference at the convention center. It was about a 12-15 minute walk. Luckily the weather was good. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Having a refrigerator for drinks and snacks was great. The breakfast was fine for me. The plus points: newly renovated, clean, functional, modern, and the rooms are huge. Lots of space all around the room and sharp design touches abound, including USB power by the beds, utterly black window shades - but spoiled by the stadium bright display on the microwave! Location is terrific and there's really nothing that's a better value in the heart of downtown. I'm a fan of the digital key system and it works well here, including the side/valet door after dark. This hotel is new and has all the amenities you would need for a marathoner with a kitchenette, free breakfast, huge rooms with high ceilings, etc. Valet is $27/night. It is central to the monument circle but not as close as most other downtown hotels to the convention center or to the start/finish of the marathon. The valet and staff upon check in were very nice. I was charged an additional night for checking out at at 12:15. Had I been aware of the no late check out (even for honors members) when booking, I would have picked another hotel. Also, the shower didn't have any soap or shampoo in the dispenser. For business and leisure travel, I will change my preferred hotel brand.

We stayed at this property for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They put out bottles of water and fresh fruit for the runners in the morning. I love these hotels. Makes you feel like you are home so they live up to their name Home2Suites. They have an excellent breakfast selection and are always located in a good part of town. I use them when I have the opportunity to travel on business. The one in San Antonio on the Riverwalk is located close to the convention center if you are there on business. I like the option of being able to fix my own food if I want rather than eating out all the time.

Let's begin with some complements - - good price - good location - very comfortable bed But there are a lot of cons. It's the first time we are so disappointed of Hilton in general and this hotel chain specifically. - we came to breakfast at 940 and.a lot of the ingredients including bread were missing. The cups were over as well. The tables and the environment was super dirty. When we asked for food they mentioned that it is frozen for Sunday. We had to go and buy breakfast somewhere else. -... Nice location decent price for a 6 person suite in Indy. Not large more like a long room. With a little kitchen area nice to put the left over pizza and pop in the fridge. And a microwave to heat the pizza up. Decent breakfast but had to wait the staff was working hard do to a large sold out hotel. $27 for in and out valet parking.
