The Indianapolis Hilton is only a block from Monument Circle, a block from Circle City Mall, and a block from the Indiana state Capitol. To say it offers ideal location is an understatement. It makes the entire downtown area very walkable. I booked a HiltonHonors points stay and was pleasantly surprised to my find my room was actually a large suite. More room than I needed but nice just the same. The breakfast buffet was serviceable, while the bar was comfortable and friendly. Valet parking was ... Read more

I arrived on a rainy Thursday evening, used valet parking and quickly checked in. I like that the rooms are in varied locations on each floor instead of one long hall. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Great downtown location w plenty of restaurants, shops and interesting architecture around. Didn't give a perfect score because the rooms need some attention, no shower gel and over priced bottled water. Super fast elevator though.

Moving our daughter to a new city for a summer internship, we needed a hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The Hilton was very accommodating and had a very reasonable rate. The room was very large and the king bed was comfortable. We also had drinks and appetizers at the restaurant. Our waiter - Joshua - provided excellent service. The valet attendants were also friendly and efficient.

Everyone from the valet front people to the desk workers were always friendly. Didn't expect the extra parking charge, but should have known I guess with a downtown location. The room was huge and a separate living room was very nice. The separate vanity sink was also nice. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen with cooked to order eggs. This hotel also didn't seem as busy as the large hotels near the convention center. I was very happy with the room and experience especially since the price was half of some of the other hotels in its class.

We were going to a convention downtown and decided to stay nearby rather than driving back and forth. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides a bar, casual dining room and a fine dining restaurant. We had a gin and tonic in the bar and ate breakfast in the casual restaurant. The drink was good and service was great. Breakfast was a choice of hot and cold buffet or cold only, We chose the cold only and found the choices very good. The bagels were excellent. The hote... Read more

1st room was so small we actually had to let the other pass first to get to other side. Asked for another room which was roomier, but just dirty throughout. Bought Lysol and sprayed the entire room. Be prepared for a walk from parking to the hotel. Watch out for water dripping as you enter the hotel from parking. You pay for the privileged to park at this nasty place. I can understand visitors paying to park, but charging your guest too! Don't know where they came up with the photos for their ... Read more

The Hilton in Indianapolis was wonderful in every manner. From the time we arrived we were cared for and our every need was addressed. The front staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was overly spacious and clean. Water was hot, halls were quiet and the entire facility was spotless.

The presidential is more than spacious with 2 full bathrooms, living area, dining area (but no microwave), desk area and one bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The internet was intermittent at best. I kept having to reset it. The water in the faucet is not fit to use for coffee/tea.

This hotel met my needs for a quick overnight business trip in downtown Indianapolis. Like most downtown Indianapolis hotels this property lacks a late night restaurant of any kind. The overnight desk clerk was prepared with a menu from a delivery place that stays open until 4:30 am. My most major complaint was the third shift valet could not retrieve my manual transmission car so I had to do it myself. Also I couldn't return it to valet until the next morning. I was promised a refund for v... Read more

Really nice place, good restaurant, clean - but the bed killed my back. Work up in the middle of the night with a backache. i was suprised that they'd spend so much to make a quality property, but then go short on the bed. Will not be back.

Spent a sports weekend here that ended with Bears at Colts in Lucas Oil Stadium. Hilton is centrally located downtown and surrounded by many restaurants. But you don't need to leave the location with a McCormick & Schmick off the lobby as well as 120 WEST BAR & GRILL where we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning.

We had our conference at this hotel. The ballroom is not as large as it is in other hotels, but it was a good size for our group (150). The food was good. The serving of our plate lunch could have been more consistent -- our table had to get our own dessert -- but overall it was fine. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants, and we also walked to the Indiana State Museum for a group tour and meal. Overall we were pleased with this hotel and with the look and convenience of our c... Read more

We had to spend the weekend in Indy for a family party that was downtown. We picked the Hilton for its location and the price was pretty much the same as the other hotel choices in the area. This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, nice big rooms, staff is very friendly and informative. The pool and hot tub area was nice and very clean. There is parking next to hotel,(kinda pricey) but location is so good everything was walkable. If I had to find anything bad to say (and this is being very picky) ... Read more

This hotel has quiet yet very spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable. It is clean. The location is perfect for access to many downtown businesses and to the state government office buildings. The federal courts are a block and a half away. There is a CVS right across the street. It is connected to McCormick and Schmick's restaurant which is convenient when checking in late in the evening after hours on Indiana's poor quality highway system. I would definitely rebook here.

I just stayed at the Hilton Indianapolis for a weekend stay. I arrived early on Friday after an early flight. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the shower seems to need an upgrade. It was clean, however the shower curtain was ripped and the tub floor seemed a bit dingy. Overall great stay though with a convenient location downtown. Very friendly staff, especially Donavon at the breakfast restaurant.

As with all Hilton properties this hotel does not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. The service was remarkable; we requested the use of a fridge and one was delivered to our room in minutes. The on site restaurant 120 West had a great breakfast and again, wonderful staff. All in all a great night in the center of Indy.

I stayed with husband, my kids and nephews for the weekend. We decided to stay here because we needed a huge room to accommodate us all, the location was good, price was very reasonable, and the hotel has an indoor pool. First, I must reiterate that the location is great. Right in the center! Parking is a bit expensive for Indianapolis at $40/day. I read reviews on hotels for weeks before coming to Indianapolis. When we arrived we all agreed it was indeed a beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean and actually very quiet in our room. I have to say that I was very disappointed when despite requesting a refrigerator ahead of time, there was not one in the room. Considering the price I paid for the room especially after parking, I felt that a refrigerator was a small request. All in all, very good hotel. I would return.

Upon walking in I was astounded by the way the room looked. The room here is huge and beautiful. However the poor rating came once I stepped into the bathroom. On a second glance the toilet showed stains on the seat. I had to go out and get Lysol to clean it out. The shower faucet has rust and mildew, and the bath soap that was provided to us looks like it was stored in a room where there may have been a flooding (water stains on the packaging). When you book a Hilton, you expect excellent quality. We left disappointed. The biggest issue was in the bathroom. The shower valve in the tub faucet was very hard to operate. It was then found that there were remnants of a washcloth that were shoved in there to get it to stay in operation as a shower. There was a bar of soap left in the shower from the previous guest. I am under 30, but I can see that these showers can be tricky for seniors, so I don't recommend it. The shower seemed much more ... Read more

Hotel staff were very friendly, but I was dissatisfied with my suite. It was a two room suite with the temperature control only in 1 room, while the other room was hot (keep in mind the weather outside was in the 40s). Also, I heard a lot (A LOT) of noise from the room located above. Every time the toilet flushed, people walking, as well as other noises could be heard. Also a lot of hall way noise. Didn't sleep well. The two room suite is very pricy compared to other hotels.
