My sister-in-law attended a concert in Indianapolis on May 14,2016 and selected this hotel because of it's price point. Before leaving home I read the trip advisor comments about this Hampton location and was very reluctant to go - and worried that our experience would not be a good one. I was delighted to see that most of the negative comments were not true! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the room was very nice. The location is in an industrial area and not as nice as other ... Read more

I called the hotel and made advance reservations for 5. 2 adults and our 3 children. I was offered a room with a King bed or two Queens. I said a room with 2 beds would be great and I would need a roll-away bed as well. No problem I was told. Went to the hotel and checked in. Unpacked our stuff in our room and settled in. Had to leave for an event and came back. Went down to the front desk to request the roll-out bed as it was not delivered yet. They said they could not put a roll-out in our roo... Read more

This hotel provides what I've come to expect at Hampton Inns - a nice clean room at a reasonable price. It's conveniently located next to the interstate and right next door to a Bob Evans restaurant, giving you an extra option for breakfast if you don't want the buffet provided at the hotel. It's not a destination hotel, but it is a nice place to spend the night while passing through the area.

I stayed in a room with one King Sized bed. The literature advertises that the room is equipped with a lounge chair. The chair was comfy; the hassock that accompanied the chair was badly stained. There were dried stains on the floor of the bathroom; it seemed as if the floor hadn't been mopped. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 6 - 10 AM but when I got to the dining room at 6:10 AM they were still setting up breakfast. Very great hotel. Descent staff and great service. Great place for out of town guest in the Indianapolis area. Staff are well trained and hospitable. Pool stays open until 12a.m which is very convenient to guest who come in tired and want to rest before partaking in any activities. Nice fitness area. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and in close proximity to shopping plazas. Over all great place for Business or Personal.

This is another quality Hampton Hotel, on the east side of Indianapolis, very convenient to I-70. Clean, and moderately comfortable, it was a good choice for us. One of the two double beds was fairly worn out, but it was adequate. Breakfast and customer service were outstanding!

Stayed three nights at this hotel during June 2016. Rooms were comfy and met our needs. We drove into Indy for sightseeing each day which took about 15 minutes. Plenty of convenient parking at the hotel, quiet at night and clean, fresh-smelling rooms. I would definitely stay here again if in the Indy area.

Very disappointing hotel. Not at all up to Hampton/Hilton standards. Guest areas very dirty. Bath area was in very poor condition (peeling paint, shower fixtures almost out of wall), Breakfast area floor was very dirty, food was cold, juice dispenser- not operating, even hot water dispenser was lukewarm at best. We stay at Hampton Inn almost exclusively because we are very seldom disappointed- not so this time!

Located in a bad part of town. Dirty. Random hot water for showers. Breakfast not the best-powdered eggs, ran out of potatoes, grounds in the coffee. Key cards didn't work EVERY day we had to get new ones. Side door card reader broken. Ran out of towels. We were very disappointed. You do not get what you pay for when staying here.

The service was awesome. The bed was way too soft. The toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle. The food was decent, but the eggs were nasty. The business center was nice but really small. The staff was super helpful. It was a great room for an overnight trip but they need to get better mattresses.

We were advised by employees that food and cleaning staff had "walked out" during our 4 day stay. On one morning we only had 15 minutes to eat and there was no hot food. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Same dirt clump on floor all four days. Failed to empty trash twice and did not replace ice bucket. Not what I expect from a Hilton property or for $130+ per night.

Located in a questionable area. We were first told our room was occupied and that they had no other vacancy, even though reservations had been made months in advance. After driving 4 hours, that definitely wasn't what we wanted to hear. They did solve the issue though. This is a nice passing thru Hampton Inn. I was getting tired, so I made my reservation, which was easy enough. I was greeted as an H HONORS Diamond do member. We have always sought out Hampton Inns because of their superb bedding and comfy beds. The bed in Room 118 was so broken down and uncomfortable that my wife ended up sleeping in the chair. This was my first stay at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The AC in my room didn't work! It was blowing air, but didn't cool the room at all. Since the fan was running, I just figured it would start to cool the room down, but it never did. It made for a miserable night sleep! Then in the morning there was no iron in the room (just the ironing board) - which took 20 minutes to receive and made me late for my first meeting of the day. Bad first impression.

Suggest this facility. Unlike some locations creeping towards $200.00 per night, this facility is reasonable. This location is also convenient because you are on I70 and close to 465. Easy to get in and out. The desk staff will suggest the Irish Mutt if dining alone. Have the Irish Nachos and of course the breaded pork tenderloin.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity for another function. It is a Hampton, not a high level Hilton, so take it for what its worth as far as quality of rooms, amenities, etc. We reserved two king rooms. Our other party arrived, no problems. Hotel staff weren't very friendly, and acted as if I was bothering them to get checked in. They didn't offer mey reward benifits, and when I requested them she rudely told me they only have water and a snack. They treat their Diamond reward members like crap. Me co-worker refused to stay there the following night.
