Communication on issues, Auditing of room after cleaning. I will be very hesitant to stay at Embassy in the future. The issues i had seams like a procedure issue with response and quality auditing. Issues were notification when a major problem happens such as no water in the morning, Jacuzzi not working. cream for in room coffee missing, coffee to go cups without correct lids. Staff really going thru the motions and not sincere. I travel for business and staying at a place that is depen... Read more

Overall the room was very nice, the grounds were beautiful, service was excellent. The bathroom was a huge disappointment in every aspect. It didn't feel clean, there was hair in the bathtub, the towels were rough, there were no hooks to hang clothes/towels, the outlets were angled strangely and the fan that had to be on to use the lights was loud and annoying. I'm hopeful that bathrooms are the priority as they are remodeling at this time. I would give them another chance because they are upgra... Read more

We had a wedding to attend and needed an early check in. The front desk staff were so accommodating and helpful. I must have called 3 or 4 times that morning and they never treated me like I was a bother. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was superior. The cleaning staff was friendly. Even though there was a bit of remodeling going on, we did not feel inconvenienced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cold water turned off during shower hours. I have been keyed into an occupied room 2 times. No restaurant in hotel.

The suite with a living room and a bed room space was very tidy and looked really new. I felt very comfortable on the bed with proper cushion of matress and pillows. Living was spacious too. Two areas that I didn't find impresseive was that there was no bath-tub, and I definately need it. The 2nd was that foods in the breakfast buffet were not warm enough to call "hot" food, so I didn't finish even the half of what I put on my plate.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a family trip. The breakfast was great -- a buffet with lots of options on the weekend and cooked to order on weekdays. Have stayed here happily many times in past. However, this time, our handicapped accessible (grab bars only, not roll-in shower) room had no wardrobe or closet for hanging garments. Most annoying was that front desk personnel insisted that we were unreasonable for expecting a place to hang our clothes because someone in a wheelchair (which does not apply to us) or their companions would not be able to reach a clothes bar in a closet. Finally provided a luggage cart and hangers on which to sto... Read more

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Love the decor and happy hour. They were renovating when I stayed and honestly some of the renovations looked rushed (i.e the sink bowl not being "glued" all the way to the counter, hot and cold faucets being swapped and light switch panels crooked) but the hotel is still nice. I just want to be honest but it didn't bother me, I just so happened to notice. Debbie at the front desk was rude. But it wasn't my dime so I would certainly stay again. I'll ... Read more

The hotel was very nice and recently refurbished. I had a lot of problems with customer service even from the time I booked the room. The rules were crazy and a police officer was present to enforce: staff monitoring entrance of pool, no coolers in atrium, must leave attrium at 11 pm and the police officer escorted us out. Please understand that this is my opinion based on my experience. I arrived late and went right to my room with the digital key, which I absolutely love. if you haven't tried the digital key, you don't know what you are missing. The good: Friendly staff, large rooms, nice decor. Friendly cook for breakfast. Average: Breakfast was okay. I wasn't overly thrilled with the buffet items since the bacon looked old, the sausage was warm at best, and the eggs had been sitting there for a while. ... Read more

This hotel is near an industrial plant that pollutes the air with noxious fumes that make the air unbreathable. One night my room was terrible and I couldn't sleep because of the terrible odor coming from the outside. The bad air was sucked in through the airconditioning. Opening the windows was out of the question. The next night the wind direction changed and air quality had improved. Everything else with the hotel is fine. The last two times that I've come here, the hot tub was "out of order" at some point during the stay and this time so was the sauna. Usually they aren't affected by a cold pool but they wouldn't even go in. It was painful to be in there and I don't mind a cold pool.
