I had a great time, more friendly staff, and a cleaner room would be better, but I would return cook to order breakfast and drinks at 530pm was great. I am a Hilton member and was not offered all my amendenities, but I had a good time, there was a little girl swimming in pants I think there should be policy to have on swim where I did not get in the pool for that reason.

This location could use an update in its room furnishings but the staff more than made up for that annoyance. The location in town is great but evidently they aren't used to accommodating parking for Texas dually pick ups. NO WAY a lifted truck could even consider parking in this facility's parking garage and it is $22 a day.

Checked in for a week while working at the 100th Indy 500. The suites were just the ticket while sharing with others. The extra sink in the main bedroom is a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful through what proved to be a busy time for the hotel. While a little dated the rooms were inviting with plenty of space. Little things like replenishing the creamers in the fridge each day would have helped. All things considered we had few complaints and would return for another visit. The daily ha... Read more

I come here every year on business. I got upgraded to a penthouse suite, which was nice. However the room was very dirty no tissues in the tissue dispenser and the bathroom floors were dirty. Also both toilets were not in optimal working order. Also I was instructed to call down 10 minutes before departure and a car would be waiting for us. However, that didn't happen. No car was waiting for us and we had to get a cab on our own, which delayed us in getting to the client.

This may be one of the worst Embassy Suites around. Carpet dirty, put phone down on counter and it stuck to something sticky and greasy, TV didn't work but for a few seconds here or there, no thermostat (they tell you to open a window) and the list continues. Front staff helpful, parking is close by and location is good (only benefits). I travel frequently, stay at another Hilton property instead.

A good value with manager's reception, free breakfast and wifi, and reasonable on-site parking garage. This Embassy Suites facility was a disappointment across the board. First, the entrance to the hotel is obscure and traffic pattern along the only entrance caused us to have to circle around several blocks to return and try again to get into the garage ramp leading to the entrance. Overall a very good experience this past weekend staying here. The hotel itself has a great location in downtown Indy very close and walk-able to Lucas Oil and the convention center. Felt it was an overall very good value for what I needed overall. Enjoyed the complementary cocktails and nice assortment of breakfast that they offered. Stayed for 4 nights as stayed in same hotel a couple of years ago and everything was all ok but the hotel is starting to look a little tired in places. Very central for the event we were attending at Lucas Oil Stadium and lots of restaurants very close by. Price wise it was comparable to others in the area and so for a centrally located hotel it ticked all the boxes but no Wow factor.

We stayed at Embassy Suites St. Louis Airport prior to our stay in Indy. We really liked the 2-room design with a door separating the 2 rooms. I assumed all Embassy Suites were the same, but I was disappointed when our room in Indy did not have an interior door to separate the 2 rooms. Looking at the websites for other Embassy Suites locations, it's difficult to determine from the room descriptions and photos which rooms have doors and which ones don't.

If you are looking for a typical hotel entrance beware because it can be a little difficult to spot the entrance at first when you drive by, you actually enter the park ramp and then from there you see the little stairs and the pedestrian entrance. After a bit of adventure finding the entrance we got to the lobby which is amazingly spacious, as everything seems to be in this hotel. Rooms are amazing and we even got a view to the dome of the capitol. There are also plenty of restaurants around ... Read more
