This facility features a convenient location near major highways, stores and restaurants. I was pleased with the king suite on the first floor. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff kept it that way during my 2-day stay. The only thing I did not like were the noisy guests in the hallway. However, by 10 p,m. the halls were quiet and I slept well. The staff appeared to work hard to please their guests. The breakfast was average but the staff were attentive and friendly, and even offered to ... Read more

My family stayed 2 nights and the facility felt recently updated. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Our room had desk, couch, wet bar, etc... Very nice "suite" feel. The pool was small and overworked. My kids had fun with it though. We were not in Indianapolis for the pool at the hotel so a small overworked pool was no big deal for my family. Breakfast was decent, but Saturday morning was crowded; and the setup is cramped and difficult to navigate. I would recommend eating as early as pos... Read more

Arrived and took some pictures. This property is still under renovation as of Feb 15, 2016. The room is very clean and most of the furnitures are new. The lobby and the room still have the newly painted house smell. The noise level is pretty low. It is very convenient go get to places. The staff are very polite and helpful

Stayed here two nights as part of a soccer tourney at Grand Park. Hotel was clean and close to lots of places to eat as well as the freeway. Staff was extremely nice and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. At breakfast they set up an extra room to serve faster due to the hotel being full of sports teams and there was a morning rush at the buffet so the extra room helped. Only drawback was the price was high but my guess is the tournament added on a booking fee as part of the ... Read more

This is a great Springhill Suites. Excellent location, good size room, great breakfast and friendly staff. The workout room needs some updating as the equipment is getting older. The restaurant next door is a great place to eat if you arrive late, Wolfies.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. It was very clean and had nice decor. Five of us slept very comfortably in our suite. Breakfast was good. There was a nice variety. I liked that it included fresh fruit and cold cuts. I would definitely stay here again.

I do not typically stay in Fishers but downtown Indianapolis hotels were booked. The experience I had at the Fisher's Springhill Suites was excellent from start to finish. Kelly checked me in and was very pleasant and informative. My suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a beautiful nature preserve just down the road where I took a relaxing hike - great way to finish a long day. I had breakfast in the morning. Although it was very busy due to a softball team staying a the hot... Read more

Easy access from the interstate. We stayed two nights & had NO problems. Staff were very nice! The breakfast was delicious! Free breakfast is always a plus ! We were placed in a handicap room which was a little surprising but we managed just fine. The room was very clean & the housekeeping staff did an excellent job!

We had to stay 3 nights at this property because of a softball tournament that was Stay to Play. At first I was happy since I am familiar with and have stayed at Springhill Suites in the past..most recently was Florida, for softball. Sadly, I was not pleased with our experience. Front Lobby staff was friendly and accomodating upon our arrival. We had issue with broken microwave and it was replaced the next day, which was great. Problems were with how our 16-17 yr old girls were treated as wel... Read more

We were at our grandson's baseball tournament in Westfield & were lucky to find a hotel in the area. The hotel was nice, staff friendly, breakfast in the morning was fine. The hotel was extremely busy with all the tournaments in the area. We had girls softball teams staying at the hotel. I feel the rate was high for a SpringHill Suites but supply and demand. Marriott is my hotel of choice and we wanted to stay as close as we could to the Baseball Fields. Everything worked out well, hotel i... Read more

On my trip of 6 hotels in 20 days, this gets second place. I liked these queen beds the best (RM 224). The free breakfast was decent and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was decently soundproofed and the AC had a fan always on mode--I am a light sleeper and changes in sound or wind wake me up, so this is a bonus. We liked the pool area too...we did not get in as this was a whirlwind visit and had no time. Recommended.

I stayed here with my 3 small children in July 2016. We travel a lot and this is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at. To start with, it's easy to locate and right near the highway. The staff is beyond friendly. It comes with free parking and free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food. The rooms were very large and offered a spacious living room and two very comfortable beds. The bedding is plush and so are the towels. I could go on and on. You can't b... Read more

I stayed here for a weekend to visit the area as I prepare to relocate there. It was in a convenient spot, close to food places and a movie theater. Also right off the highway. The rooms were awesome the bed was my favorite part. It was really comfortable I never wanted to leave it. I used the fitness center it was very neat and clean with updated machinery. There's also access to a larger gym through the hotel if you need more machines. Breakfast was decent and did I mention the bed!? Parking w... Read more

This was our first stay at a SpringHill Suites hotel. It was very nice. Our suite had a king bed, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast buffet had vegetarian sausage in addition to regular sausage (which impressed me). The bathroom walk-in shower was huge and there were plenty of towels. It is located in a corporate office park and it very convenient to I-69. Front desk people were friendly. Since this was our first experience with the SpringHill brand, we will definitely look for them on fu... Read more

We had a great experience for a 1 night stay! The 2 queen suite was very spacious. Our kids were happy that there was a sofa bed so they could each have their own beds (1 on the sofa bed & 1 in 1 of the beds). The room had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was very spacious. We really liked that the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. This made getting ready much more efficient. There was also a spacious closet. Breakfast was included and was the typical continental breakfast.

Room = clean and we'll presented Staff = professional and accommodating Location = convenient and easy to find If you need a solid room with a breakfast that is suited to all dietary needs, then here is a great option! Did I mention the prices are fair? If you travel for business, they will not disappoint. If you are on family vacation, the children will enjoy as well. This was my first stay in a Springhill Suites. The room was very nice with spacious accommodations. My family of six fit quite comfortably. The free breakfast and friendly staff made for a a very pleasant stay. The indoor-only pool leaves a little to be desired, but not a big deal at all.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend, came into town for a wedding. Spent 2 nights, wonderful accommodations, staff pleasant. Had a King bed, suite and room was roomy and relaxing after a long flight and drive. Hotel directions were spot on and easy to get to and into. There was some sporting event in town, as the hotel was filled with families of soccer players so lots of little ones running around, but was quiet in the evenings so not any problem at all.

We stayed here to be near Conner's Prairie - it's about 15 minutes away. It's a great location and clean. That said the king bed was very noisy and the pull out couch was both loud and uncomfortable. Noise is important because we have a 1 and 3 year old. The 3 year old was so excited to swim, that was all she talked about when we got there. We dressed and went down to the indoor pool. I hesitated 10 minutes before swimming because there was a film over the water and you could see dirt on the bot... Read more
