I have never stayed at a Baymont Inn & Suites before and this will be my last. While hotel was being remodeled (not a huge deal) the hallways and rooms were completely dirty. There was no information in the room (book), no fridge or microwave (empty spots in the furniture for them). The room itself was dusty and dingy. Water was dripping in the tub and obviously had been for quite some time as it was stained. No sheets for pullout in the room so called for them to be brought up. Sheets del... Read more

First, I didn't complain. I'm not posting as a complaint, just a review. I didn't have the energy to move rooms so I settled. My fault, not theirs. The front office was awesome, I arrived before three and they let me check in almost an hour early. I knew when I made the reservation that the hotel was under construction and my expectations were set. Still the room ran almost 100.00 for a weekday stay. My first impression is the room smelled odd but good, I discovered a room deodorizer in t... Read more

Now I am not one to give negative reviews but this hotel deserves every piece of one. Let's start with check in: first and foremost the owner of the hotel (sadly) checked us in and knew nothing but how to pick out the employees' flaws. I booked the room through Travelocity and prepaid months in advance because we were coming for the Indy500. I called days prior to confirm that my payment was received, it was confirmed and when I got there, suddenly no form of payment could be found. Next, he che... Read more

My family stayed at this hotel while visiting for a wedding for 2 nights. The hotel is being renovated, but that didn't really impact our stay. The room that we stayed in was definitely one of the rooms that was recently renovated. The room was clean and almost everything was new inside. Our 2 queen bed room had plenty of space. I'm pretty sure the hotel was going under renovations. The elevator was not working, and some of the carpet in the hallways was torn up a bit. However, our room was nice and clean, the tub in the bathroom looked brand new. The biggest issue was parking, we got in late (after midnight) and were unable to find a parking spot. We parked across the street in the Holiday Inn parking lot. Not a problem for me, but I can see some people might complain. I don't think parking should be an issue for m... Read more

I really can't fault anyone at this hotel during race weekend for the 500. The place was totally packed, and it seemed that a lot of people were looking for 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. They certainly could have had more folks working the front desk, but other than that, it was just fine.

Called front desk and they brought a lunge chair in. Also asked about the refrigerator and microwave that was supposed to be in room and was told since they were under construction there were none available. This is called false advertising. Despite the heat, the pool was not open. Major redecorating was being performed during our stay causing lots of dust. Many of the people we met at the hotel changed to a different hotel during our stay. The carpeting is old and some of the wallpaper was peeling. In fairness, the employees were polite and kind and I felt bad that they had to respond to all of the complaints. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a baseball tournament. Never again will I stay at a Baymont Inn. The hotel was under renovation. We had asked for a fridge in our room an there were only 7 rooms in the entire hotel with fridges. There was a dresser stand that had an empty hole for the fridge and microwave. Front desk put our name on a list for a new room the next day with a fridge, told us to come back in the morning and they would accommodate us. When we came back in the morning we were... Read more

Where to begin....we only booked this hotel to gain points toward the Wyndham chain. Unfortunately, this hotel is a BAD representation of the Wyndham ownership of hotels. The rooms are old, dingy, not well maintained and [due to renovations of other areas] not properly marked. It was total discord during our long-weekend stay. The only good part of the stay was that the breakfast staff were very attentive and the breakfasts' adequate. IF THERE WAS another Wyndham hotel offering in the same F... Read more

The hotel is very nice and dog friendly. It has been updated and renovated. The staff is nice and friendly. The keys need to be replaced and the outdoor door locks need to be fixed.

The hotel is in a good location close to local restaurants and malls. It is close to the interstate, but not so close that you can hear the traffic. The room was clean and well maintained. The air conditioner worked very well and cooled down the room very quickly. The outdoor pool and the pool area was very clean. The complementary breakfast was good and the breakfast area was well maintained. The woman setting up and maintaining the area was very friendly and proactive to ensure that ever... Read more

This hotel seemed to be under renovation but still trying to operate. Painting had been done but was not finished inside of our room, a handle was dangling on the nightstand and missing a screw, the room # was written on a scrap of paper outside the door.... It was just rather strange, although it seemed like they were doing good business with the lower room rates.

Me and my husband travel quite often and this was our 1st stay at this hotel! We loved the service, staff courtesy, and accommodations. We have decided that when ever in town (Indianapolis location) we're definitely staying here everytime!

Great location with easy access to the interstate and everything one may need. Plenty of things close by especially for a extended stay...Walmart, movie theater, fast food & restaurants.

This hotel is still going through the process of being refurbished, but it seems promising. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was basic but comfortable, offered all the amenities, and was reasonably clean. Breakfast was free and advertised as "continental" but did extend into scrambled eggs and waffles. The ladies overseeing breakfast could not have been any more helpful. Our only trouble was in finding the hotel in the first place. The address "North by Northeastern Blvd" did not... Read more

Indiana discriminates against more than just the LGBTQ community. They also discriminate against smokers. My advice is to spend your vacation dollars elsewhere.

Good stay, new hotel, had some kinks to work out, for example ensure that the door locks but staff friendly and would consider staying again. The front desk staff helpful, attentive and tried hard to meet our needs.

I stayed at the Baymont in Fishers in 2014. The service was OK then, but the rooms and property were dated. What a pleasant surprise to find 2 years later that the hotel was completely remodeled in modern décor with great beds and all the latest amenities. The staff was very friendly, prices are affordable, rooms large and well appointed, and breakfast great. Excellent shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all very close. I will definitely stay here again when visiting friends and fa... Read more

This hotel far surpassed my expectation. It's impeccably clean, modern (remodeled), and a huge jacuzzi in each suite. Their breakfast selection also far surpasses other hotels, and their ambience is much more comfortable and inviting.

Once in our room, the sink wouldn't drain. The shower wouldn't turn off. The bathroom was just a bit on the yuck side. When reported they said, "Sorry and thanks for letting us know."

Nothing special just your typical off the highway hotel but bathroom had no Kleenex and the tub was dirty then found out it was blocked. Check out time was noon which we appreciated but even though there was a do not disturb sign they were knocking on the door at 10.50 just to check on us?

The room stinks. The AC unit made a lot of noise. The breakfast was horrible. The elevator rails was missing. I will never stay at a Baymont hotels ever again. They only gave us 1 towel.

The property has changed from the one I once called my "home away from home" and gave and outstanding review some time ago! It's like the difference in day and night ... distinctively different. I was without computer access in my room and no phone service for my entire stay. I was given a variety of excuses from the password changed ? yet it never did work with the password I was given. I was told the phone company had been doing work on property and must not have reconnect the phone ... Read more

In a end room much bigger than regular room. People smoking marijuana skunked is out of my room literally. They moved us to a smaller room with the shower faucet fallen off. Room smaller and not as clean. The front has been remodeled and is quite the site. Why not all the rooms also?
