It is OK if you need a place to stay but would recommend a different hotel I found they won't go out of their way to help with any problems I had to ask several times for my tub to get fixed and there were no clean towels in the pool area

I have no complaints about the room. Shower and TV were good. Bed was okay. The breakfast was good too. It was just too noisy and we had the worst night of "sleep" (lack of) at a hotel/motel in decades. We were on 2nd floor. The walls and floors were either thin or not insulated adequately. I'm not a builder so I cannot say, but we could hear rooms next to us, and something being shoved or wheeled into a room above us in the middle of night. It seemed like people were checking in above at 2 AM ... Read more

We live local but we stayed here on our wedding night so we didn't have to drive all the way home. The room was beautiful and clean. I didnt think the staff was friendly when I tried to book the room over the phone so I ended up booking online per their insisting I do so. When I went to book the jacuzzi room was available but by the time I got through the process of talking to them on the phone I guess I missed it. They could've explained that on the phone. We traveled to this area for a family trip. The room was an adequate size for the 5 of us and was clean. The beds were comfortable. Things that could have been improved were the room temperature controls, sound proofing, Internet wifi access, shower water temperature, and restocking the breakfast items when they were gone.

What a great place to stay!! We could have hot coffee any time. The jacuzzi was great and relaxing. Rooms were beautiful and big. We were only 6 miles from Shipshewana with lots of things to see. The first night we ate at the Village Inn in Middlebury just 5 miles from the hotel and had a great home cooked meal. There is so much to see and do around there that we hope to go back. Highly recommended as the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We enjoyed a clean, spacious, handicapped-accessible room for two nights. The front desk staff to the cleaning staff were all extremely accomodating and so friendly. The complimentary breakfasts served gluten free option for my daughter as well as the restaurant connected to the lodge. It was a perfect visit (other than the weather which was not the lodge's fault!).

This hotel appears to be newer. Clean. Beds comfortable. Nice linens. We did not require much service; but the two front desk employees that we meet upon arrival and departure were friendly and professional. Stayed for only one night to attend quilt show in Shipshewana. Continental breakfast average. Good coffee. Hotel is located approximately four miles down the road from quaint town of Middlebury.

We were here for 3 nights and due to the Quilt Festival in Shipshewana the hotel was full. Our room was located directly across from the pool and we were never bothered by noise. We had problems finding TV channels but that is only because we do not have Direct TV and the channel guide did not show local channels. All in all it is a nice place to stay.

Overall a very nice hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was well kept. Walls were too thin (could hear the person snoring next door) and complimentary breakfast was not well stocked. When we return to the area we will consider staying again.

The rooms and public areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, not great. Watching TV was a challenge, the Directv guide had lots and lots of channels, most did not work. Good place to stay if going to shipshewana. Pool was very warm and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located just off if the interstate so we found it to be most convenient. It is just up the raod from the Amish community of Shipshawanna which offers plenty of family activities. The lot, lobby, pool, workout room, and guest suites are clean, fresh and inviting. We love the complimentary breakfast as it offers fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurts, pastries and of course make your own waffles

Cobwebs hanging from bedroom ceiling, but rest of the room appears clean. Complimentary breakfast was not Standard Hampton fare and what one would expect from a discount motel; little choice and what there was was either overcooked, cold, or out and the breakfast timeslot was not even halfway through the period. If all you are going to do is pop in and sleep, leaving before breakfast, then this hotel is OK; bed was comfortable and clean.
