We stayed in Clarksville Hampton Inn because there were attractions in Louisville to visit! A lot of the Louisville hotels were full because of two or three conventions that weekend! This hotel did not at all live up to the Hilton standards. Very old with no frig, microwave. We were on second floor next to elevator and asked the Front desk to move us! He put us on the first floor which helped with noise of elevator. Front desk host Antwan was super and even brought us a portable frig. He m... Read more

Upon my check in the young lady at the front desk by the name of Kylie was very polite and very helpful. She took the time out to go get us a fridge once she slowed down. Rooms were amazing, house keeping was great. would stay here again.

The hotel was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. Used the conference room while there for a couple of days and it was very spacious and was set up for use the night before. Was able to get in and out when needed. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. No fridge which I thought was unusual for a Hampton. Breakfast area was great. Close to shopping for those who are looking for this. Will stay again

We can to town for a funeral and after driving for 15 hrs, we were just looking to settle in and crash. Staff was very welcoming, room was very clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic for meals, shopping and close to the highway.

Hampton Inn was close and easy to get to the Kentucky Exposition Center (well minus the bridge construction and lack of Police to direct traffic to the KEC). As always quick good breakfast to start the day off.

As a woman traveling alone for business I am always pleased to find a hotel with a well light parking lot as I often arrive at night. I used the online check-in available on the ap and it made my arrival that much easier and efficient. The room was clean. The bed was a bit firm but not so much to make it uncomfortable. I will gladly stay at this Hampton Inn again.

This is an older Hampton. Bathrooms were dirty and the room was loud. The free breakfast lacked many options. He area is not terrible but not great. I paid $105 which was slightly high for this experience.

Called for a reservation while we were traveling. Hadn't planned on stopping for the night but the staff was able to accommodate us for the night. We arrived within the hour and they were ready for us. Our room was prepared, including the special requests we had (no feather pillows, pack-n-play, etc.). Clean, neat, friendly staff. Right off I-65. I'd recommend to anyone.

We stayed one night at a nearby Best Western and had planned on staying an extra night. We were disappointed with BH and called the Hampton. We were very glad we they had a room. The staff we encountered were all so nice and friendly. The room was near the elevator but not too noisy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

We were driving home and just needed a place to stay. This is the hotel we chose to stop at. Tony was extremely helpful and was working hard at the front desk while checking us in. He greeted everyone with a smile while trying to take care of multiple people at the same time. The room was comfortable and everything we needed. The breakfast included enough to fill up my family before we finished our trip.

This was the first time I stayed at a Hampton Inn. So I didn't know what to expect. The rooms were extremely clean and the bathroom was very tidy. The Bed was very big and can easily have three people sleep on it. There is a couch and comoplimentary internet access for basic mail and chat purposes. For more internet premium access can be purchased. Breakfast was also good with lot of options but unfortunately even the scrambled egg had ham. So, vegetarians would have to eat waffle or bread or ot... Read more

So disappointed in Hilton's Hampton Inn here in Clarksville, Indiana. This is not a reflection of the staff here but the remote access to Hilton/Hampton didn't work for over 2 hours so the staff could not check anyone in or out. The staff worked with the Help Desk non-stop until it was fixed. Consequently, they lost several customers. I didn't get the type of room/beds we reserved but at least we were able to finally check in. The other disappointment was the hotel restrooms. Usually they are sp... Read more

Most of the hotels we tried to book in Louisville proper were either already booked or over- the priced, so we opted for this Hampton Inn, just across the bridge from downtown Louisville (on the Indiana side of the river about 5 miles north of downtown). The area is industrial and the hotel is not as well-equipped as most Hampton Inns. For example, our room did not have a fridge. The desk staff was as gracious and helpful (even offering to keep our perishables in the staff's office refrigerator ... Read more

I've stayed at many Hamptons and thus one was probably the worst. The room entire place was run down a bit and the rooms weren't the cleanest. Ours was very hot and the a.c.unit only blew medium cool air. Even the ceiling tiles in the hallways were gross looking with many having water damage. If you wanted breakfast, you might as well have skipped the one in the dining area and just gone to a local restaurant because did was rarely brought out. In the end, we won't stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Checked all the boxes. The breakfast area seating area can be inadequate if there is a big group trying to eat when you do. But app to check in is easy. Room very clean. Quiet hall noise (we chose a room close to the end of the hall). I'd stay there again.

I travel for work and stay at Hilton properties at least 2 weeks out of every month. For the price you pay for a room here (I paid 150/night) the value is severely lacking, especially for a Hilton property. The building itself is clearly dated, and the rooms reflect that. The edges of frames and the bathroom mirror were chipped, the shower drain backed up every time I used it, the carpet was frayed, and there is no wall thermostat (the dials on the window fan are a couple decades old). Great location; close to many stores and restaurants. A good alternative than staying in Louisville (right across the river). The staff was awesome! They were fantastic with my 4 year old grandson. Always talking with him and giving him little goodies! The only negative is that the hotel is dated and can use a refresh! Having said that, would go back again and again.

Great front desk staff. Always has been a clean and friendly experience. Good working location to Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana. Rumors are wonderfully clean, my only complaint was the rooms were a bit humid on a hot, very hot summer day. Perhaps some sort of dehumidifier might be used. Butt overall a great little place to stay and it has a clean pool too.

The check-in was slow with a long line of coworkers attempting to checkin at the same time. The young man at the desk was nice. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel had a security guy that was visible in the lobby which was a nice addition. The access from I-65 is only easy from I-65 southbound but after a little exploring it was easy to find your way to the primary highways. overall good experiance.

This hotel is (thankfully) typically Hampton Inn. In this area there is a shortage of clean, reasonable hotels and I was relieved to find a Hampton in a great location. The air conditioning unit in the room did not remove the humidity, but otherwise a great stay.

Being a mom of 4 I want to always make sure the hotels are clean and this one was for sure. We had clean sheets and towels. The breakfast every morning was so well thought out and all of my children ate more than enough food. However, the one thing this room was missing was a small refrigerator. We stayed 3 nights and could have used a fridge for milk and other things.

Good place to stay I would liked to have a Larger/New Fridge. I had to ask for one and that one was really old and small. Very close to everything, quite and easy access to that interstate. All other areas of the Hotel was very nice and I would stay here again! Staff very and Hot Breakfast is always a plus and had a lot to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for Family or Business.

Lobby was remodeled but rooms look like they have been only partially remodeled since 1990s construction. Stained grout on tile, poor ventilation room seemed humid/muggy. It seemed like a discounted $69 a night room with nice bed and Hampton lobby breakfast.....not worth $120 when the newer Hamptons are so much nicer.

There was a note on the website when we booked our room that they were remodeling. Even though they were remodeling, the hotel and rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the price. Seems like it was a bit too expensive. I had to book a room last minute and didn't have time to look around.
