Everything was fine but couldn't understand why the mattresses were sooo blown out. I don't weigh that much and sunk into the bed and had a heck of time sleeping never mind getting out of it,

This place seemed okay...nothing exciting. The room smelled quite strongly of a lemon or citrus cleaning solution when we arrived. Due to fragrance allergies we had to open the window for a couple of hours to air out that smell. Mattress has memory foam and you sink pretty far into it making it difficult to turn to a new position during the night. It would have been nice if they had more hard boiled eggs for breakfast and some yogurts.

Hotel very clean, front desk staff great, price a little high I think, breakfast needs help compared to other hotels. We would return when in area.

Beds are too high for short people, elderly people or young children to climb into. When I asked for a step stool, the desk clerk said they didn't have one. I asked for a cot to sleep in since I couldn't get into the bed. Desk clerk told me I would have to pay extra. Desk clerk finally found a step ladder for me to use to get into the bed.

I had requested an early check-in and they told me they would try to accommodate me. As it worked out, I actually ended up checking in around 4:30pm - 90 minutes later than what would be normal check in time. When I got there, my room had not been cleaned yet...she told me it would be at least 30 minutes. I went to stay in a friend's room until mine was ready - front desk clerk was to call me when it was ready. 40 minutes passed and no call. As I was headed downstairs to complain, I passed ... Was not really crazy about the mattress pads on top of the mattresses. It was very difficult to turn over. It was like rolling up hill. Otherwise, room was relatively clean (with exception of comforter being stained because they are obviously not washed as often as the sheets). An elevator would have been nice as I am getting older and dragging luggage is not as easy as in past years. I would stay in the Super 8 again.

The mattress and bed were very comfortable and the room was clean however the walls were thin and the family in the next room were loud, loud until 11:30 when I finally called the desk. The breakfast was totally depleted by 7:30,no eggs, fruit, waffles just bread and sugared cereal. We went out to eat. both day and night shifts liked tatoos and body piercing.

Let me start by saying how clean this hotel was. Our room was good size and very clean, although the air conditioner is kinda weird.( We couldn't get it turned on on, when we asked someone I think he called the main desk to have it turned on.) I liked the foam pads on the beds, my husband did not. Breakfast was soso, not a lot of options. The pool closes as 9pm, which seems early. Angel at the front desk was great, we stopped in to get a room planning on going to Springmill, and she was able t... Read more

The room bed rolled to the center. The bathroom toilet tried to over flow the first time we used it. They kindly offered us a plunger to fix it ourselves. The bathroom shower and shower curtain were dirty. I went to walmart b and bought some lysol. I dropped a contact in my sink day one of my visit. It was still there day 3. Since I had to pay to cancel sick it out. Made me sad the online reviews were better than we experienced. The room was nice and cool I was truly grateful for that! !!

Television did not work. Both beds had thick foam pads on apparently old mattresses, and both were quite uneven. The foam made for hot sleeping on a warm night. We checked out quickly to find an alternative for our second night! Staff were agreeable during complaint process.

We have stayed at many Super 8 hotels across the country and have had mostly good experiences. However the hotel in Bedford, Indiana failed to make the grade. We reserved a room with a king bed and a hideabed for our family. The bed was fine but the hideabed was atrocious. Before the bed was opened the cushions were sunk below the front of the couch. When opened, the head of the bed was much lower than the foot. We likened it to sleeping on a car hood...after a crash. It was the most uncomf... Read more

Only reason I gave bad marks for cleanliness is because we found a roach in our room and woke up with roach bites on our legs. We stay here every time we visit our daughter and her family. We will stay again but will be on the look out for bugs. This has been the only time it has happened in several stays here. We told the staff as we checked out so hopefully it's taken care of.

Staff was awesome. Too bad they have to work at such a filthy place. Our room smelled like mildew. carpets were musty and the sheets had spots on them. The whole place was out of date, old and smelled terrible. we refused to us the pool or hot tub. Vending machine pop cans were literally so old that the cans were discolored and had about an 1/8 inch of dust on them. I rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it.

Super 8 in Bedford looks great, clean, friendly staff, rooms look great. The only problem I had with this business is there is a "NON SMOKING" sign on every door and as soon as you open the door to walk in the room, the smell of SMOKE knocks you over. The previous customers ruined this facility. Too bad because I would have given them a 5 star rating.
