A very good trip. Hampton inns was a very good place to stay. We will be staying there again. It was close to a lot of good places to eat. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Hotel nice. Food was poor and for the price. I expect breakfast to be better. 119 night the breakfast should have been fresh and not rubbery. The sausages were non flavored. Just could have been better

My husband and I experienced a delightful overnight stay. The staff provided efficient service and useful local information. Getting a late checkout time in order to visit with other out of town relatives was easy.

Arrived without a reservation.... The desk clerk was pleasant, efficient and professional. Our room was in the newer portion of the complex and was spectacular! The entrance was away from the main building, however. When we returned from dinner we had to park in an outlying lot, behind a dense row of shrubbery. The lot was not visible from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was nicely furnished, clean and staffed with people who were happy to be there. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was better than most of the ones offered in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Batesville area, it was much better than the competing hotels there. I have stayed in all of them at some point.

Like any Hampton we stay at we come to expect certain things and weren't disappointed. The only cons we had were taken care of by the staff and/or outside of the staff's control. We had some noisy neighbors that were slamming their doors while we were trying to sleep (and had a really annoying little one with them) that the staff took care of. Was much appreciated :) The only other problem we had was a bus in the parking lot at 11pm making noise and again at 6am. Other than that, good stay.

Drove in after a 10 hour day in the car and 850 miles. No reservation. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room I was given was spotless, comfortable, and consistent with the usual excellent service I expect from Hilton properties. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area.

Would stay at this hotel anytime. Great staff & rooms! Very helpful staff & willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Right off highway & close to several places to eat. Parking lot could be bigger but other parking nearby.

Room was great, hotel clean & staff helpful. My only negative was the breakfast; most items were cold and just ok. But I usually don't expect much from hotel breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

While on a business trip I needed a hotel nearby. Hampton in batesville was perfect location. Along with this hotel being a quality Hampton inn they are perfectly located in the town. Restaurants, grocery store, and basically anything you need is 5 minutes away. I really only have 1 critique of this sight. The parking lot was somewhat small.

The room was clean but hot. The beds were not very comfortable. The hotel did not have a little "store" where you can buy beverages etc. that most hotels have these days. I usually stay in Marriott's and will continue to do so. The room was more expensive than Marriott rooms as well.

The Hampton Inn in Batesville is older, and the rooms are rather small, but it is immaculate and well-kept. The evening clerk who checked us in was pleasant, friendly, and efficient, also answered a host of questions I had with a smile. My daughter was able to use the business center to print out some forms I needed, and the clerk directed us to the post office so I could mail them. Breakfast was small, but had a good variety, which was good for my son, who is diabetic and has trouble when br... Read more

Way better than average based on the customer service. Cleanliness & food is expected BUT staff hit the "home run" here. So much so that we chose this place for our return trip which we had not determined previously.

Price line screwed me on selling me a room that was unavailable, after little to no sleep and an extra hour on the phone with them I got my money back. Hotel staff had a room with no TV and offered me that which was a blessing wife and 8 month old child were unable to travel anymore. This hotel and staff are top notch in my book for helping me out. I loved coming to this hotel. It was a first for us, usually we stay at a different Hampton but I think this one out shined our usual place. Iliked the fact that out room had a microwave & small frig. The staff treated us quite well. We will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future.

the staff were all very nice and professional. the room was really clean. the check in and out were super easy. the only thing i would say is that the parking lot was small and after i returned from a wedding i was attending there were no open spots so i had to park across the road in a grocery store lot.

This is a great lodging choice- near restaurants and shopping, close to Cincinatti and not too far from Indianapolis. It's a little strange that you actually have to turn into a Kroger parking lot to get to the hotel.... it looks like it should be behind Wendy's. Anyway, it is withing walking distance of Kroger, Wendy's, a bank, etc...Parking was tight because the hotel was full. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee is actually good. The pool area looked fun, but we didn't have time to try it out.... Read more

I was a little disappointed in this Hampton Inn compared to others I've stayed at. My bathroom sink was clogged, the tub had large cracks all around the drain, the shower head wouldn't adjust direction or type of spray. Overall, it does the job, but it's just not up to the standard I've become accustomed to at a Hampton Inn.

We stayed at this hotel to visit with family. It is centrally located and close to Wentzville, Missouri. The lobby is beautiful. Staff is professional, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and great mattress! Pool was super nice too for those that like to take a dip or exercise. Hilton brand is perfection!

It was a good stop for what we were doing. The rooms average and as a diamond I was told no upgrades but the "New Gold" member dos get one-bragged in the lobby about it. They also had diamond parking but it was a small area. The hotel is probably on the list for updating but again good for the location.

Great hotel. Right off the interstate. Large building with good sized rooms. Clean and well kept. Very friendly staff at desk. Left a charger behind and called back. Manager personally went up to the room to get it and hold it on her desk for me to pick up on my way back through town. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is really well done. The rooms, though small, are well appointed and updated. We arrived rather late, but enjoyed the recommendation of the desk staff to try the Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot, which was excellent. For less than $100, this was a very nearly upscale experience for us. We've stayed in 4-star establishments that weren't as clean, lovely, or quiet (and it was FULL the night we stayed). I would recommend the Batesville, IN Hampton, and wouldn't hesitat... Read more

We stopped here for one night to break up a 12hr drive with kids. The employees are friendly, helpful, and so nice. The pool was fun for our kids and the room itself offered plenty of space for our family and was spotless from top to bottom. The free hot breakfast in the morning was perfect for our family and was a much higher quality than expected. I would stay here again for the price point.

One of the only hotel accommodations in Batesville. It did its job. Booked a discount rate for a wedding bloc of rooms. We basically just used it for sleeping quarters and spent no other time there. The one staff person I dealt with was upon check-in and she was friendly, though HHonors membership was not acknowledged. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom has no ventilation so it gets to be a steam room very quickly. I'd recommend it as a place to stay in Bates... Read more

Have stayed here twice for business. The staff is very nice. This is your standard Hampton Inn. The price was reasonable. There is a shopping center with a grocery store and a restaurant or two right next to the hotel which makes it very convenient to pick up a few items for the room.

Unpleasant urine smell in the room; a very noisy AC unit and a VERY old and VERY uncomfortable inner-spring mattress made it impossible to sleep most of the two nights that we spent at this out-dated hotel. There was not even a vent fan in the bathroom, so when taking a shower, the steam came into the room. The bathtub did not have suitable safety strips on the bottom and while taking a shower, I slipped and fell out of the tub onto my back in the middle of the bathroom floor on my back - I stil... Very dated but a nice enough Hampton Inn. Was given instructions at check in for connecting to the WiFi. After we got all of our stuff moved in, can't connect to the house or Hilton Honors networks because of the lack of signal strength. We stopped here for the night while traveling on the interstate. It's next to a shopping center with a grocery store, gas, and a Mexican restaurant, which made us happy as we were traveling with 2 young kids and NOT having to get back in the car to go anywhere was lovely. While the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to amenities, the rooms are stuffy and not comfortable. The fitness center had a strange odor all 4 days I was there. The breakfast quality was poor, powdery eggs, few healthy choices. They allowed folks with bare feet to walk around the food area etc.

The staff was excellent! We checked right in and ordered food from a pizza place. The beds were comfy and we slept well. There was also a grocery store right next to it so my husband was sent out for cookies per my daughters request.

Do not have any more comments. We really appreciate the type of mattress and pillows you use in the Hampton Inns. We are elderly and my husband has had neck surgery and leg surgery. Usually we have to make sure his pillow and mattress fit his problems and we find that with the Hampton Inns. Thanks
