I had a unique need on the day I stayed here - essentially needed a room for a few hours to have a quiet place to get work done. The staff offered me several solutions at affordable pricing and my stay was hassle free. Kudos to the staff for their accommodating help!

We stayed here for three months. It was great to have breakfast every morning and coffee anytime you want it. We loved the cookies at night that they baked. The staff was very friendly and made it feel like home. It has a great location with many things to do and shopping is right across the street.

After traveling to Wisconsin, stopped here on the way home to visit the National Automobile and Truck Museum. Loved the hotel! Clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was okay. We were late coming down towards the end of breakfast so pickings were slim. No fault to the hotel. I would definately stay here again.

This hotel has to be the best deal in town you can get up to to tickets to ACD which is great the room is big ours did have a little bit of hair next to the toilet in the bathroom and shower but that was no big deal the bathroom was clean otherwise the breakfast was good the pool was a little cold no hot tub though and it is crammed in around all the hotels and stores which i don't like so much but i'd give this hotel a 8/10

My family was in town for a funeral and we stayed as part of a large group. The hotel is conveniently situated near the interstate and Walmart. The room was very clean, and good-sized. The vanity and sink were outside the bathroom. The breakfast was generally good...they had oatmeal (good for gluten-free such as myself), giant cinnamon rolls, eggs and sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. Nothing was amazing but it was all adequate except the eggs the first morning. They tasted terrible... Read more

This hotel is located right beside Interstate 69 with easy on/off access. They are two miles from the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum and three miles from the National Military History Center. Restaurants (sit down & fast food), shopping (e.g. Walmart) and gas stations are proximate to the hotel. Plenty of free parking is beside the hotel. They have a fitness center and a heated indoor pool. The rooms are furnished with all necessities including free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, tea and coff... Read more

This was a pleasant hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly too. It is located close to the main roads including I-69 and there are plenty of restaurants that suit all budgets close by if not walking distance. Well worth the rate paid.

Check in ok and direct reservation went fine. Felt price was high for room. Stepped off elevator on top floor and strong odor of some type of cleaner hit, could smell it in room as well. Opened the window and let it air out while we were at dinner, that seemed to help. Felt like maybe it was masking a slight smoke smell. The vanity/sink was outside the bathroom, the bathroom felt a little small. Didn't realize there was wash clothes on the display with the toiletries until after I reused my hus... Read more

Our family of 5 stayed here after attending a concert in Fort Wayne. The hotel is right off the highway and just 15 minutes or so from Fort Wayne. Check in was fast and our room was nice and clean. The TV was smaller than we are used to. There was a Keurig in the room which was great! The pool looked nice although a large group was using it so we did not. Breakfast was very good. My kids loved the variety: pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cheese egg omelettes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fruit and mor... Read more

Except for one hiccup (no change for the 2nd floor laundry), service was pretty good. I had asked for a room near an outside exit (for my dog), and the accommodated perfectly. The room was as advertised and comfy for the week or so that I stayed.

The staff was nice and the building was up to date. The beds were very comfortable and the location was good for travellers looking to rest. If you want a swim you have to go across the street to the La Quinta and prove you are a holiday inn guest. It was a bit off since most holiday inns have their own pools. Otherwise, great location for stopping for the night and a great sleep.

Stopped last minute on our way to Niagara Falls. Lady at the desk was nice but the toilet in our room was nasty dirty. The guy that showed up to clean it handed me a brush and some cleaner for me to clean it. Really!! What kind of service is that. They did not offer me another room & would not give me a discount because I already had a discounted rate. The manager was not in yet when we left so I left my number. It's been 7 days & no phone call from the manager. The rest of the room was average... Read more

Have been staying there for years. This year by far was the worst. Very expensive for the event, 4 night stay, never cleaned the room, only came in and replaced towels & made beds. Dirty floor and carpet. Not sure I will ever stay again. Complimentary breakfast, spoiled milk (chunks in it) told the staff.. Nothing done at all. Ice maker in vending area has not been cleaned in years. Coffee maker in room very dirty. Not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

We stayed for four nights while in town for the ACD Festival. The rooms were nicely sized, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast each morning was well done with a nice selection of eggs, breakfast meats, cinnamon rolls, fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, etc. The coffee was always hot and fresh as well, even later in the evening. While we usually came in late and did not get to eat the evening offerings, each night there seemed to be a great selection of light meals with desserts ... Read more

I understand all the rooms have the sink area and counter outside of the bathroom. This is fine if there is only one person in the room but very inconvenient if more than one. The lights are bright in the dressing area which is good for putting on makeup but not good if turned on when the other person is sleeping! The counter is also very small. The fan in the bathroom is noisy and the air conditioner/ heater is old and also makes a lot of noise. You cannot put it on a particular temperature. Ro... Read more

My husband signed a contract for a room a year in advance. Credit card held the room. He called Aug 3, 2016 to confirm his reservation for Sept. 1-3. Paid cash for his room while he was there. We received our credit card statement and were charged $500.64 for the three night stay. Holiday Inn is saying he reserved 2 rooms and he called Aug. 3 to cancel the second room. They sent us his signed contract which was for one room. The form says one form per room and my husband filled out and signed o... Read more

We recently reserved a block of rooms for a funeral. Sandra at the Holiday Inn was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to congregate and visit with relatives in the breakfast area in the evening.
