The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. It was fun making the waffles. The hotel was convenient to get back and forth to the Naval Base.Great place to stay.

Dirty and in serious need of updates and repairs. Local town is a dump as well. So disappointing as we were in for my son's Navy graduation. Moved to a much better hotel at a higher price! You get what you pay for!

um... let me see.....nasty floors, nasty shower, nasty coffee maker, nasty everything, came in took my shoes off, left my white socks on, (sneakers for the flight) they were disgusting within an hour. don't look at the windows in the sunlight! (nasty) pool? hahahahaa. dust everywhere, I think there was gum on the tag of my pillow, not sure, non slip surface was peeling up at the corners, you know what happens next...... wait for it....... the non slip was white.... except for the corners.

Most of the reviews are pretty close to actual condition. Please look at the room before you sign or negotiate a price that you are comfotable. I did see another room in better condition than mine that someone else in our party had. My room was pretty bad. I left the next night aand spent the extra $100 for a much, much better room.

Great price for what it is. Convenient to base. Don't read the reviews and get discouraged, remember it's not a Ritz Carlton, it's a budget friendly hotel. Room was clean, staff was kind and AC worked what more do you need? Only suggestion would be get better coffee!

If you're looking for a safe well maintained place to stay....this is not it. General maintenance greatly needed. Hallway entrance door lock was broken so anyone off the street could enter. The frig was off on my arrival & smelly - didn't work when turned on. Staff said they would bring "new" frig...they actually brought frig from another room (I wondered if they just moved mine to another room). Carpet was dirty with iron burn in carpet & in need of a good vacuum. Dusting appeared to only be d... Read more

WORST HOTEL EVER!! There were stains on bedspread and carpet. Carpet was old and worn. Room smelled horrible. Commode overflowed and my son was given a plunger to fix it himself. Tried to cancel last night on reservation due to son leaving early for A school and the man at the desk said he could not help me. When asked for corporates number he could not find it. Found the number myself online and called corporate and was told it's a privately owned hotel and I needed to call the man... Read more

You can't beat the price and people. It's not the Ritz, but for what you pay, it's awesome. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from graduation, a fridge in the room, continental breakfast - really can't beat it.

This is not a safe hotel. The back door didn't lock so anybody could walk right in. The staff was never out at the front desk unless you rang the bell so anybody could have come in through the front door as well. The pool that is advertised is not in working order, it was behind closed locked doors. The towels had stains on them, the bathtub floor was all stained and nasty, the bottom of the toilet looked like it hadn't been touched in months. The bathtub faucet leaked, there was no water pressur... Read more

It's fine for what it is and for what we paid, which was about $60/night. It's not fancy by any means - it's older and outdated but if you need an inexpensive place to stay for Navy graduation that's close to the Base (and has a shuttle that will take you there) this was fine. The employees were really nice, the room was clean enough, we had a new flat screen TV in our room and the WiFi was fast. There is no elevator so if you can't climb stairs with all of your luggage, be sure to ask for a ... Read more
