This was a very nice place to stay. Friendly, clean, and convenient. We picked this hotel because we were visiting our Son who lives close. Places of businesses were in very close distance for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. Service outstanding. Large room and bath. Comfortable bed. I am a Minnesota resident who was in town for a wedding. The hotelier graciously permitted a very early check-in and also offered me a complimentary breakfast while I waited. Guests will be delighted by the dining experience and food choices. Kudos to the Hilton Garden Inn staff and management!

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding and the hotel was great! The staff were very accommodating to the family and friends that were staying there, even into the wee hours of the morning. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a nice workout facility with free weights. The room and hotel were clean. The area that is around the hotel has many restaurants and chain shopping centers. Once again the Hilton Garden Inn delivers the best value and experience for the money. The Warrenville/Naperville location is a great hotel for those out on business or simply looking for a room in the city outside the city. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, property well maintained and convenient, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to my next visit!

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The check in process was smooth even though I had booked a king by mistake it was changed to the double room I actually needed without hesitation. We will plan to stay at this hotel again (probably several times since our son lives in the area).

The entire stay was a good experience. When I made reservations I requested double queens as I was traveling with a friend. I was told there were none available so I requested a rollaway. When we checked in, we were told they had managed to find us a double queen, albeit a handicapped room. No problem with that! The breakfast staff was very attentive and I never had an empty coffee cup. The hotel is very clean and new.

Pros: Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, convenient location, reasonable rate. Cons: Pool was comically small, cold, out of towels, and there was no hot tub. Good quiet place to stay if you are coming for business or a visit where you basically are just needing a place to sleep. If you have kids and wanting to spend a lot of time swimming or hanging out by the pool I would suggest another place. Breakfast was $11.95 a person in the lobby.

The overall property was clean and very comfortable. My only issue with this experience was how far away it was from the Chicago airport. My cab was $45. Uber was $37. It also cost $5 to add breakfast and with paying for a $165 room, I figured breakfast would be included.

Staying here for a wedding. Our wedding rate was very competitive (99/nt), and included buffet breakfast. Clean, comfortable, if generic. Plenty of good restaurants and a Target with grocery nearby. Easy access to I-88 tollway, no public transit. For a visit to this area/suburbs, I would definitely return here. We checked in late and had to ring the doorbell to be let in. The Wedding was 20 minutes away, near FermiLab.

it is a true 'commuter' hotel. Nothing fancy, does the job for what you need. I would not expect anything over the top. Lots of business people staying here. relatively quiet so that is good. They did not explain the breakfast, we though we had to pay but realized the standard breakfast is included. Wish they would have explained that better as we missed out.

Room was great. The bed very comfortable and did not need to ask for extra pillows. Huge desk in the room made it very convenient to do the prep work for appointments. The only issue was that the hallways and elevators were very hot and humid. My glasses were constantly fogging up every time I left the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and their guest pantry area had lots of choices.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Naperville as a part of a block of rooms arranged by a family member. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, our room was well appointed. First night I found dirty towels from previous guest, bar soaps were left in the shower. Used Keurig coffee portions left in the coffee maker.
