Friendly helpful staff, always trying to assure a pleasant stay. The Fitness center lacked a little in exercise options, but overall, a good experience. We were a little disappointed with the Breakfast set up, but what was available was nicely done and tasty.

I travel all over staying many nights at Hilton properties (HH Diamond member) and have never experience a "policy only" organization like the one at this hotel. The hotel rooms are acceptable but the staff attitude towards guests and elite members is less than par. Including but not limited to the General and Front Desk Managers. My advice for Hilton lovers, there is a great Homewood Suites down the street. It is closer to restaurants, work out locations and serves complimentary beer, din... Read more

Nice place to stay in this area. Restaurant in the parking lot, breakfast and dinner with a bar inside of the hotel. Always a good, reliable place to stay when I'm in this area on business. Nice pool and work out room available as well, particularly if you bring children.

We stayed here because of the proximity to my daughter's home. We were very pleased with the hotel. Only negative was that you pay for a hot breakfast, but there were sufficient choices on the breakfast bar to skip the hot items. I would recommend.

Good experience. It was clean, and newer. It's very far away from everything but if you have business in the area it's nice because you don't have to deal with the traffic that much. Not close to the airport, if you have a car trip and you're headed to the area it's perfect. HGI does a good job of keeping everything standardized and this locations sticks with that standard.

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Tinley Park was what one would expect from a Hilton: clean, convenient, comfortable, no surprises. We were there for one night to attend a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, and this was a good option, even if the price was a little on the high side. The staff stood out though, they were very friendly and super helpful.

The location is extremely convenient; very easy access to 80, 355, and 294. Tinley Park and Orland Park are this area's shopping center, so this hotel's ten-minute drive straight up La Grange to Orland Square Mall is perfect if that's what you're here for. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and very clean, and the staff was friendly and accomodating even though there was a large wedding party. Room prices are slightly on the high side, and no breakfast is included -- the made-to-order breakfas... Read more

Considering the cost, one would expect a much nicer motel with better amenities. The room was average, the exercise room was below average, the pool was average. At what they charge, they should offer a complimentary breakfast so I passed their "special breakfast offer" for extra charge. It is convenient to the highway, though their entrance is a little strange and awkward. Their front desk manners were mediocre at best, though the maid I met in the hallway was very nice. Staff was very professional and accommodating. From the front desk and room attendants, kitchen staff, and managers they were all very helpful and courteous. Probably one of my best stays ever at a Hilton brand location. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is traveling. It is conveniently located and has shopping and restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking with easy access to the hotel location.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend as it was close to our venue. The room was perfect size for getting ready and the staff was extremely helpful. I liked that they had the bell carts available at all times at the entrance which helped for carrying things in and out at anytime of the day considering we had a lot of items to bring to the hotel. They even had a shuttle for our guest to and from the reception which was super nice :-)

I stay at Hilton Garden Inns often and usually I'm very pleased. for some odd reason they gave me a handicap shower which I didn't notice until 10 that night before I went to bed. It was awkward to us the removable shower head and if you put it on the wall in the clamp it was a bad angle to be able to get under the water. Took me twice as long to shower. Then I was sleeping peacefully when something woke me up. It was hooting, hollering, yelling and laughing next door to me at 1:00 am. They were... Read more

Great Staff that are very friendly and have good communication skills. Went for business and had a good experience at this location on other trips. Their breakfast staff is friendly and accommodating. The fitness center is small, but the rooms are very clean and tidy. Their staff makes up for the shortcoming in other areas. This Hilton Garden Inn fully met my expectations. I was staying with family for a reunion so we were just looking for a place to relax and kick back. We especially liked the room layout- we were in a "deluxe king" and it had a shower in a walk-in room so that there was plenty of space to stretch and no curvy bathtub bottom. The hotel is at a very convenient location at an intersection of I80 near Joliet.

My family enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very easy to find, lots of restaurants and shops with a 15 minute drive or closer. We were in town for a concert, and the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater is so close. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Our room on the third floor was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wished for was free breakfast-but the onsite restaurant was good and reasonable.

The property is showing its age as the bathroom ceiling was cracking and peeling away. The grout in the bathroom was cracked and the tiles were moving. The fire alarm was pulled at 9:50 p.m. and went off until about 10:15 no apologies no deduction to our bill for this being done by a group of kids.

The Hilton Garden in was very nice, clean and convenient. But the front desk attendant was slow and not helpful. Comfortable room. But really did not get to enjoy it since there was no shuttle service to a nearby concert venue. I would have paid for the service, but it was flat out unavailable. They appeared to be focusing more on the weddings taking place. The hotel needs to survey the needs of all their guests. Opportunities to serve and gain a better reputation abound.

This hotel is well located on I-80 West and LaGrange Road, not far from a number of good restaurants. The lobby is very nice, and there are two excellent outdoor areas with patios, tables and chairs. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. It was quiet at night and you could barley hear planes from Ohare which was a plus. My only complaint was that the room was not properly cleaned the last day. There was hair on the floor and in the sink that was still there when we returned that night. I asked for a manager as we were leaving but none were on duty. The price was reasonable for a holiday weekend and when I return I will stay here again!
