Nothing fancy about the room, but nothing broken or bad about it either. The bed was fine, no dip or hole, not too soft but not firm either. Like I said: all average. I'd stay again, decent price for a decent sleep.

The size of O'Hare airport means that hotel shuttles will take a bit of time but this was not excessive. Although close to busy highways it is relatively quiet though I did hear one railway horn in the distance. The pleasant bar is on the premises and overall it's a reasonable choice at the beginning or end of a trip.

We arrived the day before our flight to Mexico. Our accomodations were great. Very clean rooms. Easy check in and check out. The restaurant (Bella Sera) offered many food and beverage selections. The food was delicious and the bartender (Maya) was very friendly and alert. The only problem we had was upon arrival back to O'Hare we followed the instructions for our shuttle pick up. The number we dialed was to an automated answering machine where it instructed where to be picked up if at Terminals ... Read more

I have been staying at this location since February 2016 at lease four day per month due to the fact I work in Chicago but live in Maryland and it is so much more convenient than renting an apartment with such good rate, friendly staff and clean rooms. There is a little renovation but it is not a problem,it is for better up keeping I strongly recommend this hotel

so I stayed here twice the first time was fine but this second time around it was absolutly horrible. I never complain about hotels because no place is perfect but this place is no good. What started it off bad was the fron desk staff lied twice on the phone and in my face again after i contronted him about it. The room was so nasty and dirty I could't sit or sleep on the bed. I immidentally checked out as soon as i checked in. Do not stay here unless to have fixed and cleaned the room. Also, if... Read more

I booked a "pool-side" room only to find that the outdoor pool had been filled in. I had a view of a gravel area. Listed that they had a pool table and billiards room. I figured my kids could at least enjoy that. Nope...it's in the bar. Our bathroom door did not latch. Ice machine was out of ice. For the price I paid, I could find a better quality hotel.

Selected this property for a preflight stay for a family of four. Older facility but rooms are maintained well. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Restaurant on site (although I did not partake). My biggest complaint was the loud noise from the freeway along with the loud hum from the air conditioner. I am a heavy sleeper, but could not rest at all. My recommendation is that you select a room away from the freeway towards the front. There are a number of parking facilities in t... Read more

This is close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is old and smells but currently being updated and our room was brand new and nice. Because of the construction the ice machine is not working. Restaurant on site with a nice breakfast in the morning.

Room was reserved 8 days prior to arrival and guaranteed with a credit card. Wife's flight arrived late in Chicago due to storms in area. Called hotel for free shuttle. She was informed that she did not have a room and that it was cancelled. We did not cancel the room and it should have been held until 7AM the next morning. Someone took some money under the table and gave the room away since all rooms in area were booked because of the storms. Room was booked online, but customer relations was o... Read more

one of the closer hotels to Chicago main airport and adequate to spend the night before or after a flight. Nothing else much to recommend it. Despite being sandwiched between a very busy highway and an elevated freeway as well as being on the edge of an airport my room was reasonably quiet. However some rooms on the back particularly in the annex are very close to the freeway running at first-floor level and I do not see how they could avoid being very noisy. breakfast included average although ... We stayed in the hotel for one night before our vacation and returned in one week to pick up our car. The hotel is very low key. It stands right on a highway, there is no elevators, but rooms are reasonably clean. Hotel stuff is not overly welcoming. In the morning we needed to leave early, around 4 AM, so have no say about breakfast. Waiting time for shuttle in the morning was about 10 minutes. So far everything was okay. Bad things started happening on the way back. Our plane arrived at 11:30 ... Read more

Room was clean; hotel was clean but the shuttle service between hotel and O'Hare needs improvement. We waited almost 45 minutes for a shuttle from the airport! Shuttle was packed with standing room on trip to O'Hare. Rooms along back of hotel very noisy from 294; all night long! And I'm a person who can sleep through storms or on a busload of teens. Breakfast mediocre. And there really isn't a pool (filled in) or room service (as in hotel reference book). We were able to order from downstai... Read more

The hotel served its purpose of a place to stay after a long flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle took some time to pick us up after we called the hotel. Overall, there is nothing in the area. The nearest shop is a gas station/convenience store that was over 1/2 mile away. The restaurant inside the hotel was reasonable and the food was decent. The 'free breakfast' was not very robust compared to other hotel chains (i.e. Marriott Residence Inn). The staff was profes... Read more

Room was clean and comfortable, quiet even we were facing the main street. Parking is always full, hard to find a parking place, but at least is free. Internet was fast and reliable. Shuttle also available. Bathroom really small. Poor breakfast, very few things to choose from.

I was not a guest at this hotel, but today I wouldn't have made it back home if it weren't for this hotel's friendly staff. While the hotel had nothing to do with what caused the problem, they certainly had everything to do with fixing it. I thank Cesar from the front desk and the hotel's staff (especially the airport shuttle conductor) in helping me get back home and I'll definitely consider this hotel on my next trip. Close to the airport, clean and well kept but most of all, great and help... Read more

We requested 2 rooms near each other. When we arrived, they gave us rooms in separate buildings. I requested a room change for the same building. When the room was ready, we were not notified. We had to call the front desk. Our visit was 3 days and the whole time there, we only heard Spanish speaking staff, every housekeeping staff. If we by passed one in the hall, we were not given a kind greeting, no "hello" or "good morning" but we heard only Spanish conversations. Rooms were nice and updated... Read more

Good part of this hotel is its proximity to the Chicago O'Hare International Airport and they have complimentary pick up and drop to the airport. Bad part of the hotel is that it is just on the busy highway with lots of noise and its swimming pool was being done away with. The restaurant is nice.

The hotel was cheap so don't expect too much. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Rooms and halls are somewhat dated and smell like cleaning fluid. It's not fancy but we didn't pay much, parking is free, the airport shuttle is free, and breakfast is free (although missing the standard Choice Hotel proteins we usually see like eggs and sausage). The bed and pillows were comfortable. The wifi is terrible and the tv signal is fuzzy so dont expect to spend much time winding down in your r... Read more

For $80 free shuttle that is very reliable. Breakfast good. No ice maker in my building though. Also let us park all day after checkout so we could take shuttle to blue line at the airport. Shuttle run by parking lot across the street and is there all the time.

Our family of 10 stayed here the night before we flew out of Chicago O'Hare. We rented 3 rooms. The hotel was pretty easy to find but located on a very busy road. The rooms were clean and there was a lot of renovating going on in some of the wings. We were actually assigned one room that was totally torn apart for renovation. They quickly gave us a different room. The shuttle to the airport was easy from the hotel to the airport. We were flying at a very, very, busy time of year so waitin... Read more

Had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms are small and not cleaned well. The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp, barely enough room to turn around. But the biggest drawback to this hotel is that even though this is a 2 story building, there is NO elevator. As a "person of a certain age" having to haul 3 suitcases up stairs was a challenge to say the least. When I inquired if there was someone available to help with our luggage, all I got in response was a curt "no". When asked i... Read more

We booked this hotel via Park Sleep Fly for the night before an early morning flight from O'Hare. Our stay included 7 nights of parking and complimentary shuttle to and from O'Hare. Based on the outside of the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised that our room had recently been nicely updated. Booked for the Thanksgiving holiday for 3 nights. We were a little surprised when we checked in due to the age and appearance of the hotel. This is an old hotel that has been through some mild updates. Check in was simple and we got a room on the second floor, on the way to the room we realized there is no elevator. This is the 2nd, and perhaps last time we will stay at this property. The room is ok, we were assigned a room as far from the lobby as possible, it did not appear that all the other rooms were booked, so it just seemed a little inconvenient. We waited 1 hour for our hotel shuttle from the airport. When people arrive at Terminal D, they have come off of a long flight. Ours was 14 hours, add that to the 2 hours you have to arrive before departure and we had been traveling for over 16 hours. Bre... Read more
