We stayed here because it was close to a testing center we had a appointment at early in the morning! I was overall very impressed with the hotel.

My family booked the Lego package that was offered with the hotel and loved the staff and customer service and sleep we got. The front desk representative at the time was very helpful very nice and went above and beyond helping us in anything we needed. Definitely family friendly and rooms were comfortable. A great stay for the one night we were there and very affordable for a middle income family.

The hotel held a party in the hall that lasted until 1:00 am with music so loud it shook our room. We had a sign a good neighbor policy about being quiet after 10:00 pm. This was ridiculous! If this would have been a hotel guest making this kind of racket into the morning. The cops would have been called. Poor maid service as well as our toiletries were not replenished.

We stayed overnight with a large group of rooms. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice size. The hotel was clean. The beds are super squeaky. Whenever you turn over in bed, the bed squeaks. We were in a room with double beds and both of them did it. Also, it's really hard to get the temperature in the room right. Breakfast was good.

If you need to sleep, stay away! The music from this hotel's banquet/party room can be heard quite loudly in the guest rooms. You could actually feel the bass in our room! Our family came to this hotel and needed to be up and refreshed for events in the morning. At 9:30 I asked how late the party would be going. They shrugged their shoulders. 11, 12, 1...they didn't know. Numerous people were complaining at 11pm about the noise and nothing was done about it. My kids could not fall asleep. At mi... Read more

I really liked the room we had. The bathroom was very spacious where I was able to move around without bumping into my husband. I had a balcony and the pool although closed was right outside my balcony.

To be honest, the hotel wasn't the cleanest feeling. The staff was more than helpful and friendly, but there were lots rogue hairs and dust around my room that were disturbing. The worst was my coworker met me for a drink in the bar and her water glass had a white hair in it! She and I both have dark hair! The bartender was nice and comp'ed her drinks but it was nasty. Also the air conditioning didn't seem to be working anywhere in the hotel. Don't think I'll be back.

This is an average hotel and we booked at a busy weekend because others were unavailable. Friends stayed at a similar rate hotel in area same weekend and had many more amenities. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly but simple items like coffee in lobby are nonexistent. Also it was holiday weekend and pool was not available, kids were very disappointed. It was easy to tell this was and older hotel the Wyndham chain had purchased and repainted. Will stay somewhere else next time we are in t... Read more

I stayed here for two nights recently and I would say my experience was just okay. The staff didn't impress me. They weren't rude, but they didn't make me feel really welcome either. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and my room was noisy. I'm not sure if I could hear the elevator from my room or what the exact noise was, but I wasn't near the elevator and noticed the noise happening frequently throughout the night and morning I was there. Great for my budget, but not the best stay I've had.

My overall stay was decent. The customer service was good. In my opinion, paying for breakfast felt like a waste of money, as the food wasn't all that great. The wifi never worked during our stay. For these reasons, I give this hotel 3 stars instead of 5.

My friend an I stayed here as we shopped for her wedding dress. The location is close to Woodfield Mall and David's bridal. There was a special on a junior suite so I booked it. There were many things in the room that didn't work or were broken. The room was 90 F when we arrived. The suites are on the top/fourth floor. We had the maintenance person look at the A/C and he said it was working. Took about 5 hours to get the room to 84 F with A/C on. All A/Cs in hallway had been disabled as ... Read more

I stayed here while on a business trip. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had one issue in my room that was resolved right away. The restaurant has a good breakfast with excellent service. And best of all the internet speed there is faster than most hotels I've stayed at.

This hotel looks like it was just bought by them and they are still trying to get organized.. The staff was great, but the rooms/bathrooms were small and the AC does not work well. Not good in the dead of summer. No onsite laundry facility, only one ice machine on the first floor. I would not stay here again.

Yup, I'll stay here again. Stayed here for four nights over the 4th of July weekend, booked through another site, great rate, clean rooms and I had stayed in two rooms. First room was on the third flr over loooking the pool but then I liked that the 1st floor rooms had little patios to step out on so my second night I asked the front desk if they had a 1st floor room available by chance and they switched my room with no problem at all. The 1st floor room was clean and no complaints. The bathroo... Read more

This friendly and accommodating hotel is ideal for fun-loving, single night-owls looking for a place to hang out. I stayed there for 4 nights in July and I can honestly say that there was never a dull moment. The room, on the 3rd floor was large and comfortable, although the connecting doors to other rooms proved to be problematic. All this faded into insignificance, though between 12.30 and 2.30am each morning, when the party spirit ruled in the room and on the balcony next door. Luckily, the ... Read more

I held an event here that did not include catering. The attendees were on their own for food. On the second day, some of them brought food back to the meeting room. The hotel manager showed up when they were almost finished with eating and told me they aren't allowed to have outside food in the meeting room due to insurance and a whole bunch of other BS reasons. I told him I have no control over what they do and asked if he wanted me to physically remove people from the room?? He was a tota... Read more

I immediately had a positive impression of this hotel! When we arrived, dinner was waiting for us, it included one of the best salads that I have enjoyed recently and a tasty entree along with vegetables and a dessert. Our room was just a few steps from the lobby, it was clean, modern, and reasonably quiet. Opening the slider door, we were literally steps... Read more

Reserved here partly because of the advertised breakfast included. At check in I was told that I wasn't getting the breakfast, she blamed Expedia, and said breakfast would cost $12.95 per day. I passed on that. Although I requested a quiet room, I was given a room by an exit door with a door closer that was so tightly adjusted that the door slammed loudly every time someone used it. ALL night! I would set my a/c to cool the room while I was out so that when I returned the room would be cool en... Read more

I should have known from how many different brands this property has been through in the past few years that there was a problem. Lots of deferred maintenance throughout the entire property. Gross dingy and stained wallpaper in the halls and guest rooms. Old squeaky hard mattresses and worn out rough bed linens. Lock on balcony didn't work properly and the window glass was all fogged. What remodeling that actually has been done appears to be very shoddy work. Front desk staff were nice and accom... Read more

Plenty of parking close to entrance. I was greeted quickly and efficiently with two peopl e on duty at front desk. This is a big place with four floors and many rooms on each floor. No wait for elevator, it was at ground floor with doors open. This is a good idea for other hotels. i.e. if the elevator is not in use, automatically send it to home location such as lobby level and open the doors. The room was a little tired but dressed up nicely with new fixtures in the bath and a big screen TV... Read more
