I did not get here till nearly midnight and the staff was polite and attentive. The rooms are large and comfortable. It is near my client and only 40 min from O'Hare airport. I only wished they had room service as I came in late. They offered two bottles of water which was great.

Let me start off by saying the gym equipment is great. They have 2 treadmills, elliptical, workout balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, free weights, yoga mats. Plus side of room refrigerator and microwave in room, Lobby a bit better. The rooms are extremely outdated. I didn't feel as though the carpet was clean at all. The bathroom as well the tub water didn't drain as I was showering. I just isn't feel clean. Stain on carpets.

The Hilton is clean and comfortable. Their rewards system is generous and we got a free upgrade to a large room with a very nice whirlpool tub. Breakfast isn't complimentary, but a much better breakfast than the complimentary ones usually are - omelets and waffles made to order, premium sausage, etc.

First thing you see is a sign that says welcome to the garden. that is exactly how you feel. Generous size hallways rooms nice outdoor appearance as well. Very friendly hosts. Nice feel to everything. Well done.

Stayed for son's wedding. Very accommodating and helpful staff Nice breakfast available for reasonable price and waitstaff was great. Very good value for the price--and was able to update to a suite for small cost. Also accommodated us for early arrival so we could coordinate the wedding party

This location follows the consistent standards of Hilton Garden Inn (HGI). Rooms are always fresh, lobby is clean, staff is friendly. I have found that the internet speed is good, and there are many tv channels to watch on a good size tv screen. Modernized, this HGI is a fine place to stay.

I stayed here for a concert and it was great close to everything . Hotel was clean and staff was great . I even had a microwave and a fridge in my room which was awesome. The lobby was so inviting and they had a restaurant as well. Quiet hotel with a nice bathtub which I took a bath in and haven't done that in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel and room was very nice. The only issues were that the pillows were very hard and I didn't get much sleep because of them. The hairdryer didn't work either. I had forgotten my toothbrush from home and they were also out of complimentary toothbrushes so I had to purchase one. I'm usually very satisfied with this Hotel Chain but have to say that I was dissatisfied with this location.

We made a quick trip back to Western Suburbs for business and then some family visits. As always the beds, with their adjustable firmness, gave us great sleep. The breakfasts are not complimentary and a bit expensive IMHO. But you get cooked to order eggs and or pancakes etc.

My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights to trend a concert and see Chicago. The first thing I noticed about the hotel was how clean it smelled, and was. Would have given it a 5 but the Internet was very slow and spotty. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and huge. The pool/hot tub area was nice, clean, and inviting. The breakfast, included for Hilton Honors Gold+ or $11.95/person otherwise, was spectacular. We enjoyed the garden area and sat in Adirondack chairs under the gazebos for hours one night. There is a Culvers next door and the Pheasant Run Resort and Conference Center was across the street.

Great staff, clean room, excellent service. From the first steps through the lobby to final departure, the hotel was a very pleasant part of my stay in St. Charles. Hotel was well laid out, plenty of parking, big rooms and huge bathtub. however, when I checked in the woman behind the desk was not a proper representative of the Hilton chain.Firstly, was not recognized as a Gold member, no mention of free breakfast, but I asked to change my room upon arrival when checking in. I have stayed here before and plan to stay here again. The rooms are very clean as is the lobby. The desk staff is very friendly. They offer the purchase of meals, and there is a nice little hamburger/custard establishment within walking distance. It is convenient to downtown. Though I did not use the pool and other facilities I did look at them and they appeared quite nice as well.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice ammenities as coffee maker, hairdryer, and nice cosmetics pack. Small pool and hot tub. Smooth check-in and check-out. The negative for me was that my room was on 2nd floor and there were noisy airconditioner's fans outside. Generally, excluding this con it is recommended to go there.

This hotel appeared to be recently remodeled and was very nice in appearance. Our room had coffee for only one person each day and there were two of us. Bathtub sides are very high and the tub was dangerously slippery.

Your hotel is a bit out dated and needs major improvements. Here's my list of why: 1. You cleaning staff should be able to speak and understand complete English. I should not have to wait form someone who speaks both languages to communicate my needs while in the hallway. 2. Your room entry key system is poor. Dance nationals. Stayed 4 days. Was accommodated for room change. Fridge was not working but was fixed. One of the treadmills was malfunctioning. Overall great trip and good experience. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Have stayed here before for a conference/training. Nicer after remodel. Conveint to business meeting restaurants, etc. Quiet patio area for glass of wine and unwinding. Planning sales meeting in October and this hotel will be at the top of the list of recommendations.

We stayed in the King Corner Suite. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was nice and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive for what you get, but there are a ton of places to eat and shop in the area. Overall, great stay and will stay again!

I absolutely love this hotel. I participate in a pole dancing compeition that takes place at the Mega Center across the street, and I stay here every year. The Pheasant Run Resort is right next to the Mega Center and still I'd rather stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Loved the variety for breakfast. It was delicious!) I highly recommend this hotel! You'd be crazy to look any further for a hotel in St Charles.

We had to switch hotels at the last minute. Hilton Garden Inn was in the perfect location, had great reviews and was very reasonably priced, so we booked the room. We were so pleased with the accommodations, amenities, and the friendly staff. I am definitely seeking Hilton Garden Inn for future travel needs.

I attended a workshop at this Hilton and it provided all the amenities I needed. The only drawback was there was not a complimentary breakfast but was able to choose ala carte. Overall a great facility.

I was attending a competition/convention across the street at Pheasant Run's Mega Center, but I refuse to stay there because it's run-down, so I opted for the Hilton Garden Inn. First off I would like to say this is a beautiful property for being so old! The server in the breakfast area on Saturday morning was such a delight. This was a wedding party and I was mother of the bride. There were guests arriving over a period of three days; no one complained. The staff was incredibly nice, flexible, helpful... The hotel was nice. Room thermostat and AC seemed a little old. Keruig had molded water in it. I was offered a breakfast voucher for that, but I did not accept it since the breakfast wasn't very good the prior two mornings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times and I know some of the staff now by name and they know me. it is always a great place for a get-away week end with my scrap book peeps. the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. I really liked the size of the tub/shower I had this past trip. The staff will help you with anything problem you may have and do it with great kindness.

Stayed there for a couple of nights last week and was happy with my stay. The lobby and breakfast are real nice and seemed to be updated. The room in the other hand was about dated. The Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice hotel. Stayed 4 nights for work. Good location, great check in. The bed was very hard. It was adjustable which I found out second night, but still hard. My biggest issue is the hotel was 20 dollars a night more then other local places and then breakfast was 12 dollars extra. I was here for work and this is where I was booked to stay. Next time I will go somewhere else that has free breakfast and better beds

The location is the best feature to this hotel and perhaps a good choice if you're on a business trip. It is comparable to a Country Inn and Suites, not a true Hilton hotel. Family trip? Stay somewhere else and request a room on the 3rd floor! The walls and floors are thin, the beds were okay, and the pool was so tiny. The lobby was really nice though...

What a nice Garden Inn! Convenient to both St. Charles and Geneva! We were there for a family wedding. We had six rooms and many different age groups with family attending from around the country! The hotel was full yet the staff was always friendly and accomodating! Breakfast was excellent, service was great! Amenities such as the pool and fitness center were clean! Our rooms were always comfortable and restocked! We will be back!

Diamond member - and really wish Hilton dumped the dial a number. They are hard no matter the setting. The customer service is great here, the people really friendly, and the food in the restaurant not bad - but you really have to get the bed right. I would not recommend for anyone over 40.

I stayed here a week for business and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were spacious and clean. They provide complimentary internet (3 devices per room number) that was very adequate. We are former residents of St Charles. We were in town visiting friends and stayed here. The hotel is clean, the employees friendly, the rooms large but dated. We arrived very late and were very elated to find our reservation was held and the employees welcoming. The only complaint is that the beds were very soft.

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown St Charles, restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and had a little patio with a courtyard view off of it. The water in the pool looked a little cloudy, but my 5 year old granddaughter didn't seem to mind. All in all we had an excellent stay!

Folks are friendly and care about your stay. Not just renting a room. Their attitude" we will find a way" goes a long way with me. Courteous even when plans change or become unpredictable. These folks make you feel like this place is a home away from home. I have stayed at this particular Hotel many times and never have been disappointed. For $188.00 a night -did not meet the cost or your brand standard. Way overpriced. You can tell it was an old country inn and suites and slapped the hilton garden inn name redid lobby so that is nice. Room is old and outdated. We usually stay at this hotel when we are in town for the antique Game Room Show at Pheasant Run. The rooms are clean and net, there is a nice business center and physical fitness center. The meals are nice, especially breakfast, though maybe a little pricey. The room pricing is reasonable and we will stay here again when in town.

Hampton Inns are usually a good motel for the money. This one is starting to get tired. The refrigerator made so much noise it was hard to sleep. Breakfast buffet not worth the effort. Go to Panera Bread across the Street.

HGI St Charles is our go to hotel in the area for business. The service is good, the location ideal, with more amenities and customer service than other hotels in the area. the lobby has been updated, and the rooms are next. There is lots of open area around the hotel so it is a very uncrowded feeling at this hotel. A good, reliable, clean place to stay for business.

I walked in and was greated with a smile, checking in was a braes and the service was outstanding, the room was clean every day of my stay, and I just love the indoor pool and hot tub it was grate after a long day's work and to worm up from the cold outdoors.
