I checked in for 2 beds since they were full on Kings. My husband walked in and said what's wrong? I said he doesn't want to honor my coupon, let's go. He yelled "wait, wait, wait... I give you room". Nice, clean, comfortable. Yes: I would stay again. We went to a breakfast diner for a change of pace and did not have the chance to rate their complimentary breakfast. They do have a pool and Wi-Fi. Updated TV with many channels! Can park your vehicle in front of your room. Felt very ... Read more

Asked for non-smoking room. The room smelled like smoke. In hallway and stairwell a hazy cloud of smoke lingered. Not happy about, not wanting to take coupon. Said they were full and it was a weekend. Interesting there were only 5 cars in lot. Had a king size bed, Ok on comfort. Room used over time showing its age. A little out dated. TV to low on dresser needed a stand or put on wall. Pool was cloudy and rust was on outer edges. Breakfast was basic continental. Man at desk was friendly.

Front desk staff was pleasant, helpful and polite. The room was clean and priced right. Wi-fi was OK, but was unable to stream video. The BIG drawback was that I was awoken SEVEN times by freight trains during the night. The train tracks were not wall shaking like the movie, but the horns blaring were loud enough to wake me.

It was nice and quiet. Was unable to understand the guy at the front desk. In the morning I was taking my stuff out to my vehicle when I came back in I turned the other way not even thinking and he was like why are you not going through that door and points to the other side of the motel. Kinda irritating as if I'm assigned a door....breakfast sucked but typically free breakfasts was nice atleast. Bed was comfortable. They didn't have am option to not turn on the vent in the b... What I expect from lodging while traveling: a clean room, courteous staff, nice hot shower, good internet. This hotel met all of those criteria. A couple of minor points for the hotels consideration: the side door security lock was broken so one could enter without a key; not a problem for me but some people might worry. And secondly, someone decided to smoke in the entryway, probably to get out of the rain. They left their butts on the floor during the night. Shame on them. Not sure what... Read more

Stayed here one night after long exhausting day of driving. Room was very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool! Provided free breakfast was a little on the slim side but coffee was good and plentiful. I would stay here again.

We stayed one night while in the area. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. We did not have time for the free continental breakfast. It only ran from 6 to 9. There were a lot of kids this night but the sound did not travel through the walls. The halls were very quiet. The big issue I had was that we were in the non smoking rooms but the hallway stunk like cigarettes.

We stopped here on our way home. It was a nice hotel, a little outdated but still nice. We picked this one to swim at the indoor pool but were too tired from driving to get in. The room was nice. Close to the interstate so we could get right back on the road in the morning.

Not much to do or see in this little town. What must have been a nice Italian restaurant is now closed. Weeds - not herbs - surround it. The Econolodge is next to the expressway exit, quite convenient! However, the choice was between sleeping in a hot room or staying awake in an air conditioned room. The A/C was in bad condition, buttons/knobs broken and way too noisy. Breakfast was OK

The motel has interior corridors which increase its safety and warmth during the cold winters. A breakfast is included. The front desk staff was friendly. There is adequate parking. Go about a mile to the south to the historic district of Princeton.

Room was fine, very quiet. Management was friendly and helpful. CLose to I-80, and easy to get into and out of. Rooms were basic, but more than adequate. Had a really great night's sleep here. would stay here again

This is a small hotel, there are no elevators, you have to walk up the stairs. So if you have a room on the second floor, you have to haul all your luggage up the stairs by yourself. If there's ever a problem for you, I suggest requesting a room on the ground floor. The room itself was exactly as I had expected, and the staff was polite. If I go back to this town I would definitely stay here again.

I booked at this hotel as it was the only option available for this busy celebration weekend in Princeton. It was the only room left out of the hotels in Princeton. It was a smoking room that of course smelled awful and was very run down and dirty. They did fix the shower head that sprayed all over. They said they deodorized the room but it made no difference. It was almost impossible to sleep. My friend who stayed in a non-smoking room said it was just as bad as mine. I kept all my nice clothes... Read more

We have visited the Princeton Econolodge previously. It is reasonably clean and well-maintained but we found a couple hitches. Another couple reported to the desk/manager that their air conditioner was not working. So when we found our unit had a broken control panel, and outside temp in 70's, I hauled open the sliding window. Next day I commented to d/m, he said I should have asked and he would have turned it on. When you patronize a national chain like Econolodge, you expect a working heat/c... Read more

We stayed there for two nights in mid October 2016,. The Lodge was was clean. We had a quick check in and check out. It less than a mile off on I-80. We would have no problems staying here again when we are in Princeton. .
