We love our visits to Hampton Inn! It is always top notch professional, friendly with clean rooms. We used the pool a lot this trip. It was spotless and a perfect temperature. FYI...reception has swim diapers for the littles ones! Denise, in the morning breakfast area maintains fresh food and is attentive to detail. We will be back.

We arrived late in the evening and were up early in the morning. The breakfast selection was superior to many other chains we have stayed at the offer continental. Room and lobby were clean. We had difficulties connecting to the wireless internet but it was never big enough of an issue to contact the front desk. I am sure they would have helped. We wish the pool was open past 10am as we were looking forward to the hot tub (reason we booked this hotel) but did not get to use it since we arrived ... Read more

We went to starved rock and it was only a quick twenty minute drive !! Also TONS of dinner/lunch places around the area that are so close.

Hampton Inn & Suites is a great place to spend the night!! We like it because we know our room will be great and the staff will be friendly. We had driven all morning and afternoon and looking for a place to spend the night. When we saw a Hampton Inn & Suites we knew this was the place to pause our trip for the night.

We were in town for my grandma's birthday. We took a shot at checking in early on memorial day weekend and they accommodated us. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Super clean bathroom. Forgot a phone charger and they called and mailed it back.

The room was clean and modern. The lobby and eating area very pleasant. I wanted to use the jacuzzi after a very long drive but when I turned it on, I couldn't tell that it was on. The jets were barely circulating. Quite disappointing. The breakfast was laid out well and the hot food was hot, and cold food cold, as it should be. They did offer an egg dish, fresh fruit and waffles in addition to the usual cereal, breads, juice. I would stay here again if in the area.

My experience started 2 hours before check in. I had stopped in early wondering if they had my room ready but was completely prepared for them to say they did not. Sonja at the front desk told me it was not ready. I was ok with coming back later, but she asked me to wait a minute while she spoke to the head of Housekeeping. When she came back a couple minutes later she told me the head of Housekeeping was doing a final inspection of my room and she could check me in. Fast forward to a few h... Read more

The Hampton Inn in Peru is a stable, clean place to stay when you're in town. It's conveniently located off I-80 with access to shopping and restaurants. It's a regular stay for me. The breakfast area is clean and it's good, standard Hampton breakfast options. Sometimes they aren't totally ready at 6 when they say it starts, but they do a good job. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

I always have a great experience at Hampton's. This time was no different. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were here on a one night stopover. Check-in/out was very good and the front desk staff very helpful. The room was good with all amenities provided. Terrible service. Stayed for a wedding in Sept 2016 along with many other guests. Called front desk to ask for some cot and was told no. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and we're told to "come and get them then". Also, received a phone call to quiet down when we were all in bed silent. When you think Hampton you think luxury and quality. This hotel was more like an upscale Holiday Inn. There wasn't anything wrong, it just left you feeling there should be more somehow. I'm an HHonors client and as far as I could tell that didn't get me anything different than any other traveler unlike the Embassy Suites I stayed at the night before.
