While staying at this hotel, one of our kids became very ill with a stomach bug. The staff went way above and beyond throughout the night to help us cope with the situation. Even without that experience we were very impressed. Clean, welcoming, helpful and a great breakfast. Kids really enjoyed the pool too!

Very glad I chose this hotel. Nice, large room with a large bathroom as well. TV, Internet, worked well, and the work space was comfortable. Common areas were very nice and the breakfast was well done with plenty of places to sit. The hotel was located near a number of nice restaurants to chose from which was a nice surprise.

I stayed on the hotel during past 3 out of 5 trips. One one trip I forgot to pack up approximately 40 dollars worth of stuff I had bought from Target, called the hotel immediately after I noticed that was missing (it was the same evening I checked out), the operator took my name, room number and call back number, there was no call back. I tried a couple more times and no call back. I stopped by twice during my stay at a different hotel and housekeeping was not available then either. After 5th at... Read more

Having to take the toll road back and forth is a bit of a pain. While the hotel was significantly cheaper than the Hampton in Belle Vernon, the extra couple dollars each way everyday is a little annoying. Plus there aren't any gas stations or restaurants close by.

We stated at this hotel for our family reunion. The property is really nice and the rooms are updated and modern. The food at the manager's happy hour left a lot to be desired, however, the fantastic breakfast more than made up for it. The location is about 45 minutes from both airports. But beware "tolls, tolls, tolls" I think from O'Hare to this property I spent about six dollars in tolls.

We stayed here with our 2 children for our second time this weekend. We stayed here last year right after they opened this property. Check in was good, although there were no upgrades available. We had a room on the 2nd floor that seemed a bit small. It seems that this property has some small suites when compared to other all suite hotels. I made 2 requests in the HHonors app-- one for extra towels and for a crib, neither of which were there when we arrived at the room. Why have these things i... Read more

Stayed here for a little leisure time. This was my visit at the Embassy Suite in Naperville . This hotel is approximately a year old. The rooms are much smaller than any of the other Embassy Suites I have stayed in. I treated my in-laws to the Embassy Suites while they visited over the Fourth of July weekend. They slept in one morning, resulting in Housekeeping only emptying the wastebasket and not replacing the towels nor making the beds. First of all, if you expect to have a typical embassy suite (2 room suite), make sure you clarify that at booking! We had a standard room (where most times is a 2 room suite) and in this is ONE studio room. It was VERY small and completely not appropriate for individuals traveling with more than 2 people. Sure, there is a couch that pulls out but it is RIGHT next to the bed and leaves VERY little room to pass through without tearing up your shins. Plus, on vacation, I really don'... Read more

I have stayed at several Embassy Suites locations in the past and their suites are typically 2 rooms, except this one. I booked this room for $160 and what we get assigned is a dingy one room space -- what they call '1 room suite'. Stop playing with words and call a standard room as a 1 room suite. When reported, the manager refused to understand the problem and she was rude. Even being a Hilton Honors member carried no weight. The staff here is biased when it comes to assigning rooms.

Wouldn't choose to use my points here again! Hockey and gymnastic tournaments all weekend made breakfast difficult to enjoy since coffee was never available. This was the big selling point of using this property but I won't use it again unless someone else is paying!

Great location. Rooms have plenty of space for a family of five. Staff and service was professional and courteous. The breakfast and evening reception was excellent as there were many options to select from and plenty of space to sit and relax. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and fast access to the highways. Hotel has a great Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices for adults and kids. The facility is very clean, rooms are spacious, quiet and have exceent furnishings including a really comfortable bed. The hosted happy hour was excellent with a lot of selection of drinks both free and minor charges for top shelf alcohol. The staff are very courteous and friendly.

This hotel is one year old with excellent facilities. The rooms are nice and modern and the guest reception each evening was tops. The breakfast buffet and made to order food was tops too. Stayed for 4 days and was a wonderful place to stay

Although my room wasn't ready until 25 minutes after check-in time, I understood because they had a full house the previous night. Other than that, everything was perfect - clean, friendly staff, quality amenities, and in a prime location for restaurants. Will come back!

I only rated them 4 out of 5 stars because nothing is perfect, but this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the Midwest! The evening reception with complimentary snacks and adult and kid drinks, the complimentary hot breakfast and great rooms we're just awesome!!! So comfortable and enjoyable! I hope I can come back and stay at this hotel again:)

My husband and I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary. This is truly one of the nicest hotels to stay at in Naperville. The lobby is very warm and inviting. Our room was a premium suite on the 4th floor, fairly close to the elevator. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The main room had a table with 2 chairs, a comfortable couch (pullout) and a big flat screen tv mounted to the wall. There is also a Keurig, mini fridge and sink. The bed in the adjacent room was very comfortable. Th... Read more

Very comfortable and hospitable. The lobby was a spacious and comfortable place to be able to hang out, have a drink and snack and visit with our friends. The evening reception was so nice. Just don't get a room next to the elevators until the get the noise fixed!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is helpful and breakfast is glorious. Omelette station is the main attraction of breakfast. This was my second stay at this location and it was lovely. The rooms are clean and quiet. You may never want to leave.

This is a very well-run hotel. The front desk is empowered to make decisions, the rooms were very clean!! We had space where we needed space and it was a fantastic location. Breakfast was excellent and was controlled by an excellent greeter ensuring those who were dining, were in fact guests. This was very well done. Chef seemed to enjoy what he was doing as well. Evening reception was very nice too. The bartender seemed to enjoy his work as well. We were moving our son to Naperville from the UK... Read more

So was kind of shocked and disappointed since this was such a nice hotel with the quality of cleanliness. Our shower would not drain at all and when we finally found something to pry up the drain in the shower basin it was full of sludge and hair. Had not been cleaned at all. This is a different type of drain system and probably not the best one to of gone with. But the main issues were there was feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet. There was chewed up spit out gum on the floor stuck ne... Read more
