The property had all the things you would expect of a well-managed hotel - rooms clean, bed comfortable, WiFI fast, everything on time. But then there is much more. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it always feels like i am coming home The staff call you by name. They remember your preferences. There is a front deck associate named Jason M. He truly makes you feel like you are a VIP. And then I noted, he making EVERYONE feel like a VIP! It doesn't get any better than this. ... Read more

The Chicago loop hotels have become outrageous so this is a reasonable alternative. The good news is that the rooms are comfortable, affordable, and clean plus free parking. The bad news is the eggs are hard, the potatoes rubbery, and they tend to run out of breakfast items if you don't get there early enough. Plus this is a long way away fro The Loop if you are visiting the sites of Chicago exclusively. Traffic is horrible in Chicago and toll roads suck you dry. I would have given them 31/2 sta... Hotel in nice and clean. A little hard to find, but a business hotel, and nice features. The air conditioning/heat would not work and I was there for several hours before they finally moved me to another room, because they couldn't fix the one in the room I was in.

We were given an "upgrade" to a corner room which was nice as you have to outside windows as opposed to having one outside and one that looks into the court. They had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had with made-to-order omelets plus a plethora of other things. Unfortunately we were out and about all three nights and didn't get to enjoy the manager's reception but given everything else they did I'm sure it was great.

Overall, the stay was pretty nice. The rooms were quiet, and beds were comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. I went for a bachelorette weekend, and they sent up a complimentary wine and cheese amenity (by request) for the future bride. But, the cheese was your average cheese you could get a Kroger. Our schedule meant we couldn't enjoy the Evening Reception, so I can't comment on that. We stayed in a 2-room 2-double bed suite. From pictures, we expected the sitting area to be bigger t... My husband and I found a great deal online for this hotel when we drove here from Texas to watch our son graduate Navy boot camp. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant. Our waitress was Anna. She is from Poland. The most attentive, sweet waitress I think we've ever had. She even brought a little treat for my grandson. Beautiful hotel and our room was amazing. I will definitely use Embassy Suites again.

I saw an additional charge on my credit card bill and called the hotel. I was told there was a sign the water bottles were $5 each. I said Jason I would not spend $5 for a water bottle - there was not a sign. He said I was wrong. (Hilton Honors members often are given free water bottles.)

Although situated in a business area off of Lake Cook Road, this hotel seems quite popular and is designed very well. It has a large atrium with restaurant and seating areas and free breakfast with an omelette station. The rooms are terrific for a family of 5. We started out a little rocky because I actually did an upgrade so I lost my snack benefits that were supposed to come with the room. I told the manager what was going on and he rectified the situation plus gave me 50% off two of my nights!. The breakfast was complimentary and had a hot omelette station for made to order eggs. Overall it was a great place to stay and only 1/2 hour from the city by car and next to the train station. It was very easy to visit the city everyday.

We love the Embassy Suites. This place was up to the task. They were even able to get us an extra night on the day before we were supposed to arrive, due to some scheduling conflicts. I‚??ve stayed in two hotels around the area (westin) for business and this hotel was by far much better in all respects. Upon your check in as a HHonors member, you‚??ll receive a gift bag with two free water bottles, M&Ms, and popcorn. First, the suite rooms are very spacious and in-room has a fridge and microwave. Overall, super comfortable and no complaints about cleanliness. The breakfast is bomb‚??there‚??s a customizable omelet station that are made to order to your liking. The breakfast o... Read more

The woman at the front desk, Robin, was incredibly polite and helpful. The food was amazing! My server at the restaurant, Vickie, was extremely nice and informative. She suggested the fish taco appetizer which I can confirm is excellent!! I had a burger for dinner and would recommend adding a fried egg - delicious. I did not need a room but this is definitely a place I would stay if I did. Overall I could see myself stopping in for dinner on my way home from work more often.

Had some trouble finding hotel as its in the middle of "office buildings". Never new it was there, couple of weddings booked when I was there, which was OK I had to wait a bit for my room, but they kept checking on me and offered me something to drink while I waited. they had a special "drive in" movie for kids, those employees had lots of patience with the kids and their parents, they made the weekend very enjoyable even when I locked myself out of my room, got someone to let me in right away

Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face and very courteous. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet - I couldn't hear the bustling coming from the crowd at the continental breakfast or the Manager's Reception from my room. This was our second stay at this location and will stay again in the future. Affordable accommodation for the great value of what you receive.

I stay at this hotel on business trips, but this trip was different at the hotel. The hotel was clean, staff very attentive to individual needs. Breakfast better than I remember from my last trip this summer . . . .changes with Premium room amenities for the better.

I had never stayed at an Embassy Suites property but I am glad we did during this business trip. The staff was extremely pleasant and the amenities were TOPS. I have traveled a lot for work and for pleasure and had never stayed at a property that offered "Made to Order" breakfast, complimentary happy hour, and unlimited free snacks from the mini-bar with a Premium room. I am now a huge fan and will definitely stay again because I definitely got more with this brand than I ever have staying with ... Read more

Excellent service in a comfortable hotel. Large suites, comfy beds and really welcoming staff. What it could do with in terms of decoration it more than makes up for with comfort and friendliness. No complaints.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and, for an Embassy Suites, fairly quiet -- at least when I was there. I did run into a problem with the Virtual Key system. Never did work. But even though I never really complained (just went to get a "real" key) the manager sent up a plate of cheese and crackers with a bottle of wine. Almost made me glad for the problem. One heads up. On the day I was there, the breakfast line closed an hour before the time listed elsewhere in the hotel. If you'r... Read more

I grabbed at late night meal in the hotel restaurant and received probably the best customer service since arriving in Chicago!!! Anna was professional, friendly, accurate, knowledgeable and attentive. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. My only room-for-improvement comment is that there were several stains on the carpets in my room and dirty (but rinsed) dishes from breakfast stayed in my room for a week.

This is a wonderful hotel, if you don't care what room type you get. They regularly change your room type without your permission. We have made a reservation several times months in advance for a double room for my assistant and I and it almost always gets changed to a single with no advance notice or permission.

The staff at the Deerfield Embassy Suites are top notch,. They consistently went above and beyond. One person in particular, Connor, had our backs the entire time we were there. We really appreciate all he and the other Deerfield Embassy Suites team did for us. The facility was in top condition and we would stay there again in a heartbeat, THANK YOU, CONNOR and the entire staff at Embassy Suits, Deerfield. It was a true pleasure meeting you.

They had a really great breakfast. The downfall of the stay was the water wasnt working for over 4 hours when i checked in and i didnt gt any kind of discount. Just was told it should come back on soon. Also pretty loud in bar area. I was on 2nd floor with child and he was woken up because of the noise.

As with all Embassy Suites properties, this hotel excels in providing what I need when I travel: a spacious room, a nice bed, a decent bathroom, and a great breakfast in the morning. The common areas are very well designed and decorated, and the on-site restaurant is a consistently good quality.

This is our 3rd time staying there. Truly a marvelous place for the money. The bed was wonderful, the room had every amenity I could reasonably expect. The entire place was very clean and all employees were friendly and courteous. As our bodies were on Eastern time and we awaken early anyhow, we went to the first floor in search of coffee (that we didn't have to brew in our room). The breakfast area was still closed but the man at the front desk said we could go past the rope and see if the cof... Read more

The hotel is lovely. It's an open plan - so all of the rooms overlook the lobby/breakfast/lounge area. I love that because it just makes me feel safe, and gives my kids some breathing room to go down to the pool, or whatever without me freaking out. The free breakfast is wayyyyyyy better than most - custom omelettes, pancakes, waffles, sausages, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, cereal, oatmeal. Of course, it closes at 9 - so if you're staying here on vacation and want to sleep in late, you'll miss... Read more

My girlfriends and I had a blast during our stay at the Embassy in Deerfield, IL. The rooms are real nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, the evening reception as well as the restaurant (Cadwell Grille) was fantastic. We plan to return in January for another Girls Weekend Away. The only problem was the noise on the last night of our stay late into the night, which eventually abated and our room key not working several times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Rooms are typical Embassy Suites with a sitting area outfitted with a fold out sofa, desk and tv. The breakfast buffet, included, is fairly comprehensive and includes made to order omelets. The overall hotel is amazing it looks beautiful, it's clean and the people working there are very helpful. Unfortunately I rented a king bed with a pull out couch for my kids. The king bed was hard as a rock and the pull out bed was like sleeping on a thin piece of foam on a jagged metal frame. 4 days later and my back is still killing me

In true Embassy Suite style this hotel is extremely comfortable in rooms/suites where you have 2 rooms to "spread out". It is a very clean hotel. The complimentary breakfast is the BEST for the hotel industry which includes FRESH Made To Order Omelets plus a full buffet. There are many amenities available.

The Embassy Suites Deerfield is a modern, well-maintained property that especially benefits from its excellent, on-site restaurant, Cadwell's Grille. The wine served at the complimentary manager's reception could be better.
