Friendly staff. Hamptons ate normally my first choice. However, be aware they are going through a remodel so very dusty and construction noise. Close to the interstate and a lot of dining choices nearby.

This was a great location which was Hotel is very close to downtown St. Louis, minutes from Busch Stadium. Staff were very friendly and the accommodations are first class. This is the place to stay when visiting the Gateway Arch or seeing a Cardinals game.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is wonderful. The breakfast/lobby area is very comfortable and inviting. Coffee was ready at all times of the day. The final stages of the hotel remodel did not affect our stay.

This has to be a minimum of 120 characters- so I will write very slowly. This was a hotel on the road between home and our destination. We did have reservations- which was well done. Our checkin was good and the room was very nice. We arrived at 5 and left at 7am.

I mentioned this earlier but to be sure it is noted. The drapes in my room were broken and hanging, the furniture was in disrepair, and there were ants in my room on the second night. I was hoping I could post the photo's I took so you could see.

This Hampton is exactly what you come to expect from Hampton Inns. It is clean and comfortable with great beds and pillows and a very friendly staff Hamptons are always a safe choice. The breakfast gives plenty to choose from.

The hotel room was very clean, and the overall stay was great. Quiet. Comfortable. There is a mini refrigerator, and another furniture type item that looks a mini pantry/cabinet. My only issue was there was no storage space for clothing. No Dresser...not even a nightstand with 1 drawer. The only place for clothing, other than leaving it in luggage, was a small closet to hang clothes...with limited area and few hangers. Yet, it is set up for business folk with laptops, or electronic devices. 3 s... Read more

Clean and super friendly staff, We had been to the Indy 500 and was hot and tired. We called ahead since we needed 3 rooms and the clerk, said they had plenty. When we arrived our check in was fast and efficient. We travel a lot and this was by far one of our best experiences.

Property is undergoing a remodel and even after completion it will not be good based on seeing the poor quality work being done by the contractor. Also the rest of the property is not well taken care of. Does not meet up with Hilton standards at all.

We stayed in a recently renovated room which incorporated the new Hampton Inn look. The barn door was cute, but really impractical - when my wife was in the closet, I could not get out of the bathroom. When I was in the closet, I could not get out because the wife was going into the bathroom. The barn door did have this neat saying on the inside, "It's a good day for a good day." -- a direct quote from the Fixer Upper Program. When taking a shower, I realized that the towel storage shelf was... Read more

The hotel is nice but they were doing some remodeling and some things didn't work.. .. Phone and bathroom door had issue, but the staff was nice about it. I think it is an older hotel but it fit our needs for the 3 days there. Breakfast could be a little better quality but we did find things we liked.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling, I expect it will move to excellent when the project is complete. Currently, however, I would request a room that has been remodeled. Otherwise, you will find a room in need of remodeling. Not good. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location (near St. Louis) and the price is very appealing.

Quiet rooms, can walk to fast food or a great BBQ place. Right off the I-55 expressway. Had local map and food guides on front counter. Room was clean, continental breakfast had a very wide selection.

I stay at Hampton Inns because I know what to expect. Right now, the old style room is what you would expect, but down the hall, behind the plastic wall, there is a remodel going on, and who knows what those rooms will look like. Breakfast area well staffed and includes fresh fruit. Pool area enjoyed by families. Nice - not incredibly hot or knock out from chlorine. Arby's and a sit-down restaurant in walking distance, WalMart very close by. Other shopping within a 5-minute drive.

This was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, and I used to travel on business. We were told the hotel was under renovation, and I would assume our room had been recently upgraded. The hotel was very quiet at night, and we slept great!

Property is in process of being remodeled. Rooms on first floor have not been remodeled. They are extremely worn and dated. Bath had visible mildew/ mold on wall and shower and rust stain on tubs. Recommend avoiding this hotel until remodel complete. Rate of $100 was a poor value.

Hotel is under renovation. It's clean for the most part. I'm a loyal Hilton member, slightly disappointed with some aspects of the stay but it's a work in progress. The best part of the stay was convenience to St Louis and the BBQ place within walking distance from the hotel.

Great hotel to stay at when catching a game at the stadium; it is only a quick 10 min trip to catch the train. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and you will not be disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. Also, there are lots of great places to choose from to eat nearby.

I was attending a convention in St. Louis, but all the St. Louis hotels were either sold out or extremely high. I found this hotel and the cost was extremely reasonable. This is a Hilton affiliate. I was only 15 minutes from Downtown St. Louis. It was perfect. Hot breakfast every morning. Not great, but not bad. If you don't have time to sit and eat, they provide a bad breakfast that consisted of bottled water, a muffin, a breakfast bar, and fruit. Not great, but not bad. The rooms are OK... Read more

Walking in, the lobby is really nice so I was expecting the rooms to be decent. HA. The room smelled weird, the bathroom was disgusting.. Worst of all, on my last day here I had a bad headache so I was trying to take a nap and the people upstairs were SO LOUD and there were banging sounds and stomping so frequently that any time I would actually fall asleep, I'd be woken up.

Very good experience. Room was super clean. Good toiletries. Bed comfortable. Was there with kids so the fresh warm cookies in the evening was nice. Nice to be able to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate at any time on lobby. We didn't feel lIke swimming so we hung out at a table in lobby and enjoyed our cookies and hot chocolate! Sarah at the front desk was wonderful! She is an asset to your hotel with her friendly and understanding attitude. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Compared to other upgrade situations I have experienced across the country, this one was a bit rougher. The phone didn't work, and there was no TV guide resulting in the need to fish through the channels some of which didn't have immediate ID to determined what they were The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast selections were of lessor quality than I normally experience in my travels including those with the Hampton brand.

We wanted to be close to St. Louis, MO and didn't want to have to pay the higher prices of being right downtown St. Louis. We took a chance on this location and have not been sorry about that decision. Our room is extremely nice. Not quite as 'up to date' with the style of furnishings but very clean, comfortable and very spacious. We are so glad we made the decision to stay here. Very friendly staff as well!!

Hotel was clean staff friendly We were very tired from a long road trip. In the evening the people above us were very noisy We called the desk and Spencer said he'd take care of it We knew he had, because it quoted down almost immediately. The next morning I stopped at the desk to tell the manager thank you & she actually took the charges off our bill. We hadn't asked for that & were very surprised!! Hotel is undergoing renovations, bit our room was done, very nice& very comfortable

Earlier reviews described the hotel as tired or dirty. Our experience was completely different, the renovation of the lobby and our room made for a very pleasant stay. The indoor pool was very clean and made for a relaxing break. The breakfast was above average, offering cheese omelettes and a variety of fresh fruit, including cantaloupe and fresh pineapple. I would recommend this hotel.

Room nice. Very noisy in the day time due to remodeling. Desk clerk, Leslie was very rude! She was very impatient when i was having trouble with my credit card. She asked me was i sure if I had enough funds on my credit and charged my credit card $8,000 which she later claimed was not her fault. My account was frozen and I almost was unable to get a room at all.
