Redesigned in 2002, the Hotel 71 is a stylish boutique hotel located in downtown Chicago, across the river from the Magnificent Mile, approximately 15 miles from Chicago Midway and 20 miles from O'Hare International airports. Redesigned in 2002, the Hotel 71 is a stylish boutique hotel located in downtown Chicago, across the river from the Magnificent Mile, approximately 15 miles from Chicago Midway and 20 miles from O'Hare International airports. Local attractions include the Tribune Tower, Wrigley Building, Merchandise Mart, Art Institute of Chicago, John Hancock Center, Sears Tower, and Soldier Field.

Hotel amenities include 24-hour complimentary gym - located in suite 3704 with views of the city and Chicago river, 24-hour complimentary business center featuring Wi-Fi access and work-pods, concierge, Lifestyle Shop, valet parking, IT concierge, and discount passes to the nearby Lakeshore Athletic Club. The onsite restaurant will be closed thru the fall of 2006, however in-room dining will remain uninterrupted.

Guest rooms feature Sony Stereo/CD players, three telephones, free broadband Internet access, 300-thread count linens, oversized bathrobes, H20+ bath products, daily newspaper, large work desks, leather ergonomic chairs, and coffeemakers.
The property will be renovating through the spring of 2007.
The guest of record must be 21 yrs of age to reserve and occupy a guest room.
The hotel allows pets 25 lbs and smaller with a 100 non-refundable deposit. Tennis courts are not on-property but city courts are located nearby.
