We stayed here for one night because we had an early flight to catch the next day. The rooms definitely are well-worn and in need of a makeover especially considering the price. The room was quiet except for the airport noise and the bed was comfortable. Internet service is not free unless you're a Hilton Honors member. We qualified for free Internet but it was next to useless. We'd connect and then get dropped. Next time we'll stay somewhere else and take a shuttle to the airport.

This is a wonderful hotel situated next to ORD. The service is superb. I like the fact that it is situated by merely crossing the street. The staff are high professional. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would gladly stay again.

The hotel was fine, but the rooms and hall ways seemed dated. Very busy as well. When checking in I had to wait about a half hour even in the Hilton Honor's check in line. The front desk was understaffed. Best part is the convenient location in being able to walk from the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and chose it because of my flight the next day. It was an OUTSTANDING experience. Every employee makes you feel like you are their personal, favorite guest and are only there to meet your every need; this was true of the Car Valet person, the Bell Hops, the Bell Hop Managers, the Front Desk attendants, the housekeeper, every single person I came in contact with. I want to specifically recognize Carol, a server in the Sports Editions Bar, who made my dinne... Read more

If you simply want to walk to terminal 1, 2, or 3, this is a great hotel to stay at! It seems to be the only hotel at the airport itself! Front desk staff is very nice! The Italian restaurant at the hotel had the most delicious crusty bread! And when I was walking out of the hotel to terminal 1, I saw a rabbit jump out of the shrubbery!

That's it. Since I have to fill the rest of this space with words, I'll tell you about how easy it was to access from the airport, the good food, the clean room, and the friendly service. I chose this hotel because I needed to be close to the airport. I stayed the night before an early flight. It is the best option if you want to beat the long security lines the next day. I was impressed with the cleanliness. There is some visible wear here and there throughout the building, but I get it. ... Read more

As in any airport hotel, the only reason to stay here is due to travel arrangements and due to the need to rest before a flight, etc. For this purpose, the hotel is ideal, and due to location an advantage impossible to beat. Said that, and because the location is key, the hotel needs to be clean, functional, and offer basic good services. It is just 5 minutes walk from the terminal, but dirty, very dirty, and with very poor quality of food, at least the one on the room service. On top of this... Read more

This is convenient ... BUT you can't keep milking it. Rooms are dated and show lots of wear. Mattresses need replacement. Please replace the carpeting in your lower level entrance -- tough to roll a heavy bag over that. I ended up pushing it. Your personnel, especially room service staff, were great. The Gaslight restaurant, though dated, had excellent food and nice service. But the facility overall needs work, especially at the prices charged.

We traveled from Atlanta and were very tired. This hotel was super convenient and the restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was fast and hot and delicious. Wonderful hotel right off the airport. Staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The sauna and steam room were totally great -- very hot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone at anytime.

The accommodation's were nice, but the conference rooms temperatures were not regulated very well, too warm one day and too cold the next. The gym was very nice and had anything you would want to use. I checked out in person at that desk and that process seemed to take too long, check in did not take as long, perhaps they needed more staff that day.

I don,t usually write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge some of your employees at the Sports Edition Bar. I've been visiting your sports bar for quite few years now. Every time we're on our way on vacation, we stop by for a drink. but mainly to see Agata and George. Their superb service and professional and friendly attitude keeps us coming back! Lovely atmosphereand time spent and stories we share with Agata even make up for bar's high prices. They definitely deserve a promotion!

I got caught in the weather issues that occurred Friday and yesterday and was very happy that there was a hotel room at the airport available. My stay was very short and I found the room was fine but really enjoyed the room coffee, it was wonderful. This is a big plus since most room coffee is terrible. I checked in late and the staff was polite even after going a round with a disgruntled person who must have had a very bad day. Thanks to all staff members I encountered.

Don't eat breakfast here. They want $30 for a buffet consisting of watery scrambled eggs. Oh and they'll charge over $4 for a cup of coffee with no refills. If you don't agree to order one of the overpriced and mediocre offerings the restaurant will surcharge you $30 for the "privilege" of sitting at one of their tables. Total rip off and the food was mediocre at best

Location is great, very convent - if you are at airport. BUT-- Avoid eating at bar if you can. I waited 20 minutes, to get the first person at my table, hamburger was over cooked, had cheese ( I said no cheese), had to ask twice for ketchup and mayo. Food and service in bar was far at best. Room was nice, and it is at airport, so if location is key this is the place. But eat at airport or do not look for a drink or food here.

This hotel has efficiency down to a science. The check-in process was quick and painless. The food in the restaurant was right on par with my expectations as well. The room was clean and exactly what I booked. This would have been a '5 star' rating if it were not for the dated infrastructure of the hotel. The A/C is showing it's age and despite being turned all the way down struggled to keep it comfortable for me.

When I went into the room I was very surprised, even for a Priceline room it was kind of gross. It was awkwardly laid out, smelled of stale smoke and was dreary. Perfect for an early morning flight from O'Hare. Walk from the room to the terminal. Little pricy for an average Airport Hotel, but as we appreciated that the convenience is worth the excessive rate. So it goes without saying that the convenience that this hotel provides is amazing. Walk from most terminals, or stroll your luggage cart all the way to the hotel lobby. We stayed here for both the outbound and inbound legs of our international trip. On the way out, from Terminal 2, it's really a breeze. But on the way back, from Terminal 5, it's impossible to get to the hotel with luggage because of how the airport train system works (or doesn't). The hotel DOES provide a shuttle, but if you'... I've stayed at quite a few hotels attached to airports. The location and convenience is the primary reason. In these cases, you'll pay top dollar but you get a very good hotel and overall great experience. This Hilton Hotel affords maximum convenience and expediency between the terminals and the hotel. You pay for the convenience and during weather cancellations at ORD, you will pay in excess of $400.00 a night for the convenience. The hotel was nice, and convenient, being at the airport. However, the TV in my room worked on about 3 channels. The ice machine on my floor did not work. You have to love a hotel that is connected to the airport. I had to be in downtown Chicago for one night for work and back at the airport early the next day so I stayed at the Hilton to save time and $. You can catch the train right there. Big and bustling. Has a terrific work out facility. It has a nice little store to pick up something to take back to your room. Express checkout made it easy.

We payed $200 for one night, and for that price you would expect more than a just about decently cleaned room (there were hairs in the bathroom). The pool area is ok. Breakfast is not included (but available for the ridiculous price of $27 - the room menu is even pricier). I stayed here for only one night to catch a few Cubs games in the city. Transportation is easy with the O'Hare Blue Line stop nearby. The bellhop stored our bags for us in a locked room on the lobby level when we had a late flight out but still had a game to catch that day at Wrigley.

The lobby and facilities are beautiful. The check in process was perfect. My room was nice enough, and had a runway view (10008). The bathroom was very cramped but the products they provide were AMAZING. I was exhausted after having a 7 hour delay coming to ORD. I wanted to brush my teeth and shower, and when I looked at the toilet I wanted to scream. It looked like someone exploded on it and housekeeping ignored it. I even took pictures to prove it. Our second plane of the day did not take off and we were given a voucher to stay in the O'hare Hilton. We were not told we had to pay $130 extra for the night. The hotel was a welcome luxurious, spacious place, after long hours crammed in small planes. The room was clean, no planes at night kept it quiet, and when hungry, we dined at the Italian restaurant downstairs. The food was great but it was a little bit noisy because of the bar attached to it. A shop with necessities was open till late ... Read more

It's pricey. $350 a nite including tax. Wifi included as Honors members but it took an hour to get connected to my phone...never coukd connect to ipad. ..wanted to do a data transfer. . so that was a waste. Hotel is located about 100 yards from the airport terminal. Rooms are clean tidy with hair dryer carpets and plenty of towls. Business rooms are on the 10th floor. Quick check in, not so on check out. Only one person on duty. The restaurant had very poor service, waited one and a half hours for an evening meal, the first course did not arrive. Staff were not concerned, or interested. They have a captive audience as there are no food outlets landside in the terminals, only airside.

I stayed at the Hilton Chicago O'Hare last night in order to be at the airport to catch an important flight. I paid $200 even after receiving a Hilton Honors "discount." The hotel is convenient and that is its selling point. It also offers free terminal shuttle service for those carrying many pieces of luggage. The room layout is simple and a bit outdated. The restaurant and room service are ridiculously overpriced. They also tried to charge me $10 to use the gym downstairs (no thanks I just too... Read more

The Hilton honors line was being looked after and the air crew desk was manned but no one came to serve us. After 15 mins I called the hotel operator and held for 10 mins before hanging up. This hotel is a typical Hilton. Clean, updated and with good customer service. Why I rate this as an excellent hotel is because of its location. This hotel is literally in O'Hare. While this might not seem so advantageous, it actually offers a lot of options. First, if you're flying out early, you don't have to get up, drive to the airport, deal with finding gas and returning your rental car, you just roll out of bed and into the terminal. Much like a meal at a great restaurant where the food, the service and the ambiance all worked together to make a memorable meal, this was my experience at the O'Hare Hilton. My expectations for an airport hotel were not exceedingly high; however, I was impressed, especially with the service I received. At check-in, I was greeted by Dan Schultz, a definite asset to the Hilton chain, as he epitomizes professional, considerate and kind service. He is one of those people who sincerely wants to he... Completing a round trip to Europe on Friday and starting a round trip to Hawaii on Saturday, I found the weekend rate at this airport hotel too good to pass up. It's between the parking garage and the terminals, so no ground transportation is required. (You don't even need to use the shuttle train connecting the terminals, except to get in from the international one.) The room and food services were all that a tired traveler would need.

Was able to snag a room through our travel agency Android app. Have stayed at this hotel before, but something seems to have gone wrong with this stay. This hotel is a 5 minute walk by tunnel from O'Hare. Service is pleasant and usually efficient, although it can get very slow at the large check-in/check-out desk in busy periods. Use online check in and out to cut the lines. Rooms are well kept and quiet despite airport location. Gaslight steakhouse is a real time warp; the servers outfits are an embarrassment. I really value the convenience and quality of this hotel but be prepared to pay for it.

I checked myself and my daughter into the Hilton when we had a layover gone back at O'Hare. The airport is literally across the street from the terminal entrance, so it was very convenient. The price was HIGH hence the 4 stars instead of 5... even for an airport hotel. But the room was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer. You can't beat the convenience. I stayed here because I got into the ORD late and it was actually cheaper than staying downtown Chicago. I moved downtown the next morning and was glad I had alternate plans, because this place was not the nicest. The O'Hare Hilton was chosen almost exclusively because of its location on the grounds of O'Hare airport. That plus the $99/rm. price made it perfect for our purposes.
