This is one of those smaller Marriott properties that doesn't have the usual size one expects in a Marriott, but it does not detract from the property or experience. This is a full Marriott, with a concierge lounge and a decent restaurant. It also features a Starbucks and a small bar. It's primary draw is its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. If you have an early flight, you can return your rental car, take the shuttle back to the hotel, and just take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. This is a newer Marriott property convenient to Midway Airport. The rooms are nice and modern and the concierge lounge faces the airport runway. Although near the airport the rooms are well insulated. There is restaurant in the hotel and a TGI Fridays nearby, otherwise food can be a problem, that is the only drawback.

I usually stay here when I'm in town on business, and I've always had a great experience here. Shuttle service to/from the hotel is prompt, food is pretty good, front desk is attentive, rooms are clean, etc. There are also several restaurants nearby, and Giordanos's delivers. Overall, it's a very safe bet for the area.

This is operated by White Lodging Group and is Diversity owned. The public places are fairly new however the rooms are severely outdated with the exception of the bathrooms which look renovated. I stay here often and have stayed in many of the rooms on the top floors. New furniture in the rooms, please. Plus the room tv's are hit or miss in terms of 100% operating capabilities. Marriott Courtyard at Midway. Found this place on Priceline for $107. Yes, it was a surprise place, but I knew roughly the hotels I may get after much research comparing stars to location, etc. I knew this was in close proximity to the Midway airport, and offered shuttle.(my two main objectives). Maggie in the concierge lounge and all the staff are so helpful. You will be glad you stayed here. The bar and front desk staff are so nice too. This is go home away from home when in Midway Chicago area. I will keep coming back. The bed and room is always clean and comfortable. Just stay here and be Marriott happy.

Excellent hotel. Really up to date. Huge room. Best hotel bed ever. And didn't take long to get back and forth from downtown. Yet extremely inexpensive. Always a cab waiting or use lyft. Smart move to stay here. Much nicer and much less expensive that most downtown hotels. Saved our money for great meals. Will be back!

We had "red eye" flights in both directions so decided to stay close to the airport. me and my sisters were in town for a weekend away and to celebrate a birthday. We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. Our room was really nice and everything was literally spotless. Food in restaurant was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would stay here next time I go back to Chicago.

This is a basic property that one would choose if flying out on an early flight. The decor feels like it's from the sixties, comfortable but dated. It's typical of older properties, lacking electrical outlets. There is an airport shuttle. What makes up for the dated surroundings is the exceptional friendliness and service from the staff. They were first rate. Certainly the downtown hotels are more beautiful, but this one is fine if you need to be by the airport.

We stay here every time we do a stay park and fly. We have tried the other hotels in the midway hotel center but this is our favorite. The front desk is very courteous and polite and the rooms always seem spotless. Parking is extra unless you do a package which we always do. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes or so. I cannot begin to say enough about this property and the customer service we received. We had a very bad experience over July 4th at another Marriott property and were ready to give up on Marriott, but the service we received here surpassed the level of professionalism and kindness we have received in a long time from Marriott. Good hotel, nice staff, decent restaurant, basic fitness room. Hotel to airport shuttle serves like 8 hotels, marriott is last pick up, so shuttle is almost always late and overcrowded. Not good for business tavelors with early flights. Fitness room should be larger and better equipped. Busy hotel. Not in the "shooting range" section of Chicago, thankfullly.

I was stranded in Chicago in the SW Airline chaos yesterday and booked this hotel at the last minute. I paid $281 for this room for about a 6 hour stay so that I did not have to spend the night in the Chicago Midway Airport. Our overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel is convenient for those with business or friends on Chicago's Southside. The entire staff seemed to appreciate the concept of Customer Service. Checked in for a day room during a long day in Chicago with an evening return. Pretty neat concept of a massive hotel complex close to KMDW. Check in was smooth and efficient. Chose this hotel for recent trip to Midway when doing business at the airport. An excellent location for watching the planes landing at MDW. Also as a part of the Midway Hotel Center there are approx 8 hotels with various restaurants and bars available. The hotel check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Printing flight tickets was an easy process. The room was good sized for 3 of us staying in it. The restaurant had terrific food. There wasn't a bellhop to take luggage to the room for us, but we managed it with 2 carts. Like the shuttle to the airport.

Horrible customer service, made everything else just so bad. We were having a labor day weekend vacation with family in Chicago and had 3 rooms for 2 nights at this hotel. Hotel has free shuttle service to airport, the driver was very nice and helpful Only 10 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to downtown, parking is available for a fee; There is couple of fast food just walking distance from the hotel, hotel has a restaurant but we did not eat there though

We had a flight delay and stayed here. What a congenial, knowledgeable staff! They were so accommodating. The concierge lounge even stayed open a few extra minutes so we could obtain some beverages to take back to our room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We felt like royalty although the airline was a disappointment.

We chose to stay here because we love the Marriott brand and we were not disappointed at all! King size bed was very comfy; now we are buying a king size bed lol! The room was cozy, front desk staff was very helpful oh and there is a Starbucks inside the hotel... no driving around to find one. This was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

I spent the night here prior to flying out and left my car here while away. The woman at the front desk was so helpful, so pleasant, and so efficient our experience was immediately off to a great start. The room was great for the price we paid. Freshly remolded makes this a great stay close to Midway. Good bar, good food and a Starbucks for that much needed morning coffee. Very clean and wonderful staff. Look forward to my next visit. Great location for small meetings as well.
