After a few hours of travel, we were happy to have a quick check-in. From the first encounter curbside for valet parking, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. The room was impeccably clean. To wind down, I enjoyed a hot bath in the tub and there was plenty of HOT water. (Few things are more annoying than running out of hot water while in the tub.) For the perfect finish to a long day, the heavy weight white robe and plush pillow-like duvet were outdone only by the most comfortable kin... Read more

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what made so wonderful was the customer service we received from Ashley Keena. There was group of us and we wanted to sit at a large table where we could talk a play Cards Against Humanity. She made it happen quickly and perfectly! Thank you Ashley!!!!!

The view from our room was right out of a science fiction movie: looking over the many inner city skyscrapers around us, I was expecting to see flying cards at any moment. The bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. The big bonus for my husband and I was the complimentary dry heat sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We will be back!

Do not waste your money at this place. Did not have basic amenities like an ironing board. Took them 35 minutes and three phone calls to get the ironing board to me. And I ended up being late for my meeting. Terrible communication! In addition, they did not have a crib ready for a sleeping child. That also took just as long as the ironing board. Not a receptive organization. Much better hotels to select from in the Mag Mile and throughout the city.

My friends and I stayed here for NYE To attend a nearby event. Afterwards we took a seat in the lobby & were told we had to leave because "we didn't buy anything" or because we were black!? We were not even seated long enough to decide if we're going to make a purchase before security B-lined for our table. After my husband produced his key card Mr. Woodson still insisted that we leave and even more of his colleagues came over to harass us while the other surrounding white guest (who didn't have...
