We stayed as a family of 5 (my kids were 4, 3, & 1 yo) and absolutely loved it! We had a one bedroom suite with two full size beds. Between the two beds and pull-out sofa, we had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the milk & cookies. We also used the pool, which the kids spent hours playing in. We ordered room service, which was quick delivery and delicious! We were even able to order drinks from the bar with room service. The room had a huge tub that all three kids enjoyed bathing in. Both valet... Read more

We had a fantastic time! Room was spotless, and let me tell you- I own a vacation cleaning company, I'm very picky about cleanliness- I didn't get to try the 676???? This hotel, it's in the heart of everywhere. Staff was excellent. I will be back!

Our trip to chicago to go to the American Girl Store was a huge hit! We reserved a suite at the Omni with the American Girl package. When we arrived, my nieces were thrilled with the beds, treats, pajamas for them and their dolls. Location was fantastic, it was a short walk to the American girl store so we were able to go several times during our weekend. The Omni restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet. The employees we came in contact with were all polite and helpful. The Omni Chicag... Read more

Our room had a pull out couch that our two children slept on. The pull out had sheets but no blankets or pillows. We requested blankets and pillows 3 times but housekeeping never brought any. I could see if we were making some kind of odd request, but this should have been a standard request for a hotel to accommodate. We put our kids to bed just using the sheets on the pull out, the pillows from on the king bed, and turned the heat up in the room.

Ive stayed here my kast 2 business trips, the service is excellent, great wifi, and well appointed rooms. The breakfast bar is to die for, omlet station, all kinds of meats and potatoes, a little pricey for breakfast but worth the $'s. Right on Michigan Ave, close to everything.

Great hotel. Excellent, friendly and efficient service with newly and well decorated spacious 2 room suites with bedroom and sitting room. Room rates, particularly off-season, very good value but the bar/restaurant is expensive though very high quality and delicious with plenty of gluten-free products, particularly breakfast/brunch. Ghastly pre-historic coffee makers with undrinkable coffee pods - need to update to Nespresso or similar asap.

I only have time for a few of there errors 1. Wifi charge for guests 11.00 2. No comfortable chairs in a suite 3 one desk chair and a small sofa in the main room. 4. No waste basket in the bathroom. 5 lights by the bed only operate from the wall switch ..not on a switch on the lamps themselves 6. No TV guide for TV WITH 200 plus channels. . Call the front desk to find CNN ..OR ANY OTHER CHANNEL I asked where was the TV guide was... Answer.. we don't have one ! .. All of the above are true... Read more

We like Omni Hotels, especially Indy & Nashville, but we did not enjoy our stay at this one. The size of the room was plenty big. The beds were not comfortable and the sirens from the nearby hospital kept me awake. Luckily, we only stayed 1 night. Having hot cider when you come in from the cold was a nice touch and the restaurant, 676, is excellent. Pool had salt water which upset my son. Location is great for Mag Mile.

I booked the American Girl Doll package for my granddaughter for her Christmas present and this was exceptional. The service, staff and package were outstanding. My granddaughter felt very special. We have memories for a lifetime.
