"Our stay was great. The location was great. We walked everywhere. From Hotel to Hancock, Navy Pier, Willis Tower. After booking Hotel I called them to ask for a river view room and they said of course. Upon check in they didnt have anymore but put me on the 16th floor. Big deal...We ended up checking in late so that is why they didnt have anymore. Not a big deal...We were only in room to rest and sleep. Didnt really talk to the staff much but they were nice and friendly when checking in and out. The room was a little small but like i said we just rested and slept there. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again "

"Everything was great about the hotel. Only complaint is that housekeeping threw away our left over pizza that we were saving for later. I can understand if they want to prevent mice or something like that, but that's never happened to me before, so I was a little upset. You can't just throw away someone's belonging's like that, and if that's a policy, at least let us know ahead of time. But other than that, great stay in a beautiful city."

"My stay was great, I was surprised that the concierge chose to recommend a restaurant for breakfast 5 blocks away then brunch at another place when I had asked for a close place to eat and fast, instead of recommending the restaurant on the other side of the elevators about 15 steps away, INSIDE the hotel itself....otherwise great experience."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The wine list is to die for. If you need
any thing, the front desk took care of everything they could. We got a great
price. Parking is 57 dollars a night and to me having your
car tuck away rather then parked on the street, it was worth it. If its not cold you
can walk to most places and cabs were everywhere. TAKE THEM!!!!! Just ask up
front how much and don't get into the BLACK CABS, they are very pricey and
they charge all most double. I will be back again this summer.

"Great Location - Bus stop right outside of hotel, several CTA stations are within 7 mins walk, the loop is only 5 mins away.

Friendly and helpful staff - from front desk to the cleaning ladies, everyone we met are friendly and smiling.

Would be nice if hotel can provide free wifi or at least free in-room cable internet connection.

"Looked pretty cool in the pictures, and the decor of the Lobby, Bar and Restaurant lived up to that. Was disappointed that there was no poo or hotub area. The room though was mediocre for the price. For around the same price, or not much more I usually get rooms with Walk in showers, and/or a jacuzzi tub and a great view. The room was very dated too. The Staff however was 5 star.The valet, the Checkin, the Concierge, and the restaurant Staff were all friendly and smiling and helpful. "

"Great location: Great access to CTA buses and train. Walkable distance to main attractions IMO. Great restaurant choices around. A lot of bars around as well.
Good value: For money we had to pay with l, I would say it was really worth it.
Room: Not as nice/elegant as the photos may seem. Nevertheless, it was clean when we entered and was kept clean throughout our stay. No complaints about any kind of noises day and night.
Staff: Very friendly and accommodating if you ask for their help or assistance.

Really good value but it's not superb hotel, so I personally want to go look for another hotel if I'm in the area."
