"The Felix is in a great location, easy walking distance from Michigan Ave., the Red Line, and good restaurants, bars and galleries. The staff is very friendly, particularly the lobby bartender. Our room, though small, was cleaned up nicely every day. We spent little time there, so the size didn't matter. Whole Foods down the street was a good place for breakfast., and to take something healthy for lunch. The price was way better than big hotels. Recommended for sure."

"I enjoyed my stay at The Felix Hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, the restroom too was clean and functional. Not much place to unpack and keep your stuff.
I have two observations only. It would be helpful for the traveler to have your hotel cash or take Traveler Checks. Most of the staff were friendly but one guy at the front desk who was really rude and assumed one has to understand and know everything even if you speak in a different language. Not cool for a hotel staff. But as I said the rest of the staff were great."
