We needed a place to stay on our way back from Kentucky because we were tired of driving. Very affordable. Room size is small but for 2 people it was perfect. Decent breakfast selection. Staff was friendly and I would stay again.

Hotel was off the beaten track and so offered a lower rate than most in the area. The room was average. Staff was very personable and professional. Housekeeping failed to clean room one of the days we stayed there.

The lase time that I stayed at the Champaign, Il site, I had a terrible stay. I told the manager about it the next morning. She promptly issue me a free night to stay. Although There wasn't a smoking room available, I did get my free stay.

The cost and location of this hotel was just right. Front desk was very friendly but not so familiar with Wyndham rewards levels. Carpet is worn, but place was clean. Polyester bedsheet and skimpy towels were of course not a high point. Heater/air worked great. Breakfast was thin compared to other Microtel properties I have stayed but for the cost it was expected. Summary, it was clean, cheap and close to our destination for a late single night stay.

The rooms were clean but dated. We had problems with the TV . Claudia at the front desk came up and went above and beyond to fix the problem and even offered us a different room. The breakfast was very minimal so we were disappointed with that . The price was very budget minded so I guess you get what you pay for!

Lets start with the good. The front desk was helpful and the room was clean. The size of the room was a little bigger than most closets; I haven't had that bad of television reception since 1960; and the bed was so bad I could have slept on a pile of rocks and felt better in the morning. The breakfest was toast and coffee. I was very disappointed.

We've always had a good experience staying at Microtel. We stay there 2-4 times a year passing through. We've always had a pleasant experience staying there. It's a great locations with very little highway noise. It's always been clean and the people friendly. The only problem we had was staying in a handicap room there was no place in the bathroom to set things on. No top cabinet to set hair or makeup supplies and nowhere to hang or lay your clothes. But overall excellent!

When you walk into a place and the carpet is all crippled up and dirty you know you're in trouble the rooms were even worse I couldn't even breathe it reeks of smoke so bad I didn't stay my room was booked through an outside agent and I just forfeited the money it didn't matter I couldn't stand to stay in such a filthy dirty smelly place
