My trip to Illinois was long but I stayed at a great hotel off of the interstate and really enjoyed the staff.

OK but this time we had to paid more. cause the only clean room that was single bed was the handicap room that had a shower only. And I wanted bath tub. So had to take two beds and paid more. Not my fault cause help didn't show up . And almost all the rooms were dirty that day. Any other time I would rate them higher.

The room was small (mirco), The "breakfast" was breads and bagels (still in store wrappings) served out of a Tupperware container. Coffee cups - mirco in size. I received a note next to my bed stating "that there was a towel missing and I would be charged" if I did not return it. Signed "The manager" Not that it matters - towels are scratchy and paper thin- I did not take their towel. No one I spoke to could resolve the issue. Almost everything was very acceptable. My only complaint was the lower fitted sheets didn't fit. The rolled up over the sides exposing the mattress and mattress pad. We tucked it in and it rolled up again.

Booked reservation through Microtel website using ebates.com. When I checked in the front desk clerk told me my reservation indicated Travel Deluxe was my travel agent. Don't know who that is. After the second night I asked the front desk if there would be a problem checking out one day early. I was assured there was no problem since I paid with my credit card and not a voucher. Went I checked out, a still different clerk, could not find my reservation. Seems I had been already checked out. ... Read more

No handicap door availability, breakfast had no water or milk for oatmeal. Breakfast could really be improved.

It felt like a Motel 6 and it looked Rundown and it felt run down!!?????? and the rooms were extra small!!

I reserved a room through Wyndham rewards when the Baymont did not have the nights available to continue. Drove over to the place. Saw that it was in the middle of nowhere, desolate and far from any restaurants and my activities. Called Wyndham Rewards reservation line the evening before and cancelled Microtel, booked Super 8 which was much closer. Asked and was assured they had cancelled Microtel and I would not be charged. Walls were paper thin... Could here next door conversation clearly..... Asked for a late checkout to 11:30.....At 11:05 were banging on door and a little nasty... Went to front desk and he played dumb... Pretty sure it was his wife who banged on our door.... Everything else was fine

Filthy. Carpet in hall ways were torn, ragged, dirty. Couch in the lobby looked like it was over 15 years old, used by students in a frat house and had been picked up off the street after sitting outside for a couple of weeks. "Breakfast" was a plastic storage tub with bread; orange juice was good. Undoubtedly the worst Microtel I have ever visited (and I make a point of using them whenever I travel).

This Microtel was dirty, ripped & worn carpet in rooms & public areas. The furniture in the lobby area was dirty & broken down. The breakfast was bread, muffins, cereal a few yogurt containers (5) , the orange juice was off color and taste. The room we had had a terrible odor, dead bugs in the bathroom, carpet was so dirty we were concerned to walk on it without shoes. This location needs to be investigated by the health department and corporate representives.
