The most outstanding character of the Inn was th cleanliness of the room and property. Well located to Resturants and just off the interstate. Friendly staff and a very reasonable price. Even an area for our dog todo his business with poop bags and trash can at the area.

Came to town for Vet School graduation and could only get a one night reservation. I was sad to leave. It was clean, smelled good, good breakfast assortment, nice staff and GREAT bed. We had to move to the Microtel for our next two nights ...UGH. la Quinta is always a good choice....

We stayed here over University of Illinois' graduation weekend. Even though the hotel was sold out, the employees were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good. But wish there was more of a selection. They served, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, toast. Hoping for hot eggs, bacon or sausage. Which has been served at other LaQuinta Inns.

This was a very nice place with friendly employees, clean place with comfortable beds. We stop here twice a year and I noticed that the rates seemed like the rates went up from the last time. We leave in the morning before the breakfast is put out so I can't comment on that part. This property is close to the interstate and has places close by to eat at too.

Very clean with great staff. The room was spacious and quiet with nice linens. We appreciated the table with 2 chairs and a laptop charging station. We love that La Quinta allows our cats to stay at no extra charge, but if you have allergies make sure you request a pet free room. Breakfast was basic buffet items, but good service and clean surroundings. A very pleasant stay.

This hotel is an enjoyable place to stay. It is convenient to campus and near the interstate. The beds are good; we had two rooms and one had what seemed to be relatively new mattresses. The free breakfast was good. Decent selection, especially for the price. We got all we needed at a very acceptable price.

The hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from the Market Place mall, shops, and restaurants. For me, this was greatly appreciated. I arrived prior to check-in and was able to go straight to a room that was ready early. This room, however, had a window but no view whatsoever. I would recommend others ask to see if their room has a view. The property is clean, newly renovated, and the rooms are quite nice. Good quality coffee, bed comfort, and television selection (the essentials!). ... Read more

We stay here every time we pass through Champaign, not because it's the most luxurious that we can find, but for a night, the price is right, the neighborhood is still safe, and it's really easy off and on I-74. Plus, tthe staff is really great. The breakfast is fine if you want DIY waffles, or toasted something. Otherwise, go with yogurt.

Stayed here two nights while attending a bridal shower. It is a newer facility located in an area with several shopping malls and restaurants. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold offerings. The only problem we noted was that the room had a musty stale smell as if it had been closed up for a while. Airing it out, would have made a big difference.

This hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and a mall. It's about 7 miles from the Willard Airport in Champaign and is easily and quickly reached by road from the airport. The room we had was clean and spacious. The bath/shower room was small, but, as the wash-basin is in a separate area it doesn't feel too cramped. However, some may find the toilet pan is in such a position that it feels a bit awkward. Our room did not have a fridge or microwave but the room occupied by my cousin, did.... Read more

Pleasant front desk people. The hotel is clean but slightly dated. We stayed in the 2 room King suite which was very large with sitting area, refrigerator and microwave. Made this location our first night stop on the way to Florida from NE Wisconsin. Due to pet friendly policy of all La Quinta's, this is a was a no brainer. Location right off of the interstate (I-74) made this a great location. Two story hotel with no elevator made our first floor room a bonus for us when we had to unload and keep our pet safe. Plenty of parking and some fast food and casual dining restaurants in the walking vicinity made this also a good place to stop over. Room was clean ... Read more

Stayed at the La Quinta Inn twice in December/January for a family trip to Florida. This Inn accepts pets and has clean rooms with a small breakfast assortment that really is meat and potatoes type of place. Friendly service and the location is off the freeway with easy access to I-57. The price is usually right as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling throughout the Greater Champaign Area.

When first entering the parking lot there isn't any signage as to where the front registration is located. Upon entering the registration area I noticed the place was very clean. I asked if I could have a quiet room. I was told, "we cannot control our guests." I replied that I completely understood. I simply hoped for a room that was not street side, was not near an elevator or the vending machines. I was booked into a room that was street side, at the end of the hallway with the stairs. This was a pretty good La Quinta Inn compared to others I've stayed at. It was clean, staff was nice, beds were comfortable. only had a few complaints: the continental breakfast was pretty bad, and the second night we stayed (coming back home) the room's air conditioner unit was filthy...which was odd because the other room we had stayed in a few weeks earlier the air conditioner was fine. I travel a lot for business and chose this place because it had decent Trip Advisor reviews and the price was good. It is a good location near a mall and tons of restaurants. The place was ok, not dirty, a little outdated, tons of people with dogs staying here so if you don't want to be surrounded by pets probably not for you. I was pleased with this hotel, when I traveled with my small dog. They gave me a ground floor room, very close to an exterier door. There was a grassy area for me to walk my dog, and they even had a stand with doggie waste bags. There was plenty of area to take my dog for a longer walk, other than just to potty. The rooms for those of us with dogs are in the back close to an outside door, which is handy when having to take them out to use the bathroom. If you are head south and want to avoid the I-65 corridor between Chicago and Nashville take I-57. If one is located on my trip I always stay at a La Quinta. (Perhaps 20 plus) The Champaign hotel is by far the best of them all. Everything was immaculate, the beds and linens were beyond comfortable and the food options were nicely varied. This has become our " go to" stop in Champaign. Very clean room, super comfortable beds, very friendly front desk. We normally stay closer to university but LaQuinta price was much better. Walking distance to mall and restaurants. Breakfast is pretty typical waffles, yogurt , hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee.
