I can only speak on our experience. First, you have understand what you're paying for, this is not a 5-star resort. Where have you ever received great customer service with luxury accommodations for $60 per night? Now, check-in was smooth, our rooms were clean and that's about it. We got what we paid for...end of story.

First of all, they were working on the hotel lobby and we were not told that when making reservations. A large group of my family was in town for a funeral. The bathroom sink had no stoppers, the carpet was dirty, the towels were inadequate and you were not given very many. We stayed there two nights and three days and our rooms were never cleaned. Because we had no lobby, several family members were outside talking and were reprimanded for this and told to go to their rooms. The vending machine... Read more

I was in town on a small vacation and this was the only hotel in the area that had some available rooms. Driving up, and the lobby area things look great!!! .Once I get to my floor where my room was located I got off the elevator and what I seen and smelled was horrible and once I entered into my room I could not believe the sight..!!! This is by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life it was rust around the doors it smelled like someone urinated on the carpet, the w... Read more

This might be the worst hotel I've stayed in in my adult life. I have been in some dives as a broke college student, even seemed them out, but I was in no way, shape, or form prepared for this dump. First of all, the pictures of the rooms on-line are not of any of the rooms at this property, I'm sure. They may be from their very best hotel, perhaps in Vegas or Manhattan, but definitely not here. It was dim, (two of three lights didn't work), dingy, and dirty (dead insects, icky carpeting), not o... Read more

Outside of hotel has broken alcohol bottles spread around. Lobby looked kind of nice, as if it had a recent update to the floor. Lobby cheaply painted. Both elevators smelled like freshly smoked weed the whole time. Carpet on our floor was very dingy. First rooms carpet was very dirty and had an outline of something that used to be there. Furniture was very dated. Tv had a very dark picture. Maintenance man came up and was clueless as to how to brighten it. He offered to help us get a new room w... Read more
