Hotel can be loud at times due to many functions that are held there. Bar is usually crowded with only one bartender servicing the bar and tables so service is slow. The bartender works very hard but just to many people for one person to handle. I've had problems with management following thru with what they say they are going to do. The food in the bar area is very good. The burgers are giant! They recently cut back on the breakfast buffet so its not as good as it used to be.

This was approximately the 4th time I've stayed at this location. The staff is friendly and outgoing. We were there for a surgery of a family member. We learned the surgery was moved back and the hotel was booked for the extra nights we needed. We asked were there any options and within 30 minutes, the manager found space for our extra nights stay. This hotel is clean, and the location is right off the expressway. A true gem. This hotel has a restaurant and the food is good.

I was pleased with my recent stay at this Doubletree. Check-in staff were welcoming and, though it took the clerk some time to find my already-checked-in key package, it was simple and there was the warm cookie that's characteristic of Doubletree. My room was fine and as expected. Though it is near the tollway, the noise was not bothersome. Rooms have coffeemakers, which is a nice feature. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool, which is a good size as hotel pools go. It is an indoor pool; t... Read more

As a Hilton Honors member and for the value of the room, I expected to at least have an in-room microwave and/or refrigerator. Or at least a cheaper daily rate. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located to shops, restaurants, movies and other stores.

Checking in on line for the DT is easy. Should you need any appliances all you have to do is call and the item will be in your room upon arrival. Breakfast is served at 6 with a variety of items on the buffet. Even pancakes on occasion. The rates rates are a Great value for the money. The only problem is trying to get a King bed.

I stayed here for 3 nights for business. The hotel is dated but adequate for business travel. Breakfast is offered in the restaurant with a buffet. The staff are friendly and the food was good. Give it a try if you are around the area for business. If you are traveling on your own dime then look elsewhere.

Very pleased with this hotel. The staff was great and the room was clean. I was very impressed. This is one of the better Hilton Hotels. I have stayed in quite a few Hilton Hotels that were unclean and the staff wasn't very helpful. I travel for my job and my first preference is always a Hilton Property. This is far the best ever.

I frequent this hotel often because of their high level of customer service. From the front desk associates, Kay and Janis, to Sue, the bartender, the associates are genuine in their commitment to excellent customer service. Janis always makes sure I get the room I prefer. Mark, the mod, and John, the concierge, and Juan always greet me by name. But I have to admit, this hotel's greatest asset is Sue Giles, the bartender. Fit our needs well. We parked our car on their property for a 10 day vacation, stayed the night and took their shuttle to Midway Airport for our flight. Their van was full for the 5 a.m. pickup, but the hotel called a taxi for the 4 person overflow. Grateful for that since we might not arrived in time to get through TSA check. Everyone was very friendly especially the shuttle drivers. Our flight home landed at 4:30 and we feared a long wait because of rush hour traffic. Starting with the warm chocolate chip cookies you get at check in. What I really wanted to point out this time though is their shuttle service. I had to relocate due to flying insects in my room by the window. Only 1st floor available and I normally get a high floor. My Dad and sister also had bugs in their room. I felt the cleanliness was sub-par overall as I found a dirty sock on the floor of the relocated room. The $13 buffet breakfast was equivalent to a free continental breakfast in most hotels. A fridge and microwave weren't standard. You have to request and pay for, separately. All very disappointing for a full service hotel.

Not what you'd expect from a typical Hilton property. Decor was nice and modern and the hotel was relatively clean. The staff was great. But several maintenance issues around the facility made this trip unenjoyable for me and my kids. We experienced a clogged toilet, slow shower drain, a loose sink faucet handle, and a crackling electrical outlet. Additionally the elevators are dark and have a funky smell. I doubt I'd stay here again.
