We stayed here for one night on our way to Las Vegas. We didn't have reservations, but check-in was still a breeze and the front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room (in the 500-range on the 2nd floor) was clean and updated. It did not have a weird odor. Our only complaint with the room is the horrible pillows. They were too soft and provided no neck support. Plus, there were only 3 pillows on a king bed which meant someone (me) was getting the short end of the stick. The continental breakfast... Read more

We stayed on the 3rd floor. Stairwell was clean, fitness center was clean, room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Located close to shoshone falls which is absolutely worth checking out, gorgeous view and park.

Nice large room, excellent rate, very friendly staff helped at breakfast on the 22nd, and overworked gal evening of 21st stayed sweet and joyful even though she was the only one there to help long line, from outside and current guests. She needs a raise! We WILL stay here again if we come back. There is NO ELEVATOR, so ask for a downstairs room beforehand, if you have a disability. Mexican restaurant next door is decent. Highly recommend.

First off, I'll say the rooms were very clean so that was nice. And, the fact that they charge a reasonable pet fee is great. However... When I made the reservation, I didn't think about the fact that my niece is blind and would need special accommodation. We arrived at 2am (after being on the road for 16 hours), and when we asked if there was a 1st floor or handicap accessible room the woman at the desk said, "Yes, i can give you a handicap room for $7 extra." Seriously?! Who else was going to... Read more

Nice and quiet, clean, friendly staff. The water took a few minutes to warm up and I felt that the beds were a double not actually a queen, as we own a queen. But it was very clean, and very quiet with courteous staff. Will stay here again.

Just stayed one night, but the room was clean and the bed was decent. The coffee was TERRIBLE, however-thus the average rating. Tried both the coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby and they were like dirty water.

I stay at this Super 8 when visiting Twin Falls always splurging on the Jacuzzi suite. I was a little worried a few months ago when old mattresses, sinks and vanities were stacked up outside. Really shabby appearance. These items should have been removed on a regular basis as the remodeling took place. My trip a few days ago proved worth the previous unsightly mess. (Some items to be disposed of remained, but not as bad as it was.) Ta-Da! New carpet, vanity/sinks and mattress in the room!... Read more

Great location for an overnight stay. Some upgrades have helped with appearance. Beds are comfortable. Wouldn't necessarily make this a destination hotel, but for our stop over night on a long road trip it worked nicely. Was disappointed in the breakfast. Very little to offer and the tables in the lobby for eating was awkward. Rooms are all non-smoking, which is nice. Smokers just hung out around the doorways instead. Convenient to a variety of shopping and dining. Not necessarily convenient to... Read more

It has been a while since I stayed in a Super 8 so maybe I just did not know that they have stepped up thier game. This one has been partially updated with newer bedding and drapes and our room was very clean and large. They also served a continental breakfast that included biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, and OJ. It was a great way to start the long trip to Yellowstone.

I have stayed at this location before and if all you need is a bed, bath, clean location for an overnight stay this will suit your purpose. The are many restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast in the morning has hot waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, coffee and assorted bread and pastry items. There are no luggage carts but the vending machines, workout room along with free internet and the friendly staff make this a inexpensive place to spend the night.

Front desk clerk was welcoming and answered questions I had. This property has a nice exercise room as well as laundry room. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a refrigerator and microwave. No problem with the free wi-fi. Conveniently located to places to eat whether walking or driving. Breakfast has sufficient variety of offerings.

We had a nice stay. Rooms and everything was clean. However, I am in a wheelchair and Motel had a split entry from the lobby. You had to go up or down a half flight of stairs to get to the rooms. I take it that it is Not ADA equipped. We enjoyed the Continental Breakfast!

Trucking area next door has truck backup beepers going off all the time. I was on second floor and at 4:40AM it sounded like the people above were rearranging all the furniture. Lot's of running water noise too. Door didn't latch without fiddling and no stopper in bathroom sink. Fair location but don't know if I would stay here again or not.

The rooms are acceptable and were clean. The furniture is all old and everything is dated but in decent condition. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fine. I could have been happy with the room BUT the upstairs people were banging around, I can only assume running through the room, until midnight. This was despite calling the desk a couple times to ask them to check on it. The housekeeping knocked and opened the door at 7:45am, which I found completely rude. After not a lot of sleep I d... We often stay at Super 8 motels on road trips. The one in Twin Falls exceeded our expectations. The spacious room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast room offered plenty of variety, and the coffee was good. We arrived late on our first visit, with fingers crossed they'd have a room. We were third in line and got the last one while others streamed in behind us. Meanwhile the phone was ringing off the hook. The young woman alone at the desk handled... Read more

The motel itself was okay, the staff was great. The downfalls were that the bathrooms were to small where shower and toilet were today in same small space, hard to move around. The second thing was that the non-smoking rooms were on 2nd floor, which was a little difficult for my wife and I who are handicapped. There was no elevator, they should have offered us room on the first floor.

This Super 8 was very nice, quiet, clean, and easy to find and access. It was in a good location to access shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was standard to Super 8 hotels and had do-it-yourself waffles and yummy cinnamon rolls. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Twin Falls.

Super 8's are pretty much all the same. Nice facility on very busy street, within walking distance of several restaurants. Comfortable room with amenities, refer and micro. Good breakfast, as any time you can make fresh waffles is good for me. Take an apple and a banana for lunch. PS, with that busy street, it is a little hard to make a left turn entrance into the facility.

The TV in our room dos not work at all. I called the front desk and she came to try to fix it, but was unable to. She just said that they would note that the room did not have a working TV. There was no effort to move rooms or give a discount. After a day of softball games, my daughter really wanted to just relax and watch something on TV

I was looking for an inexpensive place to crash after a long, crazy night and scored a room here for $66. I was more than pleased. Nothing fancy, but absolutely clean and suitable for good rest, especially considering the price. And I feel compelled to note that this Super 8 was 1000X more appealing than the Super 8 that I had to stay at the next night in Burley, Idaho. That place was horrific. Not all Super 8s are equal, I guess.

The room was very clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was very good and very quiet. The room was bit on the small side and the bathroom was the smallest that I have ever seen in an American motel. The motel has a lot of places to eat nearby. Check in service was short in attitude and not very friendly. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom but the hall carpets had huge stains. The breakfast was a joke.
