Perfect for what I needed, I appreciated the clean room, and the staff was very friendly. I used the fitness room and it was clean and just what I need to help me stay on track while on the road. Thanks!

These folks were so accomodating. My daughter had an awful migraine the morning we were leaving. She needed to sleep, so I asked the manager a favor. She was very kind and allowed us a later checkout. The day before, we used the exercise room and pool. Very clean and well kept. The rooms was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows! Loved this place . We will be back

The hotel was very clean and updated. We called last minute to get a room on Saturday night and they booked us right away plus my grandma's service dog was welcome. While we initially had problem with our door keys, twice, the desk attendant in the evening gave us a room change and upgraded us to a suite. She also recommended a local favorite restaurant, Tomatoes, which was delicious. They serve a full continental breakfast that runs from 6-10am.

This is a very nice property. The common area is updated and spacious. Private business center is very nice. Cookies in the evening is s nice touch. Rooms are large and clean and fresh. Large flat screen tv is also nice. Adequate parking. Friendly staff at checkin. Rates are reasonable and location is good.

Consistent Holiday Inn Express property...definitely a plus. A/C works fine. The room itself appears to be clean. Would have given it a MUCH higher rating had there not been urine stains around the toilet. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Hot mop and disinfectant should be used to clean bathrooms!!! I know you guys have lights to use for inspection purposes....USE THEM! Next time I pass through town I would love to give you an excellent rating.

Stayed here one night just passing through. Was a great price and a WONDERFUL room. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get out of bed the next morning. Close to some nice restaurants - walking distance via a trail. Friendly & accommodating staff.

Nice quiet room no real problems , but.. Doesn't anyone put phone books in hotel rooms anymore?? Last three we've stayed at have no phone books! Like to have a look to see if there is anything we want to do , get thrift store addresses and see where we'd like to eat!

Overall, you couldn't stay at a nicer hotel in Twin Falls, and the price of my overnight stay matches that fact. The breakfast was really good, which is important to me; I had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and good coffee. My wife had bagels with peanut butter and jelly and hot tea. A nice wide screen T.V. in the commons room and in our hotel room. Everything was great except there was no slip proofing in the shower and no shower mat. I almost slipped and fell in shower, I caught myself th... Read more

This is a very nice place, BUT the bathtub was very slippery and I was very surprised there was no non-skid mat provided. I read Tiffany's response to Robert J's review, and I'm here to say that the bathtubs are still too slippery despite what their test results say.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. They even offered to-go bags if you did not want to sit in the common area. Plenty of parking. Difficult to sleep in room since the curtains did not block out all the light. Overall an average experience.

My family stayed at this location for three nights. The employees had great customer service and accommodated our special requests. Breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. They kept it well stocked even though it was busy. The pool was nice, crowded but nice. This hotel was in a great location with a grocery store nearby as well as many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The HIE in Twin Falls is located a bit off the beaten track but still near most of the commercial areas of the city. The rooms are well maintained and spacious; the business center fully functional, and the comp breakfast delicious. I must say that the absence of the front desk clerk every time we needed her (had to call her on the house phone) was a little surprising but that did not detract much from an excellent stay.

Stayed there on a Monday night. Hotel was clean, bedding was new, channels were good. Hotel rooms started at $200 for 2 adults which is about $60 more than Boise Oxford on Sunday or $100 more than Shilo in Nampa on Tuesday which were both satisfactory as well (Oxford was a little nicer and Shilo was a little less). Again nothing wrong and it's a nice place, but plan to pay.

I don't travel to Idaho Falls as much as I once did ... so probably a good four years or so had passed since I last stayed at this location ... can't say enough good things about the quality of my room ... the room had this great feel as if it was a brand new place with high quality bedding, television, bathroom, etc. They also did something that I wish all hotels were doing ... which is still provide a sheet with all of the television channels listed. They have the great DirectTV service that... Read more

It'a a nice hotel-very nice staff, well appointed, spacious rooms-- but then I thought that if I needed to clean the toilet seat, I had to rate it poorly. First, the odorizer is used heavily and it quickly gave me a headache. We found another room with less smell and settled, but then I had to clean the toilet seat! AT least it cleaned easily enough and I only wish cleaning supplies were available. The cleaning staff would benefit from thorough training.

This is a nice Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are very nice, and very clean. Monique, at the desk, was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of variety. It's just off the main drag in downtown Twin Falls. It's easy to find and very accessible. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and gas. I think hotels are overpriced, at best, but this was one of the more reasonably priced hotels listed on Tripadvisor.

The hotel was average. Definitely older. Has been updated, but the tub was very slick and dangerous. ( and our room was considered handicapped accessible. ) The bed was comfortable, but average. They did have a good breakfast.

It was late when we checked into the HIE in Twin Falls, but the desk clerks were so nice, our rooms were nicest ones that we had one this trip. We stayed in 6 different Holiday Inn Express hotels in 7 days. The breakfast room was absolutely the BEST breakfast room we have ever stayed at, the ladies visited with us, they had a bigger variety of food to choose from and they had packages of grits! We enjoyed our short stay with them and will go back there if we are in Twin Falls again.

This was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel to stop on a long road trip. We enjoyed the location, price, and friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, the morning we left we were wanting to head up into a National Forest with roads closed due to a fire. The staff was helpful in finding us alternative locations to visit. I recommend this as a place to stay in Twin Falls.

She has gone out of her way to let us know where to go, what to do, make us comfortable and then some. She has truly been a joy and a pleasure to work with and they need to keep her, bonus her, or something amazing.

We love the Holiday inn express in Twin Falls, it is kept up very well and looks like a brand new facility! The staff was wonderful at check-in & very accommodating to our requests. My kids appreciated the pool toys that were complementary for hotel guests and I appreciated that there were free swim diapers in the pool room for our youngest swimmer (because who actually remembers those). The manager, Dexter, I believe is his name, was very personable and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was also clean and it was nice to have spare supplies on the counter. There was a microwave, which we used once and an available coffee pot and coffee. We used the pool to relax after a long drive and towels were stacked on the shelves. We enjoyed a delicious hot/cold breakfast and the breakfast staff was very attentive.

I have stayed at this location a number of times over the years while in Twin Falls for business. They always provide a positive atmosphere and present a good hot breakfast for a great send off each morning. The hire is located only a block off the main highway through town so it makes it a convenient and quiet location.
