Booked a suite 5 months prior, but low and behold all suites were checked out the day we arrived. They made some lame excuse that the system malfunctioned. Had to split family in two separate rooms, total bummer.

Wife and I just needed to get away for a bit and I found this Hotel to be very clean and the Staff was great!! Pricing wasn't bad either, bit of a discount with the AARP card. Food was really good and even had the chef's come out and check to see how everything was. Very Nice!

nice atmosphere, close to hospital and food. We went to see a family member at the hospital. While she was in therapy, there were several options to go to eat, shop and see the Snake River Canyon. There is a restaurant and bar inside the motel with food, wine and beer.

I spent 4 days here, and everything was fine -- as it should be at this price point. The property is about 7 years old, and is very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were in good shape, and while the workout room is small, it is better than some. The location can't be beat. (Most of the hotels are in this same area.) This hotel is right on the main drag and about 100 yards from the rim of the Snake River Gorge with a trail connecting to a longer series of walking paths along the... Read more

Bed was supposedly adjustable but even though we did everything as directed it was lumpy and uncomfortable. The rest of the facility was excellent. Pool and whirlpool were perfect temperatures. There was no complimentary breakfast but they had coffee and lemon water. We ate at a local restaurant, Idaho Joe's for breakfast so I don't know how the cafe is.

This is one of the best Hilton Garden Inns I've stayed in, and I've been a loyal Hilton customer (Gold and Diamond) for many years. As you enter this Garden Inn, you notice the attractively designed lobby and public areas. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and in housekeeping is friendly and efficient. Although this time we weren't upgraded, our king room was comfortable, and everything worked. The air-conditioning was cold, the TV had a lot of channels including Turner Classic Mov... Read more

We decided to check out Twin Falls before returning home. We found a detention camp northeast of town which we found very interesting. It was huge during WWII. There are signs telling you what was where and paths to walk along the canal (which by the way, looks like it should be a river.) There is even a house which was build by community effort still standing on the property. Well worth a walk around on a lovely early summer day.

"Dial" beds very uncomfortable, cheap paper cups, leaked water all over our papers, sandpaper towels, very difficult internet connection, unhelpful staff that doesn't care. Beautiful hotel, room was ample and spacious and appeared nice but didn't meet my impression of a Hilton Honors experience.

What makes this location great is a dedicated staff and a restaurant that provides a fresh take on standard pub fare. It's not often that you can state you visit a restaurant where you've never been served one bad meal. However, in two weeks of residency at the inn, every breakfast and every dinner was excellent. The restaurant staff is exceptional!

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site, prices seemed fair. Bed would have been nice if someone would have told me to wait 20 mins after I adjusted it before I got in. Therefore my side of the bed sagged in the middle and I woke up with a back ache.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and good quality complimentary bath products. However, with the price being what it is, the TV should be bigger and breakfast should be included. Also, the pool should be bigger and a steam room and sauna would put this place way above all the other hotels in the area.

However the "Evolution Suite" needs a bit of updating. The furniture in the living room area is not good, the couch specifically. Sags horribly!!
