It is evident this hotel cares about providing guests a quality, comfortable hotel experience. Nice extras such as infused waters and cookies in the hotel lobby are a great touch. The beds were very firm but the bedding was nice. We appreciated the phone call to our room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We checked in with our travel-weary birds and while they were welcomed, they definitely let us know there would be no problem kicking us out if they were noisy. This caused a lit... Read more

Got an enviable rate at this hotel near Spokane WA. Driving the extra 20 minutes was worth it, gas is also cheaper here too. The contemporary themed room was a nice surprise for the price. Really impressed with the room amenities, design and furnishings. Breakfast was great and hotel staff were courteous and helpful enabling my short stay to be restful.

Upper level room facing the freeway, I expected to be up all night. But there was very little noise. Decent room, comfortable bed. Very nice staff, happy to help with any request. Best part for me was the 24 hour pool and spa. Great selection for breakfast including eggs, ham/bacon/sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurts and much more. Not just some rolls tossed out with coffee. All this at a great price. I had trouble setting up an Airbnb account so just stayed here at a few dollars less. G... Read more

We were in town for a family vacation. I had booked our stay through Hotels.com on that in advance however when we got there the Sleep Inn had no record of us booking. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and made all the proper calls to fix the problem. She had us in our room in no time. Our stay was comfortable, the pool was fun and the breakfast was adequate.

This hotel was a waypoint on a cross country family drive from Seattle. It had a great rate, accommodating staff, and was very dog-friendly. They put us in a room by the side entrance leading to the pet relief area. They even had a milkbone at reception for our pup. Rooms were clean and appeared newly renovated.

I reserved two nights at the Sleep Inn a couple of weeks prior to my visit. I was driving from Glacier National Park, MT and would be leaving the Sleep Inn a couple of days later for Spokane International Airport. This hotel was conveniently located only about 25-30 minutes from Spokane. Fortunately, it also sits right next to a couple of gas stations so I could easily fill up the rental car before departing. I was greeted by very friendly staff upon my arrival. My room was clean and great ... Read more

Our family of four stayed here for one night on a road trip. We were very happy with everything, especially for the price. Staff was The rooms have been recently redecorated and were quite modern. The hotel had easy access to I-90 (but not easily visible from the highway). The pool was on the small side but was big, and open 24h (until 10pm for kids). No elevator to the 2nd floor. Shower, but no tub. Beds are doubles, not queens, so be prepared to get cozy.

My family and I stayed up here for a few days while visiting extended family in the area. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the rooms were tidy, though on the smaller side. My favorite thing was that the shower worked great...most motels I have stayed in had terrible water pressure or no hot water. Our rooms had a fridge and microwave, and even though it is right off the freeway, you couldn't hear it. The morning breakfast was very good, though I feel they needed another person to help r... I initially booked in Couer d Alene, Idaho but the hotel there was having issues and the front desk wasn't professional. I got back on my phone and called Choice customer service and they booked me in Post falls. The points I had were well enough to cover 3 nights but I left after 2. Customer service screwed up a few things but the hotel and the manager (toni) were incredible. They got me in my room and switched rooms when an isolated incident occurred. In fact the dryer in the laundry room st... Read more

Friendly, welcoming people at the front desk. Room and public areas were really clean. Easy access on/off highway. Bed was hard as a rock - the review would have been higher if the bed had been "sleepable".

Think we might have messed up - but we did get a small room, just one queen, but perfectly acceptable for one night. There is only a walk in shower, which was nice, and good for us. No micro/fridge, but did have a coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent, Gillian on the front desk was first class! She also helped us pre-book our hotel for the next leg of our epic 10,000 mile road trip. Great place overall. Short walk across the road to The Cabin Restaurant in a rather deserted strip mall. This place was a great value for the low price. The room was roomy, had free WiFi without a pass code required, had a refrigerator, and coffee machine, and good TV. My only complaint was that we stayed for multiple days, and even after leaving a tip on the pillow each day, the cleaning staff still failed to re-supply the coffee station, pick up towels left on the floor, and they turned OFF the AC when we weren't in the room, so we returned to a room that was in the 80's after a hot day. Clean, tidy place to stay - right across the Washington border on the Idaho side. Friendly and accommodating folks at the front desk. Price-wise one of the better deals we've run across recently. The only problem was the doors slamming. Might be good for security but when they slam shut they are loud enough to wake the dead (well, okay, not the dead, but at least those of us who are trying to sleep.)

We stayed here for two nights while visiting silverwood theme park. The location was good, about a 25 minute drive from silverwood, staying at that distance kept the price from being outrageous. The room was very clean and the furniture was up to date and nice. Pool area was a little small, but not bad. There was free wifi, however it was mind numbingly slow, your better off staying off it if you've got decent cell coverage. The cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. And all the staff we i... Average hotel. First the cons... the beds were a bit hard and took a bit to get use to. Our shower had a leaky shower head that we had to cover with a towel to keep it from spraying all over the place. Hair dryer (not that we used it) had black hair hanging out of the back filter. The kids liked the pool, although it was a bit smaller then what the picture shows. We stayed out of pool because the water was always a murky color. Pros were the staff was very friendly, from the front desk to t... Read more

We arrived late and needed to leave early. We took advantage of the free breakfast, waffles, eggs and bacon, plus the continental type that was served at 6:00 am. The pool is open for adults 24 hours but only until 10 for kids. I thought the vending machines were overpriced, charging $2 for bottled water. This hotel is visibly fixed up, but the carpet up the main stairs was filthy.

I booked this room online and just asked for side by side rooms or joined rooms. When we checked in around 5pm. They had us side by side. They asked if the 2nd floor would be ok as they do not have an elevator. The nice lady working the desk gave us some pointers on where to get dinner. Our room was clean with nice updated furniture and bedding. They only offer double beds not queens but it was ok that is why we booked 2 rooms for a family of 6. There were 4 of us, my husband, our 2 kids & myself. I read on trip advisor prior to booking this hotel & you do have to take what others say with a grain of salt, but let me tell you how we all felt. We drove about 8 hours from Canada, the purpose of our trip was to hit Silverwood for a couple of days. The hotel is right off the I 90, easy to find & plenty of parking. The hotel is clean, & you can tell it's been renovated. Front desk staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth, & we did a... Read more

We recently used the Sleep Inn for two nights as we flew into and out of Spokane. The positives: convenient to I-90, professional customer service, good breakfast if you arrive before 8:00, modern room with plenty of channels, windows that actually open and the ability to park close to a hallway exit. The cons: the breakfast room is a little small and each time we stayed here our room had a musty smell. From what I could see, the vanity outside the bathroom likely leaks water underneath the s... This hotel is very convenient to the interstate. It is clean and the room was a comfortable size. The staff was very friendly. Sleeping was a little difficult. Maybe it was partly the hard bed, but we like a firm mattress. We were in room 112 . I suggest you avoid that room if possible. It is right next to the stairs and you can hear and feel everyone going up and down the stairs. This hotel is convenient to the interstate - so book early as it filled up early, as well. The breakfast is what you would expect from a Choice Hotels hotel - waffles, juice, some pastries. There was an issue with the milk dispenser (rather than just a jug of milk on the sideboard as many hotels have). But, it was quickly resolved byt he helpful staff. Because of the high volume, if you need handicap facilities, be sure to indicate that when you book. That seemed to be an issue for some people ... Read more

We stayed here on the way to Montana, and found it to be a nice place for a night. It follows the model of other Sleep Inns where I have stayed, which means a modernized feel with adequate amenities in a small space. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good value for a basic place, and has enough security to make you feel safe.

Modern hotel approx 10min west of Coeur d'Alene. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Fruit infused ice cold water and cookies are at the front lobby to greet you. Pool and hot tub were nice after being out at Silverwood all day. Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast options (yogurt, biscuit & gravy, waffles, one hot protein item (ie sausage links), toast/bagels, etc).
