Nice hotel. Easy location just off the highway. Actually, nice views of the surrounding area from the rooms. Clean, quiet, nice staff. Everything very nice and consistent with other Hamptons. A good choice in Pocatello.

I have stayed at this location a few times before. We always were impressed with the location and hotel. I was dissatisfied with some of the stay. We were greeted by a wonderful desk clerk who checked us in. Although I forgot that even though we always ask for two beds, they only give you two face cloths which confounds me. the room was clean and ready for us other wise. My bed was to soft and I ended up with a back ache in the morning. We went to breakfast, They ran out of coffee and it took a... Read more

My wife and I where travelling from Zion National Park on are way to Yellowstone National Park and needed to stay one night on I-15. Having never stayed in Idaho we choose Pocatello. The Hampton Inn in Pocatello was a great choice. It's right off the highway with restaurants close by. Our room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great.

This location is very good and has a very good mountain side view. The breakfast was very tasty and a pleasant variety for my week long stay. The bed matresss was not very comfortable and it caused a loos of a few Zzzzz.

This hotel is overly priced and shouldn't be classified as a Hilton brand hotel. The rooms are average and the complimentary breakfast is terrible. I was way impressed with the hot tub though the pool is small. The staff is friendly though they remind you that you are not a Gold or a Diamond elite member!!

We had a reservation at the Clarion. When we arrived, we immediately canceled the reservation. The hotel seemed less than desirable. We looked up local hotels and contacted the Hampton Inn. We called the front desk at 6 30 pm. Front desk agent, Malia, was more than happy to help us. We headed over and we were glad we did. This hotel is exceptional! Malia had us checked in within 5 minutes. The lobby and breakfast area were very zen like and modern. We were assigned a comfortable room on the ... Read more

This hotel has a great view, easy access to the freeway, Holt Arena, and stadium. Breakfast is very diverse with many options to choose from. Beds are firm and comfy and spacious bathroom so more than one person can get ready in a hurry. Parking is easy and they have a great pool for the kids to play in. Second time here and will go again.

This particular Hampton Inn was above the usual average in accommodation and breakfast. The person in charge of breakfast, Judy, prepared breakfast as if it was fresh and not frozen/reheated. It was delightful as was Judy's attitude.

This was our best over night stay on our cross country trip. Great view of city, and mountains. Very spacious rooms, nice pool and hot tub, and extremely best breakfast on our trip! There was mini cheese omelets, bacon, mini cinnamon rolls, etc.....Over all great stay.

From the time of check-in to our check-out two days later, EVERYTHING was OUTSTANDING! The front desk staff and housekeeping specialists tended to every detail to ensure our stay was fabulous. I would prefer fridge in the room, but I understand the availability constraints.

Worst staff, manager, and hotel stay in America, paid for two queen beds, received one king, they could not provide me with a cot, or roll away, had to sleep on the floor, the staff was not friendly, kind, or helpful.

This hotel had excessive noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms and did not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee when I was unable to sleep due to a crying baby in the adjacent room. Apparently the skimped on insulation for the walls or sound proof rock one.

Great bed, clean room, they did not recognize my HiltonHonors membership, did not provide a receipt before checkout so had to ask for one. Was told that this property no longer provides printed receipts. Breakfast was moderately warm, with pre-made & chewy cheese/egg omelet. Coffee was not hot either. Hilton properties always have great beds for good sleep. But it seems that if you are NOT HiltonHonors Diamond, you are a nuisance. Will not stay at this Hampton again.

The Pocatello Hampton Inn gave us by far the best hotel experience we have had. The attention to detail and kind thoughtfulness went far above and beyond. Staff was genuine and kind and welcomed us as if coming into their home. Room was amazing and we were asked upon arrival of we would mind being upgraded to a suite. I spent one night last week while enroute to Montana. The hotel lobby is attractive and modern. My room seemed larger than normal. Most importantly, after a long day of driving, the room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was better than most, with tasty eggs and other goodies. Overall a big "thumbs up". Ps- The desk clerk's recommendation for dinner at nearby Cafe Tucano was a winner.

Hilton Honors rate was a great valve. Arrived after midnight without a reservation to a friendly front desk staff. The room was nice and very clean. The free breakfast was limited but adequate for what we were looking for. I will stop here again next year on my way to our annual trip to Montana.

I stay here often as I'm always in Pocatello for business this summer. From the GM down to housekeeping, everyone seems to be so pleasant and happy. Good place to stay in Pocatello. Clean, new. Much better than some of the dated hotels also near the highway. Quiet though near interstate. Could walk to a couple restaurants, though definitely a highway hotel. Not easy walk to campus, though easy drive.

I stay in Pocatello monthly for business. I've been unimpressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. No fridge or microwave unless you ask for them and pay for them. Maintenance is lacking including closet doors sitting off the closet for days, shower faucets that are don't adjust, bathroom fans not working. The breakfast is very good and most staff are very helpful.

The bed was comfy but the room had a stale smell. The chair had spots and the desk was nicked. The carpet was thin. The room had an adequate amount of electric plugs.
