Came here for an overnight stop. The foyer has s vast seating area which is very new. It also forms part of "The Bistro" restaurant which is s feature in all courtyard hotels. They have a small but decent menu for breakfast and dinner and have a full bar. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Meridian itself is a very nice area and flat do good for jogging also straight from the hotel . If you are in the area I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times, with a somewhat neutral experience in the past. But this time the room accommodations were nicely updated and I was very pleased overall. I stayed in a suite, which I recommend highly, as opposed to the standard sized rooms. The difference in price is small and well worth it. The suite had a completely separate bedroom and bathroom from the living room and kitchenette. I felt like I was in my own apartment. The furnishings are cheerful and contemporary. Th... Read more

We recently hosted a dental CE meeting at this hotel with over 50 attendees. All the catering staff went the extra mile to be sure the breakfast, snacks, and buffet style lunch were just right. We especially want to mention Jamie, Dennis and Megan. They also allowed us to reconcile the catering bill same afternoon of the meeting, walked us and our bags our to meet the waiting shuttle. Nice friendly shuttle driver also and short trip to the Boise airport. The meeting room was set up just as we re... Read more

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Meridien on a recent trip. I ended up a Marriott property because Hilton didn't have rooms and I wanted to try the Trip Advisor booking system. I was booked in at the Courtyard through I was surprised by how incredibly friendly the check in staff was. Is everybody in Boise friendly? So far, yes. The hotel has had the general upgrade that all Courtyards received in the last 5 years. The room was big and clean. Grounds were clean and it's ... Read more

I have been to the Courtyard Boise many times from Events to Weekend get aways. You can't go wrong with this motel it's very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Will stay here again. I do wish they had USB ports in the rooms. Nice getaway location.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and will never stay here again. Our son tried to sit in the lobby to eat a subway sandwich and was told he could not be in the lobby with any outside food. He then went to the outside courtyard to eat and again, was told he could not eat there. At night, the kids all got yelled at for not being in their rooms by 10 pm. They weren't being loud or obnoxious, they were just sitting and talking in the lobby and some were walking around. Nice rooms but horribly... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament and couldn't believe how rude the manager/bar tender was! When you travel with a club team, most people will bring a few snacks and some bottled water with them. Watch out, many of our parents were threatened by the staff for having a bottle of water from Costco or a Subway sandwich in the lobby areas! Actually told to go to their rooms or off the property if they wanted to eat their sandwich or drink their water. They have a small bar and eatery ... Read more

We stopped overnight on the last day of a two week road trip and after a long 11 hours of driving, we were thrilled to have picked this hotel to stay! The property is modern and well appointed; the rooms are nice size, bed is great, A/C is quiet, and the staff is very accommodating. Had breakfast int he Bistro the next morning and really enjoyed it! I've stayed in Marriott properties around the world and this is by far the best Courtyard I've had the pleasure to stay in!

Stayed over 1 night before early flight out of Boise. Solid hotel, clean and crisp. Solid courtyard-branded property as an option in Boise, among the top tier of this brand for Marriotts. Very large and likely good for big groups.

This hotel is conveniently located to the highway and also some shopping and restaurants. It is in a new section and across the highway from most of the action, but still convenient. Very clean. The only surprise is that Courtyard has shifted from free breakfast to a limited deli operation, that does add to the overall cost if you are a breakfast eater. It does make it convenient for other meals being in the hotel, but not sure it is a "fine dining" experience.

This is a very well run Courtyard. Comfortable rooms (a tad smaller than I am used to but clean and new). The bistro is solid and the evening staff are engaging and make sure I had everything I needed. A great spot. The location is perfect about 12 minutes from BOI. There are lots of restaurants and a few malls within a 2 mile radius.

This will be our new home away from home when we visit family in Meridian. Lots of beautiful features. There IS a Starbucks inside but be aware there is no continental (free) breakfast. For us it wasn't too big of a deal but if you have a family of four this could play into your decision since other properties nearby DO serve SOMETHING to get you started in the am. Lovely room had a fridge and (I think) a microwave....these are also starting to disappear in some of the big chains.

Check in experience was efficient, smooth and enjoyable and food and staff at the Bistro were outstanding! Nice location near the interstate with plenty of options for fun and food nearby, but also easy access to downtown Boise. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean!

When I pulled up to the hotel they had a nice sign that said "Welcome Platinum Guests, we were expecting you." As a platinum member I typically stay 100 nights a year at Marriott properties. They may have been expecting me...but they weren't ready for me. When I arrived at the hotel after 2 pm they had not pre-assigned me a room, which most Marriott properties do for their Platinum members. So the girl at the front desk was left to giving me a room from the "left over" inventory. She said all th... Read more

This was the last hotel stay on our road trip. We were uncertain. For whatever reason, Idaho and racism seem to end up in the same sentence. When my daughter and I walked into this hotel, we were very comfortable. Felicia, the bartender/server/greeter/ best person EVER etc. welcomed and shook me and my daughter's hands. Is she for real??? She was full of energy! She obviously loved her job. We observed her and came to realize that Felicia treated EVERYONE equally. The hotel was very clean. The r... Read more

We recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding reception. This hotel was very clean and quiet. We were there for 3 nights and although the hotel was reasonably full, I never heard noises in the hall. This hotel is located off of I-84 and has every restaurant imaginable within easy driving distance. There was also shopping available. The only negative thing for me is that breakfast is not served in the morning. There is, however, a restaurant located in the lobby.

Decided to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, West Boise because of its location on Eagle Road and especially because of several excellent stays at the Courtyard in Richland, Washington. Even though it was almost deserted on a Saturday, (less than 25 cars in the parking lot) we were put into a room next to busy-noisy Eagle road. The room was much smaller than a comparable room at the Richland property. The freestanding closet doors were inches from the bed when open, with about a foot of room fr... Read more

The Marriott Courtyard in Boise was booked so we reserved a room in Meridian. Not far at all from Boise downtown or the airport. The hotel is very nice and the lobby is very inviting for guests on vacation or business. They have a Bistro set up for meals all day, including Starbucks and cocktails. The only readon I didn't give it 5 stars is that we are Marriott Gold level and usually get courtyard rooms. We were booked into a parking lot view this time.

My husband and I stayed here for one night, and had to check-in late. We called earlier in the morning to let them know we would need late check-in. We had reserved a king room, and when we got to our room we were given a room with double beds. As a married couple this was a little strange. We are platinum members, and when we called down to the front desk to let them know we had gotten the wrong room type, the front desk person simply said that they show we reserved a double room and sorry ... We were soooooo glad to have found this hotel on short notice! We had a bad experience with a different hotel and had to change hotels. The staff welcomed us with open arms, we were treated with the utmost respect! I would love to give a shoutout to Raylene she was incredible! Thank you for turning a negative situation into a positive experience! We will definitely stay there again next time we come through!

Stopped in for an overnighter. Very clean. Comfortable beds. It was very close the where we wanted to be in Meridian. Not far from an I-84 exit so it was convenient to get to but didn't hear the noise of the freeway. We did have an issue with one of the TVs but the staff came very quickly after we called the front desk. Very pleased with our stay!

This hotel is off the highway so there isn't a lot of noise at night. They do have a bistro but no bring your snacks. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very helpful with recommendations about finding a restaurant within a couple of miles.
