King room has a large living room area with small counter for microwave and refrigerator. Good breakfast with eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal. The hotel is located nearby to lots of restaurants and stores. Nice pool area and decent exercise room. For the price and location, we will stay there again.

I stay here often when I visit HP and am always treated well. They usually have a package with The Village shopping/dining area that is a great deal. Includes $20 gift card you can use there or anywhere (just a Visa gift card), VIP upgrades for the theaters, free apps at several restaurants, and trinkets. The hotel does not have a whirlpool but it does have a nice indoor pool with a great patio. They do have a waffle maker for breakfast!

We booked two suites here as a mini family trip. Arriving, the ambiance was great, the elevators smelled amazing as did the hotel. Once we got to the rooms I was a little put off by the lack of attention to detail. The box spring was sticking out, didn't even seem to fit the bed and it was dirty around those areas which brought me to the bed skirt and that was dirty and there was hair on the carpet. Curtains were dirty. There was stuff splattered on the sides running down the dressers and walls... Read more

When compared to other Marriotts I have stayed in the past, this is a bit of an average experience. The A/c was quite noisy, the TV channels did not have great reception as most channels were not digital for some reason. Their breakfast was quite bad and time taken to replenish the food was too long. If these can be worked upon then you have a great place to stay in!

This was a very nice hotel. It is in an area of Idaho that looks like it has recently been built up, so I am guessing it is relatively new. There were two queen size beds with a wall partition separating the beds from the seating room area. The sofa opens up to a queen size bed. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. There was a microwave, mini-fridge, & coffee maker. The room was very quiet. Complementary breakfast had a lot of high carb choices. There was waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eg... Read more

From the minute we walked in the door, we loved our stay at Springhill Suites!. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us great ideas on places to eat nearby. Both of the places that they recommended were very good. The pool area was nice. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us. The free breakfast was great! The food was cooked fresh and there were many options to choose from. I would definitely stay there again!

We mentioned at check-in that we were in Boise to celebrate a friend's fiftieth birthday and wanted cab service to and from the hotel. The hotel offered to shuttle us there and as long as the pickup was within five miles they would schedule Uber for our return, no charge! Room was clean and spacious. The staff very informed and accommodating. We felt it was the best service we'd ever received at a chain hotel. Well done Marriott.

We were in Boise for a 3 day basketball tournament. We found the location to be excellent and central to the things we were doing for the 3 days. We needed to be close to 3 high schools, shopping, food and entertainment. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were excellent (we needed 5 rooms for 13 people). We plan on going back to this site again next year.

We looked everywhere for a hotel in Boise and happened upon this on. I am so happy we did! The employees were very helpful and friendly. There were 4 of us that had to stay and there were no roll away beds available but the rooms come with a hide-a-bed. Rooms were so comfortable and clean. The layout is great. Two queen beds in the bedroom and a little side area with the sofa-sleeper, microwave, desk and fridge. The rooms are also nice and quiet. So impressed with how amazingly clean this proper... Room was clean. Spacious bathroom. Pool was clean, on the smaller side, but had plenty of towels which is always good. No hot tub. Breakfast was good , nice seating area. The regular items but had bacon and sausage to choose from and fresh fruit. The hotel was in a quiet area close to Meridian so not by downtown Boise. Close to shops and restaurants .

SpringHill Suites offer a comfortable room with nice amenities at a reasonable price. This one was no exception. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was in good working order. The staff was quite friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. This is one of my preferred choices when available.

We loved it. It was clean, neat, very good customer service. It was convenient to the wedding location as well as family. I would definitely stay there again. I felt the price was reasonable for as nice as it was.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would come again. Free parking and free wi-Fi. Nice outdoor patio by the pool. Next to Lindy's steakhouse. An absolute must to eat at.

We arrived early, bedraggled, sleepless after misadventures in Utah. The young woman at the desk, when confronted with an early arrival was empathetic and kind "I want to help you, let me see if I have a room ready." When she did (not my ideal floor but I'm not complaining), we got everything from a week of traveling cross country up to the room (never seen such a maze of hallways) to sort through everything and get rid of the dirt, disappointment and devastating fatigue to get back to the joy o... En route home from a camping trip, we stayed at the Springhill Suites. Cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable this room was. Very large space, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and small kitchen/sitting area with desk. After a week in the smoke (from local forest fires) and hot/dusty conditions, this hotel was like an oasis! Indoor pool was clean and refreshing. Good continental breakfast. At first I was a little worried as it seemed some distance from the highway exits, but was... Read more

Stayed at Springhill Suites on are recent trip to Boise . Service was outstanding . Got in late and very tired from our all day drive from California. The night manager was Great and took outstanding care of us . The room was beautiful and very clean . Bed was like laying on a cloud . Springhill Suites on Cloverdale will be our mainstay when we come back to Boise to visit our BSU student ... Thank you very much .

This property is located quite a distance from the airport and downtown Boise and we stayed here just because it was a Marriott property. It is average all the way: location, setting, rooms, breakfast, facilities. What is above the average is the rate per night. In different places for this type of rate you could stay in a five star resort. The people working here are nice and polite.

very large rooms, good breakfast. welcoming pool. much needed and easy to use laundry facilities. the only issue was a silly's a bit cumbersome to navigate around this property. it's worth making a wrong turn in a hallway or 2, but maybe the signage could be clearer?

They were in need of a facelift, and they did a nice one...with what they have to work with. Very small, toilet/tub/shower area, but you can't change that. The beds were nice, they switched the sofa on the other side, and it was nice...but not REALLY nice. The Courtyard, well, that is my favorite. The veggie garden is the best addition to the place, being a gardner. Any i got a huge zucchini, with the nice staff that was walking with us....zuchinni bread is smelling up my house , as we speak. There wasn't much availability in the Boise area, so we drove further off the freeway for this hotel. While the price was right, if you care about thread count, this is not the place for you. I need to car was fine, but the soft goods were cheap. The breakfast, on the other hand, was surprisingly good with fresh fruit and authentic food.

We were in Boise for a memorial service, and stayed here. We found it to be very comfortable, clean, and relatively quiet. It was centrally located for all the things we needed, including shopping, and outside food. The free breakfast was excellent for what it is, a very good variety to choose from. We found the staff to be very friendly, and helpful when needed. The rates were reasonable, we would come back again for sure!

We had to drive a bit out of our way to find a hotel that had any vacancies because of a medical convention that dominated most of the hotels in and around the city! This location was more than I wanted to spend ($150) but sooo nice and worth it!!!! The beds were so great- I used the fitness center and it was also great! Breakfast had more choices than your avg hotel. The staff was also very welcoming

This is a very nice hotel, the room was nice and quiet, the staff was polite and helpful. Except for one problem - we travel often with pets, came in for a dog show, booked this hotel because it was listed in the show program. When we showed up very late, we were then informed of a $150/stay, non-refundable pet fee. At this point, we can't make other arrangements. Had I known of the pet fee, we would have stayed elsewhere. This change is completely out of line with respect to other hotels, and ... Read more

Oh the beds were so comfortable. Rooms very clean, lots of room, modern furniture. Rooms are very quiet. Lots of options for breakfast including a small oatmeal bar with everything you might want in your bowl! We had a surprise bouquet delivery to hotel before our arrival. Staff had it in the room nicely arranged when we walked in. Way more than we had hoped!

One of my favorite parts of staying in a hotel is coming back from a long day to a nice clean room. Unfortunately, I did not have that experience here and I am really confused about it. One day they did not come at all, so I called to complain. I notified the front desk staff twice and even called from outside to make sure that they did it today. No such luck. They changed the towels and made the beds, but that's about it. They left trash and everything on the floor (four little kids). My... Read more
